I came in today and the person (Robert or Roger) fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. I’m sure I could have done this myself but I am not that technologically inclined 🤣. I have taken my phone here before, recommended it to all of my friends, even taken my phone with with other issues and they have always been professional and the prices have always been reasonable even though there was no charge today because it literally took 5 minutes to fix or less. Highly recommend this place.

The shops location is convenient, was able to get walk-in service for a simple repair of an external part for my cell phone. Service was completed while I waited. Friendly staff also helped several others during this time. Discovered that cell phones are their specialty, but they can work on laptops as well. If you need repair, phone cases, or chargers, I recommend highly.

These people are very professional and know their job. Dont waste time looking for any others. This place is the best

My husband broke his screen on his oneplus phone and it was impossible to find someone who would fix it and for a reasonable price. Cpr gave a great price and great service. There ended up being some other issues and they were so kind and patient and willing to fix it all! Great customer service and everyone there was super kind and worked hard to fix his phone.

Needed a battery for my phone. The gentleman told me it would be 30-40 minutes and he had it done in about 10. Gave me a discount just for using them! Will definitely go back if needed in the future! I highly recommend CPR!

Overcharging. Talking about the price went up in one day. Do not go here. Its not worth it. Not honest people. Just taking advantage of people is not right or professional. Count your day cpr on I55 frontage rd.

I went to Apple Store to get new 6s battery, took them 45 minutes to take my info down only to tell me it would be tomorrow, they usually do it while you wait if you have an appointment and the Apple Genius spent the whole time trying to sell me an upgraded phone. I walked out, cant be without my phone overnight.Went by CPR after work the next day, they were super nice and had it fixed with no hassle in 15 minutes. Thanks Guys

Great service and repairs!

Excellent service! This was our third time to use CPR for one of our older iPhones (battery was almost dead). Weve also used them for a new screen when the touch sensitivity on the original screen went out. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Dave Lowery and the gang were awesome! They installed a new battery in my iPhone 4S for a price I wouldnt have ever guessed could have happened in this day and age. Wish Id have thought to research it and contact them sooner, but Im thankful for the work they did. The customer service level was perfect. It always helps when you deal with people who seem to truly love their job.

This was my second visit to this location and I have to say the front desk guy is very informative, pleasant, and always eager to help! Ty guys for the best experience I could having during a stressful situation of having possibly lost my phone to water damage. They fix me up and had me out in a timely faction as well!! Will use this location for every problem now 😊

The 3 or 4 times Ive used them the quality of repair and parts is bottom of the barrel. Actually paid Wireless Wizard to redo what CPR did, twice. Wireless Wizard has always performed top notch high quality service and repair.

Good customer service. Really nice owner. Stayed a bit later to make sure everything was working well and in the meantime gave a water bottle to me. Tv in lobby along with some other things to do to keep you occupied. Very well thought out. Nothing but nice things to say. Thank you for all your hard work!

So far so good. The screen looks immaculate and the LCD doesn’t appear the have any issues. The sensitivity might be a little off with the key board but it’s probably just the way I’m typing. Phone was finished in less than the hour that I was quoted and the guy at the desk was absolutely wonderful. He even turned on cartoons in hopes to entertain my very...”rambunctious” 2 year old. I was extremely pleased with service that CPR provided. I needed a new battery for my cell phone and repair on my Apple computer. The work was done efficiently and the cost within my budget. I highly recommend this business. The staff was so helpful!

Would have given 0 stars but was not an option. Had my Xbox for over 2 months and kept giving lame excuses. I do no recommend them at all.

Since the owner felt it necessary to come and try and discredit my Google rating, how about I post about just how awful these people are. When I broke an old phone screen I took it to them, they poured water in my phone and told me that I needed a new one, that it wouldnt even turn on. Then they tried to sell me some of their stock and behaved aggressivly when I said I wanted my phone back. On another occasion, I went with a friend to pick his phone up in which case they told him it wasnt ready for a month, that they were waiting for a part before finally telling him that he did not collect in time so they owned it now and refused to return the device. He went in there every 2 days to check and denied ever having talked to him besides drop off. Snakes!!! Do NOT trust. On another occasion one of my colleagues took their computer in for a screen repair and during the quote they established they couldnt repair the screen for a price he was comfortable with, upon getting it home, the computer was opened only to find that they had stolen internal components. Do not trust these people! They have a very long history of doing shady business. Even though they have now been kicked to a worse location, they cannot claim that they are actually a new company. It is the same shady people from the old location doing the same dirty tricks. There is a reason these people have a bad rating!! Dont try to discredit a legitimate review. They do not understand customer service and should learn that discrediting reviews is not the solution! Take your phone or computer to one of the other repair shops in the area you will be glad that you did!!! To the owners- try and treat people with respect and decency and you will prosper, tech repair is in demand!!!

Was great. I had called to get a price. I was quoted one thing but when I got there system showed a higher price. However they exhibited great customer service and honored the price I was quoted. He Told me to give them 45 minutes to have it fixed. Was ready when they said it would be ready. I would highly recommend them to get a quick and quality fix of your device.

Don’t take your phone here I paid 200 only for my phone two work to days and when I brought it back they said I would have to pay all over again and it wasn’t even gone a week. SO PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THEM!!! The employees was actually more willing to help then the manager

I received good advice and courteous service at both of my visits. There was no solution to one problem I brought to them. I was quickly informed of this. The second time the repair was made and I found the fee to be reasonable and the device was ready for pickup when promised.

Pricey but awesome. My old phones screen and charging port was destroyed and they were able to pull everything off and put it on my new phone; photos, videos, texts, everything.

My 16 yr old daughter gave the negative review yesterday and I do apologize.. I was pleased with service. Teenagers cant live with them and cant live without them..

My phone was working and had no problems when I took it besides cracked screen that had been that way for a month. I only wanted to fix it for cosmetic reasons but less than 48 hours after screen repair, MY PHONE STOPPED WORKING. They ran testing BEFORE screen repair and stated (I recorded conversation) that only problem was cracked screen and home button. AFTER the screen repair, phone would not charge correctly and would not even turn on and all they did was put original crack screen back on and gave money back for supposed repair to FIX THE ISSUE. So I brought a phone with no other problems but cracked screen ACCORDING TO THEIR DIAGNOSTICS...AND I LEAVE WITH A PHONE STILL WITH CRACKED SCREEN AND NOW DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Noone offered to help replace my son phone.. so I guess thats now up to me to replace a phone that was only 7 months old and working but suddenly does nothing. I dont have that kind of money, son has no phone at all now, and they continue working like nothing happened. SO FRUSTRATING...no response from owner as now. I was not disrespectful to staff despite them doing NOTHING to truly rectify this situation.. I came with working phone and leave with nonfunctioning phone and figure out how I am suppose to pay for another phone for my son. Thanks for your concern!

Unhappy with sales department they sold me a well used phone as refurbished and were not willing to make it right all they wanted was my money.

I went to Best Buy where I purchased my phone since my battery was swelling, they told me to go to AT&T, I got home and called AT&T, they gave me the number for Samsung, the replacement battery cost was $49.00, and that was without tax and shipping.Then I completed an estimate online through CPR and got an estimate of $49.00. I called and inquired if that included installation, they replied yes. They had to order the battery, I gave them my payment info over the phone on Tuesday after 5:00 pm, they called me today, on Friday, to tell me the battery had arrived, I left work early and was in and out in 30 minutes.The staff was very courteous and talked to me and explained that I was in their system now, had a warranty, and dont hesitate to contact them if I had any issues with the battery.Great customer service, and I really appreciated all their follow-thru and was money well spent to keep from buying a new phone. I have now learned that the days of taking the back off a cell phone and inserting a new battery are days gone by...but glad to know CPR can do it at a reasonable rate for battery and labor.

Amateur level repair work at a steep price.They attempted to charge me for parts + 68 dollars in labor for a job that took about 17 minutes, and for all that price the repair was botched. A part of the new screen had a “light blotch.” As an amateur that has replaced screens in the past I have caused this defect myself, by pushing my finger into the back of the assembly.After returning me a defective phone, I was given two options1) Pay them for the parts (that they damaged) + their botched labor, and receive a defective product.2) Or just pay them just for the parts (that they damaged), and have them put the shattered screen back on.From the rest of the owner’s childish replys to negative reviews, I fully expect them to post some BS about me not being a real customer or call me a liar.

I brought my computer to them with a cracked digitizer (screen). I was quoted a $400 plus price for it to be done within 3-5 days. They had my computer over a week and it still wasnt fixed. They did not want to give me a discount due to their delay, so i asked for a refund of my down payment and of course my laptop back. I took it to another place and they showed me that CPR had taken my screws from the bottom and hadnt replaced them. He then asked me why would they be looking at my hard drive when i have a broken screen! I have used their services before but never again. This experience was highly disappointing and I truly feel like my time was wasted.

My experience at the Jackson CPR store was horrendous! - tops the list of dealing with a disreputable business!I took my laptop in for repair/replacement of the charger port and I also purchased a new battery. After weeks of delay, I was finally told they lost all content and the laptop stopped working when the battery was put in. They told me my money would be refunded....They later said it would not be refunded.This is the short version of the story. It suffices to say I was lied to repeatedly throughout this process.I lost $135, everything on my laptop, use of my laptop, and a lot of time. I will be warning everyone I know NOT to trust CPR with cell phones, computers - any and all electronics. What a racket they have going.

Remarkable place. The guys were so good they could tell what was broken inside my phone from the outside. In fact the phone was in my pocket. So I visited their competition.

My experience was sub-par. I brought my HTC 10 in to have the screen replaced and they incorrectly installed the new screen such that the home button was pressed underneath it. This seems like an amateur mistake that a simple visual inspection could have prevented. I had to return to get them to rectify that and even still Im experiencing problems, however, I dont wish to jump through hoops to get them to truly fix my phone. The man at the front desk was mildly disagreeable and a little patronizing. I cant recommend this location if you have an HTC.

The issue I had was drastically reduced battery life on an iPhone 6, after the upgrade to IOS11, and subsequent patches. For the last week or so, I dealt with no less than 5 Apple reps, who debated whether the fault was IOS or battery. All mentioned how nice the iPhone 8 is..Anyway, I like my 6 just fine, and I was tired of being caught in the awful middle of this problem (Yesterday, I was without a phone for almost 6hrs! :-), so I contacted CPR. They diagnosed the issue as the battery, and had me back online in 30 minutes!So far, battery charge and discharge rates are back to normal. Many thanks!

This place is a complete rip off! I took my tablet there to be fixed, he broke my camera and the owner had the ordasity to tell me that he would give me $50 if I traded my tablet in and brought 1 out of the store after his tech broke it. He tried to RIP me off for my tablet after his tech was the one who broke it! I will never do business there again!!!

Good prices great work but really poor service they could set proper expectations in terms of when a job would be finished. I was in no real hurry but it got frustrating when they kept telling me that you done the next day and it wasnt

My mother and I had just arrived in Jackson a few days before we went to CPR to find out if my phone could be fixed and the problem with my phone was the charging port. I gave them my phone, they told me to pay $30 for insurance and then I came back the next day and they said they couldnt repair it because the replacement charging port couldnt be soldered. I found an alternative way to charge my phone and I even saw a video on youtube that proves that the charging port could be replaced and soldered on which proves that they LIED and just wanted a quick buck.

Horrible experience! I took my phone to be repaired and they said they could fix it for $149 and it would be available in 1 hour. I went back the next day to pick it up and they said they could not fix it! They gave me my phone back with only the battery and sim card. I didnt receive a phone call or anything. The manager was noy very helpful at all! I hate I wasted my time with this useless place! Will not be returning!
