On 7/31/2021 This was the best experience I’ve ever had out of all the years I’ve been visiting this particular location. My advisor Tricia Montgomery was inviting with a smile. She took her time and listened to my concerns. She assessed my needs and informed me and gave me several ways I could pay for the potential work needed. I thought about I would not return after the last couple experiences I’ve had there. She will be the only reason I will return…. I think she’s the best advisor you have and she needs to be recognized as such in my opinion because I’ve dealt with each of the others in the past. I think she shows clear concern for the customer. Good help is hard to find so if this was my business I won’t definitely give her the max pay and allow her to help train the other in the customer service part of your business. Definitely an asset.
This was my sons first experience with getting his new car serviced and Jerry Jones and James Avery worked extremely well explaining the service, keeping him informed, providing him shuttle service and answering any questions that he had upon pick up. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt good knowing that he and his car were in good hands and would be taken care of.
I totally agree with you Jus Me, very unprofessional, dont have no customer relation. My vehicle was there 1 month, parked in the same place where it was dropped off and no one took out the time to even look at it, the service foreman (Peter) was out so they took pictures and sent to him.... now how can you see the sound its making, really,,,, I wouldnt recommend Herrin Gear of Jackson to NO ONE.

This location is the worst! Ive been experiencing terrible customer service, non-existent professionalism, and poor service quality. Do NOT allow Infiniti (Herrin-Gear) of Jackson, MS to service your car. Youll do better paying external mechanics to work on your vehicle.Sincerely!
After several awful service experiences, my service advisor Tricia made this a great experience. I was in and out within 2.5 hours. My car was washed afterwards.
Started on July 17th. My wife and I purchased a certified Q50. We were so happy until we got home to notice coolant all over the ground. I noticed there was no splash shield under the car. Very easy to see it was coming from timing cover. I checked the oil just to see nothing on the dip stick. This is supposed to be a certified Infiniti. Air filter looked original packed full of sand and dirt. Cabin air filter was original and full of debri. Everywhere I looked nothing was done. They kept my car for the 1st week of ownership. I got the car back July 23rd. As the service advisor pulls up to swap out cars. I notice my car the splash shield is dragging the ground that they replaced. Since the bolts and clips were missing.I didn’t say anything to her. I get home and correctly put the splash shield on after buying 42 dollars worth of clips and bolts at local parts store. Now that the noise from the splash shield dragging the ground was gone. I could hear the same noise I complained about to the service dept originally. The work order said could not duplicate. It is not intermittent. It is very loud. It’s the front hub assembly. Roll the window down and it’s all you can hear. Metal on metal. The fender liners are being held on by 1 plastic clip per side. when it should have 9 on one side and 10 on the other side. The brake lines were twisted when the caliper was re-installed from them changing the pads. Brake hoses in such a bind would have been rubbed into. Mechanic told me he had never seen anything like this even from a dealer. The finance manager was told not to add anything but the Ext warranty. I have almost 3000 worth of extra charges I didn’t authorize. I traded in a car with 140k and it was in better condition than my certified Infiniti. Trade in was suppose to be 10k which I told finance and the sales man. Somehow it was still 8k when I look at my final paperwork. So now my car will have to go back to the service dept for god knows how long. I got no communication while it was at the shop the first time. I would have to message time after time to get an update. From finance to service worst experience I ever had. I don’t know who the certified techs are that still have a job that do work like this. I feel safer letting Walmart work on my car. Do these techs not have any quality control standard. So now my car sits non drivable. Not one person has spoken about compensation for time and grief or offered to fix the misleading paperwork. I get an email showing my signature on a write up that was suppose to be corrected to proper figures. Instead they go ahead with figures they preferred better than the agreed terms. Owned the car for 8 days driven for 2 hours total. This is not the experience I expected nor would I wish on my worst enemy.
Justin McFarland, and I had communicated by Phone regarding a 2022 Qx55 not just a Qx55 but the Qx55 Sensory with the red interior. One call is all it took and he got the ball rolling,No other dealerships took the time to locate one, but Justin McFarland went over and beyond to make sure that he located one. Today I went in for my scheduled oil change and while waiting I received a text message about other things that were found that were critical that needed to be addressed. Well in February of this year I paid to have have 2 of those items on the list serviced. When I inquired about it, I was advised that the service men didn’t look at my chart but she “promises” that it’s not an issue. I’m thinking either I paid for services that were never rendered or someone is wanting to charge me twice for the same services just rendered a few months ago. We were only several hours into an extensive road trip when something hit and shattered our sunroof. I called Herrin-Gear service dept. and spoke with Taylor. She said bring it in now and we’ll get right on it. True to their word, Taylor and Mr. Ayers went above and beyond in assisting us in a difficult situation . We were on our way with a brand new sunroof and smiles on our faces in short order. I highly recommend them!

We have to bring our QX60 here because the recall. First trip they check and said they have to order the part of recalls then when it comes they will setup appointments for us to bring it back. We came back this morning our appointment is 8:30 they said will take around 2 and half hours to finish, we then waiting at waiting room, now 12pm they just said they ordered the wrong one... so will order again and we will have a call to setup another appointment to come back for this recall! Is this something???? Is this the way how they work here? I’m very disappointed!!!!

My mother just called for an oil change and Martha hung in her face and didn’t set the oil change up. When my mother asked her to set it up she asked my mom what day and my mom you tell me since you guys are booked. Martha got very irate with my mother and must’ve thought my mother was her mother. You speak to your own mother in that manner and she also went on to say her supervisor was right in the room while she was disrespectful to a customer. My mother has been an Infiniti driver for more then 10 years and as of today I will be contacting a lawyer! The young lady name Jen was very nice and was very helpful. You need more Jen’s because MARTHA was a prime example of unprofessionalism. But please know I will not tolerate that kind of behavior to my mother and others.
I thought I was happy with our salesman and purchase only to find out that we were told we were getting the 2020 QX60 Luxe by Randy but instead we got the 2020 QX60 Pure which is just standard. We were rushed thru the paperwork so fast it was not seen until few days later at home when looking thru paperwork and realizing my car did not have on it what was expected. Not happy. My advice...check everything on PAPER.

My experience with your dealership started off being great! I put my down payment down sign the contract asked if there was anything else I needed to do and they assured me NO! 28 days later I receive a text not a phone call but a text from the finance manager stating the contract did not go through we need our car back! I was in total disbelief! I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Hearing Gear off of High St ! I did however get a great deal at Ridgeland Mitsubishi! They put me in a beautiful 2017 300 series Mercedes Benz with no problem. That’s the place to go to and ask for Trade with Wade!!!

Bought a Nissan Frontier Yesterday. Easy and quick experience. Justin McFarland searched every lot possible for the type of truck I told him a wanted. Was able to get a thousand dollars more for my trade-in than CarMax offered. He found the truck at their sister lot about 5 miles away and took me there. Test drive was smooth. I had 2 recalls on my Infiniti QX80 and had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am which we did arrive 5 mins late. We were promptly greeted and Trisha (I believe that’s her name) was ready to get us started. After a short wait In a very nice waiting room, Mr James Ayers and Trisha had us in a loaner ride which was a 2020 QX60. We made our rounds around Jackson and had lunch and our car was ready from the recall update. We get back and they tell us it’s going to be a few more minutes that they were In the process of washing my SUV. Then when they brought it back to us they vacuumed it and hand dried it. Now let me tell you these fine people went above and beyond what was expected on a vehicle that I didn’t even buy from them and I thank them very much. This is how you run a dealership and make people happy. Friendly service, friendly faces, and just genuine nice folks treating you incredible.

I am out of town on vacation and my battery went dead. It was not a problem. I called Herrin-Gear Infiniti stressed to the point of no return. I was told to bring my SUV in and the service team was phenomenal. An amazing team of service personnel.
If I could rate 0 star, I would. Appointments mean nothing here, staff will treat you inappropriately if you look young. I needed a 5 minute diagnostic and they did nothing for 3 days. I had to complain and ask for the general manager just to get simple test done. Service advisor not knowledgeable. Do not honor appointments and will admit that appointments mean nothing to your face.

Fast service for no appointment! Service staff is always friendly and wonderful! They have taken wonderful care of my g35, and now my g37s and soon the new Q60 :) Also the sales staff and sales managers are great as well, although I didn’t buy my last infinity from them, the set me on the right track to find the exact car I was looking for, they let the sale go to insure I was happy with the car I chose!! This was my first visit to this dealership and my last! I bought my vehicle in Little Rock Arkansas and usually take my QX60 for service to the Benton Dealership. Where I always get excellent service from a very friendly and courteous staff. But I took it to Jackson this time because my daughter lives there. I was not greeted at the entrance; I had to find someone to wait on me. I didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle to get serviced, but they didn’t vacuum and wash my vehicle. They asked me questioned that gave me the impression that since I didn’t buy my vehicle there I should maybe take it for servicing where I bought it. Which I will gladly do in the future.

The service department needs a lot of work. I arrived at 9:45 for an oil change. The employee stated that it would be an hour or two wait. At the second hour I went to the desk to check on the status and she said, I told you two or three hours which isn’t what she said before. A few people came in after me and left before me and they received only oil changes as well. One lady sitting beside me said, they always call ahead. But each time I call ahead I am told to just come on in, you can’t make an appointment for an oil change.
At the time I was in the market for a particular car, Infiniti Q70L 5.6. Herrin Gear Infiniti did not have one. Justin told me that that particular car is hard to find. Justin and I stayed in contact with each other for 3 months looking for a Q70L 5.6. He never pressured me, not once. I was in Japan when they finally got a Q70L on the lot. He did everything I asked to ensure that I would get a chance to test drive and eventually buy the car. After the test drive, I noticed a couple things wrongs, Justin offered to have it taken care of before I picked the car up and when I did pick the car up, everything was A1. Thanks to Justin and the Herrin Gear team for GREAT customer service!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I will never own another Infiniti just so I never have to deal with this service department again. I took my car here on Saturday, October 26 to have a water leak found and fixed. Service lady calls me and tells me they originally think its coming from the bottom of the windshield. A day later she calls me and tells me the sunroof drains need to be replaced and that they would replace the sunroof drains and clean AND dry the carpet for a large fee. We agreed ONLY because they said they were getting the carpet back to normal, before the leak and before the mildew smell. Go to pick my car up on Friday, November 1. They try to charge me $200 than we were originally told. I declined to pay so they fixed the bill. Then went to get in my car and the carpets were still soaked, havent even been touched and the car smelt like mildew still. They put me in a loaner until Thursday November 7 when they brought my car to me at work with STILL wet carpets and smelling like mildew and a dashboard that had been carelessly taken out and put back in. I immediately left work to go and talk to the general manager who pulled the service manager in and ultimately told me that they did not touch the dashboard and never said they would dry and clean the carpets. After going back and forth the service manager first offers me half off a detailing job, I decline because why would I give these people anymore money? Then he offers me a free detailing job and says that someone would pick my car up first thing Friday morning November 8. My car got picked up Friday afternoon at 4:00 and I didnt get it back until this past Saturday November 16. My carpets are dry and clean again but my dashboard is unfixable. Corporate offered me free maintenance and oil changes for a year and I declined because I literally want nothing to do with this service department ever again. They are the rudest, shadiest group of individuals I have ever dealt with and no amount of free oil changes or whatever could ever possess me to take ANY of my vehicles there again.
The experience is almost always pleasant at Herrin-Gear Infiniti. They provide snacks and complimentary beverages while you wait for your car to get serviced. Mr. Jerry goes above and beyond to meet the needs of not just one customer but all his customers. I highly recommend this place for any Infiniti owners you wont be disappointed.
This has to be the best buying experience that Ive had when buying a car. No pushy or high pressure sales from this dealership. Dana even sent me info on the SUV on her day off and was happy to accommodate my needs. Dana had all the paper work ready to go the next day and contacted my bank for me. First of all I would like to say my service representative Trish was excellent she did her absolute best to offer the best experience for me. However, the amount of time my car was in the shop was far to long. I dropped the car off at the beginning of December but did not see it again until mid January. I was told the driver side axle was bent and the CV join needed to be replaced. I had to bring it back a few times to completly resolve the issue. Although the amount of time spent on the initial issue was far to long the subsequent repairs were done in a timely manner. The car drives perfectly fine now. Again, the best part of my experience was the staffs amazing custiomer service. I would recommend anyone with issues with their Infiniti to take it directly to Trish she will do her best to help you out.Edit:I am editing my former review because of what happened today. I wanted to be sure I added a start and wish I could add 5 more stars for this. I was in a bind after getting tires at another place. The tire place had misaligned the vehicle and I brought it back to the other tire place. Well they somehow shook the battery loose from its hanger. If you have an Infiniti you will know this causes the vehicle to not start. Well, they jumped it and of course the radio went out and a few other things. Well I called Infiniti in a panic because I really needed the car for tomorrow and the rest of the week. Simone stayed late to fix it for me. They are a great bunch in the service department. Even after I leave Jackson I’m coming here to get my vehicle serviced. I only trust them.
We drove over 400 miles for this car. The car and price is what brought us here. However, it turned out to be the most pleasant car purchased I can ever remember. I really like the people. So many dealers try to pull something on you. These folks were above board and honest from start to finish.

Great service led to another great purchase:My wifes stellar experience at Herrin-Gear Infiniti Service left her adamant that we return when it became time to purchase another vehicle. That day came today, and after a lot of research, we got a great deal, and were treated more than fairly. Everyone we dealt with had great customer service skills, from Keith, our salesman to Alan, the pre-owned sales manager who gave us a great trade-in value, and Tim, who assisted us with all the paperwork. In and out in about an hour! And well be back when its time to purchase the next vehicle.
I was there only to work on their doors, but they seem to be nice folks. Offered snacks and drinks to our crew. Not an uppity staff like some dealerships I have had to do repairs for.

Great service. Initially I visited Infiniti of Memphis and they treated me like they were doing me a favor to show me their cars. I purchased my QX80 at Herrin Gear and I was happy with the treatment by the sale force and the manager.
Great experience with superb customer service
I took my SUV in for service this past Monday and had an extremely pleasing experience. My service advisor Randy Walker was polite and helpful. As I only needed an oil change, Randy had the shuttle service take me to work. The shuttle driver arrived so quickly that I didnt even have to time to finish making a cup of coffee (complimentary in the waiting area). When the work was completed and being washed, he called to see if I needed the shuttle to pick me up as well. In addition to Randy, the other service advisors were helpful in making sure that I was quickly helped when I arrived to drop off my truck and when I returned to pick it up. Overall, a first-rate experience.
We pulled in for our appointment on our QX56and were greeted promptly. Our service engine soon light was on so they invited us to wait in their really nice waiting room while they quickly assessed the problem. Maybe 20 minutes later we were informed that we would have to leave the vehicle for a few days while they ordered the correct parts as it was a big job. They immediately pulled our vehicle back into the covered bay and allowed us to get our belongings out and had a brand-new G50 sitting right next to it for us to use. We were on our way within 30 to 45 minutes hassle free. They actually called us a day early letting us know the vehicle was ready! When we got back to the dealership we pulled into the bay and were immediately recognized and greeted and our car was pulled right up. It has run like a champ! My wife and I decided based on this level of service that we were buying our next QX80 from Herrin Gear for sure. What a lot of dealerships dont understand is that you can put all the money in the world into the sales end of the dealership but the service end can sell cars for you just as easy. If you have a bad experience in their service department why would you want to go buy a vehicle from the sales department? I realize this is a premium service department because I had a BMW and encountered similar treatment at the BMW dealership but it is still very important to focus on service and not slip when customers are paying a premium price for a vehicle. Herrin Gear understands that and clearly demonstrated it with us.

The fastest service Ive ever experienced at 735a and in the rain! I was able to have my oil changed, brakes checked and tires checked all before going to work!
They did a good job servicing my vehicle but they did not offer to clean the exterior or interior. Other Infiniti Dealers I have gone to in other states have offered this service free along with the regularly scheduled vehicle service.
