I went to get info on classes,but unfortunately they are not doing them right now.The man was very friendly and informative. He took my name and said he would contact me when classes started again. Awesome place will definitely be back.

They literally showed us completely clickbait photos, then the real ones turned out blurry, terribly edited, and you can see the flash.

Kyle and his staff are very professional, efficient and friendly. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my photos!

The staff is first class! I have been to many other photo shops long ago, but I ended up exclusively working with Kyle and the gang for their knowledge, skill, friendliness, and competitive pricing. They are truly the best overall photoshop and studio that I know of.

My mom, who is older and knows nothing about technology, went here to have some pics of my deceased brother put on an SD card so she could give his children a digital picture frame with pics of their Dad for Christmas. She specifically asked for an SD card. We wrote it down on a piece of paper for her so she would know what to ask for. They charged her over $50 and put her pics on cd, which we could do nothing with. When she went back to the store, they refused to fix it for her, and wanted to charge her more money for the SD card! This was a rip off, a shame, and the poorest customer service I have ever experienced! They will never get business from me or my family again!

I got my cap and gown pictures taken here and there were many issues with them. The photographer did not point out and have me fix my sleeve that was bunched up revealing the bandages I had on my arm. He instead blamed the teachers and the people who went before and after me. He claimed that it was their responsibility to make sure that my picture looked good. He did not offer to retake the picture or any sort of remedy. He instead yelled at my mother when she asked if they could be retaken again saying it was not his responsibility and that he was too short staffed. The quality of the pictures is horrible and they are way over priced.

Brought in a friends fathers certification of military service signed by the President. They killed it, it looked GREAT even the gold seal turned perfect. I was very, very impressed with the work it was much better than ever expected. I will go back in a heart beat when I need their expertise again. :)

Great experience! Had a old picture of my families farm house. They were able to make it into a 8x10 for me. Let me know if it came out blurry they wouldn’t charge me for it. It came out great while I waited.

My husband and I ordered a general banner from Party City for our littles baby shower. A few days before the shower our personalized banner still hadnt arrived and Party Citys customer service didnt seem concerned at all. The banner was the staple decoration that was going to tie all of our other decor together. We found Picture This of Jackson doing a general Google search and couldnt have gotten more lucky! Our theme was Nightmare Before Christmas which makes it difficult to find decorations for. Their design artist had a template whipped up within an hour, that was more perfect than what we couldve even imagined. We ordered it that day and picked it up less than 24 hours later. We got so many compliments at the shower and were so excited to be able to hang it in little mans room afterward. Thank you, Picture This, for saving thr day! #SHOPLOCAL!!

I needed posters printed the same day. They had them finished within 2 hours. More than just a camera shop. Highly recommend

We needed some video gear for our business and they offered expert advice on which tripod and gear we needed for our project. Prices were better than online as well, although in the long run I always value paying more for good advice.We have also used them for printing photos and media conversions (slides to .jpg).

I wish I could give 10 stars. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. Willing to help you in every way they can. They offer a wide variety of options for photographers and people just wanting photo products. I love this place.

Just recently visited this location for office photos / decor. I showed up 15 minutes before opening and they open the doors for me. Very open inside and has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The customer service was very helpful. The workers are knowledgeable on the products they sell. If you need senior photos, family photos, or camera supplies they have.

If you have questions or want good quality product. This is the place. Dont bother with a superstore.

Seriously a hidden gem of Jackson. More people should come here. Ran in on my lunch break and they were super fast and friendly! Even after walking out with one print and realizing I was not satisfied with it, I went right back in and they fixed it free, fast and friendly. A lot of companies can learn a thing or two about customer service from this business. Great people and super affordable! I am referring everyone I know to them now. Very helpful! This place is for amatures and pros alike. What they dont have, they can get for you. They even have an in home professional printing service and retouching services available.

They do work with cascades animal shelter in their santa paws pictures, so anybody that cares about shelter dogs and actually does something about it is a 5 🌟 person in my eyes.

Theyve been taking our office pics for the billboards in battle creek and jackson. They look pretty good.

You can get pictures off your phone and Im pretty positive you can do that with VCRs and put them on DvDs or get them develop those are awesome as people there📼📀
