Went online to search for cars at this location, website did not list any prices or locations for the vehicles. Had to physically go to the dealer where.....surprise no prices on the cars, and no cars that I was really interested in. Please note, the staff was friendly and pleasant, but their business model made it impossible for them to provide me with any real service/help. I hate giving a negative review, but any dealership that hides basic information or has you jump through hoops to get it, should be avoided.

The only reason Im giving two stars is because of Jessica, bought a Buick beginning of may within a week check engine light is on for air bags and something else we set a appointment with gforce for warranty work $100 diagnostic fee just to check it out ... Turns out bad catalytic converter that airbags need to be hardwired under the driver seat and nothings covered under the warranty that they make you buy also the air conditioner dont work on the new car

Look I had a paid off car that I purchased when I moved to Michigan. It needed work and I didnt want to pay 4k for a vehicle that had over 160k miles. I told them from the get go I wanted a SUV and I wanted either AWD or 4x4. Preferably a jeep. Instead I was shown a 2015 Toyota Corolla and felt pressured to purchase. I hadnt even finished signing the paperwork (should have taken this as a sign) and they sent me off with a dealer plate and I was to come after work the next day to finish signing. Now on my way to work I hit a patch of ice and missed a semi and crashed the car into a ditch. It was TOWED to their dealership and they stated that I now HAD to purchase this vehicle or they wouldnt do business with me and that if I didnt pay the repair costs of over $1200 (It went up because they ordered the WRONG BUMPER, like how is that MY fault?), they were going to take me to court. This was NOT under my insurance; it was under theirs but they didnt want to file a claim and have their rates go higher (Second sign ignored) I felt bullied by their manager and when I found out months later it was a REPOSSESSED vehicle I traded that thing faster than you can say yesterday. I purchased a Jeep and I love it. I would NEVER buy from this crooked company. *Please note this is a very late review, but my purchase was from January 8 of 2018. Vehicle was returned over a month + later with still a lot of damage but a new bumper.*
