Do not do any kind of business with these people, they try to sell you cars in a barely drivable condition at three times it’s value with payments IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with! If you fall behind just once, they don’t care. They won’t work with you. They will treat you like scum of the earth if you don’t pay up. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I bought a car from them a 2010 buick lacrosse and I drove it up to the lot because my moter was shaking. They refused to fix it because I was over 100 miles due for a oil change. They stated it was due to that my moter did not work. I mind you drove it up there and with it being in their care the moter was locked up. I will be talking to a lawyer. If anyone else has had problems you should too.

This place is a joke. Only had a car for 2 to 3 months. The car is already have problems it wont crank. I had a car towed back to the place. Told them they can have there car back. Now their telling me I have to keep making my bi weekly payment on the car that I no longer have in my possession. Thats messed up

No matter the issue, they always exhibit great customer service, excellent assistance when things go wrong with your vehicle, and they have a heart unlike most car salesman. TCSoWT is a place I recommend that everyone goes to. Hands down the best car store in all of TN ❗️🤞🏾

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the place to go if you want to pay 20k for a 05 with 180k miles on it. Customer service is great til u try to talk them down on down payments and if you leave without a car and had any correspondence over Facebook with them they will block you. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place and go across the street from them. For 20k u can get something a lot newer

This dealer sold us a car with a cracked turbo and a faulty fuel pump. We owned this car for less than 2 weeks now, and it will not start or idle properly after getting gas, fuel economy is non-existent, and upon returning the vehicle to the dealer for inspection and repair, they said they will not take this car back, fix it, or offer a refund and/or a different vehicle that doesnt have issues or damage. They told us to walk home when we asked about the warranty we have on the vehicle. Very impolite, unprofessional people to work with. If you value your money, dont shop here. please dont support bad business.

I went in thinking ok ima look around may not have a car today but wouldnt hurt to look. When I went they where very kind and made sure I got what I wanted and helped me look for what would suit my needs. They dont tolerate late payments and communication is horrible. It was so easy to get the car but the first week that I had it the battery went completely out. I called left messages and no one returned my call. They show no compassion or empathy for any situations. I was 149 miles from home and couldnt turn my car off because I wouldve been stranded and I told them this the vet same day nobody picked up and return my message, but luckily I found a shop the next day with batteries for discount because I wouldve been a sitting duck.

Slow service. Tried to low-ball on value of trade in. Will never visit again.

This is my first time buying from a lot. Ive always paid cash upfront for my cars but I went out on a limb trusting these people. Getting the car was a breeze and everyone was friendly. A week within one of the cars I purchased (I got 2) started messing up. I was already aware that it needed a starter but knew that wasnt the reason for it to not work so I told them I would handle that part if they would fix the other problem so they brought it in a worked on it for free. However the problem didnt get fixed. I reached out mulitple times because I noticed they took the intake hose and taped it to fix it. It was a small fix so I replaced it myself but it still didnt fix the issue so it left me with trust issues on their judgement for honest mechanics but due to them not ever resolving anything the car got worse and I lost my job. My husband was bringing in income but couldnt afford both cars so I tried to reason with them and asked if I could keep paying on the running vehicle until I get the other one fixed and then start making payments. I was told no so my husband said to let both go back because if they are not letting me make any kind of payments they would have come to get them any way well we stopped paying on them (missed 1 payment) but tried to call and ask again. Tabitha wouldnt even try to make an arrangment with me because she was too busy getting loud with me about why I havent called sooner or return her calls. For one if you tell me you cant work with me the first time why should I even call but I still was trying to do the right thing. Before I was late on my payment I told her that I would talk to my husband and she fussed at that but I told her thats my biblical stand point. She then mocked me of my beliefs and said I needed to be a woman. So basically I took that as she didnt want me to respect my husband and even though my marriage would not be bothered by that she still made it seem like she could careless about it. Even before her the guy I purchased with was very friendly but when I came to get my tags he didnt know anything about them and due to covid we couldnt enter the building so we were waving at him to get his attention through the window and he literally stood there staring at us as if he was bothered by our presence. He made us wait before he even came outside. I do not recommend this place.

The sales people are all very kind but the manager Gary is a moron . I was going to purchase a vehicle but left after speaking to him for a few minutes. He could be the worse manager I have ever encountered.

With the help of The Car Store of Jackson, I am financing my own car at only 20 years of age with no co-signer! How awesome is that? My payments are reasonable and I love how smooth my car drives on back roads and on the interstate! If my motor or transmission were to mess up in the next year from my purchase date, they will replace it! FOR FREE! My air conditioner was making a knocking sound and they kept to their word to fix it and they fixed it for free because they are loyal and true to you and your vehicle. Thank you so much to Taylar Rushing for being so hardworking for me and the West Tennessee area!

They sold my daughter a $3000 car for $10000, plus 23% interest! That ought to be enough right there but to boot, they wouldnt even fill it up with gas! As cheap as gas is now they couldnt even do that! I would gladly walk everywhere before I buy something from this place! I left 1 star but its because I had to in order to write a review.

In my opinion, This place is a bait and switch junk auto dealer. They advertise $1000.00 down but when you get there and pick something out thats acceptable they try to hit you for triple the down payment. This place is a typical very high interest rate junk dealer. Stay away from this place

Bought a 2012 impala the 4th and many issues occurred 2 days later, fan wont stop running even after car is off, engine light came on, break light came on, service stabilitrak came on. Not good for business on second day missing work to fix the issue the car has a warranty but this is day 2.

I came in after work today, went thru the steps and let me just tell you, the car store hooked me up!!! Taylar is the bomb.com!!!! They worked with me so I agree, you get more at the car store!!!! Go see Taylar, she will get it done😊

I got a Buick from there 24 hrs later tire monitor system came on for tires was told to deal with it all the cars are like that but wasnt like that when I ran it if it was I wouldnt have bought it and you have to pay money out of your pocket to get it fixed so my advice is beware sale person Ivory is awesome cant blame her was told by service man it cant be reset until I take it and have it fixed
