Except for the ridiculous mask mandate, it was great...we told them we didnt play that game so they came outside and we conducted business. Our rep Rashard was great, professional, courteous, and a great sense of humor. Took about an hour to switch two phones and change over from sprint.

Very nice people but it is WAY too loud. Either the music is too late to hear people talk or employees are yelling or screaming across the room to each other... just lower the music please.

I already was having a great day so I decided to stop and get me a new phone! Walked in and boom Olivia was right in it! From start to finish her customer service was amazing! She was hands down the best person I ever dealt with at t mobile! To top it all this is the very same person who waited on me two years ago at another location and she was just as sweet and knowledgeable then as she is now! Great customer service, clean and sanitized, and dont pull one on ya when making a purchase like some phone providers stores do. The plans, deals, and benefits are laid out to you in order to make the best decision before purchasing anything.

Well actually we went to two! The first one was on Ellis Ave. In Jackson Ms, the representative that was there had a stank attitude! If I was her boss, she would have been fired on the spot! One, she was out side in the parking lot and no one inside the store! She was very rude and snappy towards us. Move on to the next TMobile store on I 55 frontage Rd in Jackson Ms and customer service was Excellent!! Friendly staff, got a new phone and left the store happy.

Told me they had what I was looking for but they didnt and would not honor me the item they told me was the 100 dollars then the system down and they didnt offer to see if another store had the item in

I came at around 4:30 and then waited a hour for the person who checked me in to get back to me. Then were two other worker who could have severed me but they work on commission. So I had to waiting for him.I hope that they are not riding the clock to get a check.
