We went in to pay our bill, and let me tell you to go in and ask for Dylan he is the best. He told us about all these different things we could be getting for the same price. He went over prices of other things we were interested in. He had a lot of information. The best service ever!! But trust me ask for Dylan. He’s the best!!

Phone number listed dials but still goes to national line and not local store. Very misleading!! I needed an item but wanted to make sure store had it before driving over an hour to store. Plus online never goes to local stores when you put in zip code. Goes to random cities in other states....hence the reason why I was calling local store. No service all the way around!

Have a phone getting so hot it was melting the phone case. Was informed by customer service to return to a corporate store for proper return of Hot devices. Worker refused to take it, taped the box, put the label on and said to take it to ups... really?

We had an appointment for noon, the store was to open at 11:00am, we arrived in the parking lot at 11:15 and noticed that people were not getting in the store as it was still closed. We called Verizon customer service, they said they would look into it and call me back. I did not receive a return call by noon, so I called back. While still on hold about 20 minutes later, the store finally opened. We were not given an apology or explanation. Once inside, we received poor customer service and they only had a minimal amount of phones in stocks. We left without purchasing a phone and went down the road to Best Buy. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 16 years, today I came extremely close to going across the street to AT&T. The service was insulting and the next time Verizon treats us like that will be the last.

Unhappy with Verizons support of the store, not necesarilly the store itself. Employees were trying, but waiting on hold for hours. Took 3+ hours in store to activate the watch I purchased from Verizon by phone. I was just at the store to pick up one in stock.

After I got notifications that 2 phones that I didnt order where ready for pick up I called the store and was hung up on after I let them know what was going on so I have to go to the location from my state and report the fraudulent orders which I was able to talk to the fraud department to clear it up and they assured me they wouldnt be able to pick up the devices. Then the next day more notifications that order was picked up so I contacted the store just to ask about their pick up policy and she told me you need ID, pin and card that mad purchase with so I asked how did someone pick up phones in my name that I had already did a fraud report on and she said they must have used a fake ID but what about the fraud alert on my account and then she dont know.... I feel like someone in that store behind this

The network is strong. The device selection is not. If you’re looking for someone to argue with you about what YOU want, this is the place. However, most associates are reasonably knowledgeable and they try to help.

Terrible service. Walked in and I knew exactly what I wanted. Actually my entire family did (3 phones). Discussed what we wanted. Watched people come in and leave. And no one even looked at us. We were there for at least an hour and a half.

They were Great, I had a problem with my phone I had went to the store where I bought my phone Milan TN. The woman there only looked at it for a few minutes said it couldnt be fixed either deal with it the way it was or factory reset it and lose everything. Took it here and they had it fixed in 5 minutes and had a great attitude. Thanks again!!

I came in with a phone that only showed 1/4 of the screen and Adam took the time to help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone even when he couldnt see the screen. Adam was extremely nice and helpful and took the time to help me with everything. I spent almost 1.5 hours there due to my phone screen being out and Adam helped me every step of the way. I will never go anywhere else in the future. Verizon in Jackson is my new go to store for my phone and wireless needs. I highly recommend going here and seeing Adam if he is available. He will take good care of you

Very bad service in my area which was fine 6 months ago. Not only my phone, tablet for internet service but my wifes phone also. Tech service keeps saying that it is something wrong with my phone. When I get out of the service area of the tower I am using my service is great.

Spent over 35 minutes on the phone trying to switch account over from ATT. Most of the time was left on hold, what little time was not spent navigating the gauntlet of endless menus, was spent with a rep that new little of their phone plans. Got cut off twice. Hmmm

Quick service & he even held the door for us. Wish I could remember his name but we have never got in & out so quick. Went to ask about one line and upgrade another. Got it all done with accessories & everything in less than 30 min. I was amazed at his attention to detail & knowledge of the products in store. We knew what we want when we got there & he never attempted to up sale or change our minds. Now he did mention the big new phones, but he did not bring anything other than what we requested. He walked thru activating the device so we would not interrupt service till our child got home from school & pointed out the parental items available for that device to keep us a step ahead. Thank you even tho I have forgotten your name, great service.

If you need a screen protector or other accessories for your phone, do not buy them here. While, Verizon sells them, you can get them much cheaper at other stores. + Verizon does not help you remedy an issue since they are registered to the manufacturer and not Verizon. So save your hard earned money and buy accessories elsewhere.I have used Verizon for the past 11 years, spending over $26,000 in service fees and new equipment, only to be told - sorry, we can not help you solve a $45 issue. That I then solved for $20 at another local business.

Staff there is nice and do what they can to help.. but have been having tons of problems with my brand new device and have had to return it 4 times and the last time I had to wait for one to be shipped in which was no bueno because I am on call 24/7 and it left me with a non working device for a couple of days! The phone issues are not Verizons fault... it came from the manufacturer like so!

I have been having some issues with my phone and needed to get a new phone for business reasons.Was greeted with a What do you want? and after I told her that I wanted to upgrade my phone after I pay it off (that day) she told me I couldnt do it. Went to another store and the staff actually helped and did not tell me to go elsewhere and I was able to upgrade my phone with no hassle.I used to live in this area and this was the worst customer service I have had at this location. 1/10 will not return to this Verizon location again.

My daughter and I were given the basic Non-satisfying Answers to the issue we had at hand which left Us with-out a real answer to the issue. The Employee keep referring that my daughter and I to call the Customer Care Number which was one of the reasons we returned to the location. This was a Very Unprofessional Service at the time of our visit. I have now changed carrier because of the Unprofessional Response in resolving the issue and the continuously redirecting us to call Customer Care Number instead of resolving the issue themselves. I do recommend that you Record everything said while at this location because you will need it later to help resolve any issues that come from the visit. I really do not understand how some people have great outcomes with this place while others have issues such as my daughter and I did. I think God that I was not under a contract with Verizon or I would have to paid even more.

I have been a customer with Verizon for over 10 years. I purchased a new Droid Razr M last year in August. I was happy with the phone. In June the phone stopped charging. I have insurance on the phone. I took the phone back to the Jackson TN Store (1128 Vann Dr) and asked for tech assistance. They inspected the phone and told me it needed to be returned on warranty. The tech initiated the return. I received a replacement phone and returned my phone as instructed. After about a week I received an email stating the phone had corrosion on the charging port and was not covered by warranty. I would be charged $299.00. I contacted Verizon who had me contact the store. The store manager said it was my decision to send in the phone on warranty and they will not do anything to compensate me for the difference in cost ( $299.00 instead of $100.00 deductible). This tells me the Tech staff are poorly trained and the Manager will not back up their decisions with the customer.
