It was fine . Prices was great . Only problem is. Some of the employees acted like it hurt to smile and be friendly . But other words theyre ok But on the other hand the other customers were rude, very disrespectful towards other customers. If you cant be friendly, do your shopping online . Like its ashamed its like omg. We gotta make America proud. Not be rude towards other people. Plus life is too short
Bought a fridge and had delivery paid for. The guy who delivered it also had his girlfriend with him. I was told all he was suppose to to was take it out of box. It game assembled out of box.Now we all know not many fridges will fit through a nor.al door. I was told Id have to take the whole door frame off. He wouldnt take the doors off as most people know you have too.He just sat around with his girlfriend while my neighbor did all the work. WORST DELEVERY SERVICE EVER.Thank I go to Menards, was there one hour and a half. Seems like they didnt believe me. Dont buy appliances at Menards, if you need them delivered.

Me and my girlfriend went into Jackson Menards spent $2,000 special ordered doors took forever to get the doors went to go get them worst customer service ever from Dan .I do believe his name is get the new doors new doorsworse than the doors they sent back if you want good customer service and good product go to Lowes
Usually love this place, its been a go-to for years even when we lived on the far side of town from it.We purchased some special fence posts online and had a month to pick them up according to the receipt. They went ahead and put them in a clearance section THREE days after they arrived and were sold to someone else again immediately. They were on back order for three months.
This Menards is really well run, great store. Easy to get in and get out. Ive never got the lumber here, so dont know the quality, but other Menards have better wood than the other big box stores.
I left Loews very annoyed, they never seem to have what I need. Stopped at Menards, and their shelves are fully stocked!!! From now on, Menards will be my first stop!
I ordered Lumber and Josh was on the job for four days and he was very helpful and night.

We went there to get out of the house. We ended up buying a towel rack and orbital sander for our screen doors. The place was very well organized and had a lot of inventory in stock. Employees were very helpful.
It used to be a lot better and less expensive. People used to ask if you needed anything. Now, when they see you looking like you need help, they tend to walk away and hide. You reall got to chase them down sometimes. It does not help that lumber prices skyrocketed.
Everything is as expected once I did a custom order on a countertop it came in perfect. I gave them extremely detailed dimensions and when I received it i.was literally able to just slid it into place. I have never had anything fit even close to the way it should anywhere else. But one thing they do makes me kinda angry. The 11% thing. Ive turned in my receipts several times they have yet to send anything back!. I still shop there but I try to avoid the 11% sale.
Store can be unwieldy large to find stuff but staff is always helpful and they have tons of stuff
Manager of hearing dept is WRONG! Wouldnt listen to us...said gaskets on water boiler furnaces dont go bad. Well furnace repair said YES THEY DO. He was smart acting and we left our cart with over 70$ to purchase. Wont be back
Lumber is stored outside so u have to walk in and pay walk out drive around back find it yourself load it go thru the checkpoint. Its very time consuming and inconvenient. Local lumber stores lowes and home depot have this process beat.Its like going to Walmart and by the way we have lumber out back .
Drove an hour to pickup a door Ryan put on hold for me. BIG shout out to Ryan for being diligent and efficient in finding the door in the store for me. The whole staff from door dept. to friendly cashier to girl that helped me load the door into my vehicle and even the security guy to let me in pickup area were all amazingly friendly and helpful. If I lived closer, Id shop this store all the time.
Store was clean and well laid out. Ordered online and went to pick up item from store. Inventory was off and they werent sure if they had my item, despite website saying they did. The crew did everything they could to make sure I left with my order. They were very helpful and polite.
We just had the best shopping experience because of Danielle in plumbing! We didnt know where to start and she took the time to help us find all of the parts we needed. At a time when customer service is extremely poor,, Danielle did a great job! poor

This is a review specifically for the online ordering experience. We waited over 24 hours and when we didnt hear from them about picking up our order we called to get a status update. They told us they were short staffed and if we came in, they would pull someone to help us get our order together. Well turns out that means we could come in and pull the items ourselves which we did. But considering I paid for them to pull the items for me, I will absolutely not be returning. Weve had okay experiences with this store when you go in to shop but if you want to do a pickup order, definitely use another hardware store. There are plenty nearby.
Great place. They have everything under one roof. Only thing bad is the only have two amigos. You would think with the big store like that and as much money as they make they would cater to their citizens as well

Absolutely horrendous customer service at the Jackson location. We will be taking our business elsewhere for countertops. I was told in May they would send me a template a week later and now going into July, I never received it. I spoke to a man there today and he had a terrible attitude stating you have to buy the counter tops before you get the template and that “no one ever told you you’d be getting a template before purchase.” Basically calling me a liar. I had to cancel my contractors because I never got the template to confirm and place my order. 3 out of the 4 employees that I spoke to there either hate their job or their life. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Customer service is good. Pricing is high but lower then competitors. Rebates are great. Busy at times but only at registers. They could open more during busy hours.
I was there for an interview today. And David an associate of Menards helped me find the person I needed to see to interview with. That shows excellent customer service and I really appreciate it.
They claim service they are anything but at this store. I was so very disappointed. Needed help loading a door and asked for help. I was passed from one person to another. They would rather pass the blame then offer any real solution I called to report the bad experience I talked to the store manager and was given Im sorry! Thanks we will go else where from now on.
Overall the best selection of toilet colors in stock compared to Home Depot and Lowes. No Kohler to be found though:( Toto was also not available. The proprietary brand Eljer was available as was Mansfield. A few American Standard. I was really looking for Kohler. Prices were competitive. Need to do some research on Eljer and Mansfield to see how their ratings are. Will require another trip!

Great experience the employee that helped me was able give me prompt information about what product & style they carried right off hand no guess work. Very impressed.
I personally worked at Menards for about half a year and it was an odd experience. Some of the managers and coworkers we’re helpful and pretty nice but the other half just cared about them selves. Some of the workers were disrespectful and didn’t care about their customers. I couldn’t tell you how many people we had a kick out because they did not have a mask or they did not want to wear a mask or they couldn’t because of a health condition. And I get that it was private property and they had to wear a mask if someone has a health condition they can’t help about it. They were Austin short staffed also. I was a carry out so that means I pushed carts and they made us close by ourselves often on the weekends which is one of the busiest times of the week and when we needed help no one came out.

I am so extremely disappointed in the customer service we received today. We placed an order for 21 fence panels and 24 posts, adding up to over $1700. The online order said they were IN STOCK and had the amount we needed. I called today before we left to make sure that they still had the exact number we needed. I was told YES on the phone, that they had more than we even needed there! So we rented a truck and drove over an hour out to this store to get our items. We left with only 12 panels and NO fence posts. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with an online pick up in store order. Not only were we not notified you had no posts in stock, but when I called to confirm I was told YES, we do have all the panels you need. On top of the disappointment and wasted over 2 hours of driving and truck rental, we were given no remorse, credit, or explanation when bringing it to customer services attention. We have been dedicated customers and always have gone to your stores for our renovation needs. We will be reconsidering our choice after how this situation was handled. We are definitely disappointed as we have always loved shopping at your stores.

They cannot compete with Lowes or Home Depot. Period. Theres return process is horrible and I just looked at difference in pricing on wood and deck material....not even close. I literally drive 20 minutes to get to Lowes and Menards is walking distance....thats how much I cant stand Menards anymore. Multiple experiences now that I just dont feel like explaining....including a grinder pump that failed twice that they still sell and wouldnt refund or replace bc I lost receipt. That wouldnt have happe.ed at Lowes or Home Depot. That cant compete. PERIOD!!!

As far as Im concerned not being able to tell how much an item is because its not marked is a very bad idea. And when you are looking for someone to get help with it they seem to vanish in to thin air.

My husband & I went to get some summer products and he needed a piece of plywood. He was told that he has to go and pick it up around in the back and as we go around to the back where you pick up material nobody was there to help so we drove around in and out of the buildings and then finally somebody told us that you have to go inside to get it but as we were inside they said we have to go outside so he goes back inside and he finds out that they overcharged them up front where they cashed them out after putting close to a half hour and to trying to pick up a piece of plywood that he was overcharged he did not want to bother with Menards anymore because he was already irritated. Maybe they are underemployed and dont have enough staff I dont know? But the ones that did help thank you the ones that didnt seem like they didnt have time.

Walking around found soups and pasta dinners that you add meat, you got a meal. These meals were all together on end cap with sale price for 55 cents and 11% rebate. Wow great price for meal. Noticed when walking out the soups didnt ring up on sale, went back in, sorry they arent on sale. Why in the world were they all together if not on sale?? So watch the tags and papers hanging closely.
Used to love this place but they lost my business today. Me and my husband walk in to a woman yelling at us from behind a counter where there was a line you got a mask? You have to have a mask of course this makes everyone look at us which was just embarrassing. Especially since I forgot my mask, I thought we have no options we have to leave. When we walk out we notice they did have a sign but no one notices it there until theyre leaving. Look, if you want to require your guests to wear a mask, thats fine but youre doing it wrong. Have a greeter at the door with masks on hand to offer to those guests who may have forgotten theirs and inform them of this change instead of writing it on wood outside. I mean was that sign a corporate decision??? I really want to know. Then we were cashing out and my mask that I borrowed from my husband started slipping. Instead of being greeted by the cashier she says maam youre supposed to be wearing your mask Im only telling you that because they yell at me about it all the time I told her I think it was very unprofessional the way they are handling this change and I informed her of how I was greeted when I walked in. Someone came over and the cashier started to tell the other associate about the greeter, I tried to tell her also that I found it very rude but the other associate wouldnt even look at me. Like I said I am all for new rules to keep everyone safe, but youre a business, do it professionally or your customers will start going to Lowes and Home Depot instead from now like me.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced! The gentleman that helped us in carpet was very helpful and after cutting the carpet, he took it on cart to registers so we could continue shopping. After that out experience after that was horrible. As shopping for many items we could not get down the isles. Every other isle was blocked by products that needed to be put away. After that we need 4 sheets of drywall. When we asked were it was the employee gave us directions of going out back and leaving the building walking through semi’s and other vehicles very far out back to a lumber yard. Were we walked and walked could not find any help. So came back in and proceeded to register and asked cashier if someone could bring up for us. Due to me having a heart condition and I was told no! I would have to walk all the way back get a ticket from them and cone up and pay then drive back there! So I went to manager and told her there was no way I could walk back there! She said that was the only way I would get it! I will never shop at menards Again! I went to lowes took 5 mins drywall is right next to cashier and employees were very friendly! The lady who said she was a manager which it did not say on her name tag was aggie. I did purchase ny other items which was 400.00 because did not want to re shop. But they will never get another dime from me!
Went in today on 12-4-20 around 4 pm and was greeted by an extremely rude attendant working the front desk return area when you first enter. Luckily I had to go around back to the pickup area where everyone was much nicer. Either way, wont be doing business here again.

Menards is my favorite. Im like a kid in a candy store everytime I go. Very reasonable prices. Same materials and tools for less then the other home improvement stores.

DO NOT EXPECT HELP from anyone outside in the lumber yard. So far we have seen 4 workers and none of them have offered to help load anything. Sure they will point you in the right direction. But will NOT help you. There is 3 guests in this building and no one has offered a hand, yet there is multiple workers within eye sight.
Service was decent and had the items I needed for a construction project. Only complaint was the guy at the desk for lumber out back wouldnt ring me up for the small piece of plywood inside the store so I had to make two transactions. His reason, didnt want the front of the store to double charge me? Seems like they should be used to that process.

Good prices. Customer ahead of me had an issue checking out. It took the cashier over 15 minutes to get a supervisor to come help, even after multiple calls, pages etc.

I had to rent a truck waited in the service line after I called ahead of time and nobody bothered to let me know to bring in proof of insurance after waiting in that long line I went out to my car to get the proof of insurance and the cashier by the name of Beth made me wait in line again which took quite a bit of extra time and was extremely frustrating. The customer service that I received from her personally was horrible. She should have saw and noticed the frustration from the customer and did what she should have done to make it right to make the customer happy. That and it is a very bad idea to have somebody rent tools in the same line as the customer service lines that get really long and busy during the holidays. I definitely will not be renting a truck from there again but if anybody needs to rent a truck they remember to bring in proof of insurance with them :-) simple fact is the cashier could have easily diffuse the situation and been much more courteous . A total of 30 minutes to rent a truck is not a good thing and then had to wait in a long line when I returned the truck as well. It is Black Friday so I knew it was going to be a little bit longer than normal but that was absurd. If you need to rent a truck I would definitely recommend Home Depot or Lowes just on convenience and customer service

Prices are average. Its finding anything in the store that is a nightmare. You will wander and wander. No one in the store to help when you need someone. Its starting to seem like home depot over here. I remember when you asked for assistance and someone actually helped.
I like the store, but today I went in and saw a few people wearing their masks loosely and below the nose. I also have been seeing men waiting by the return desk at the entrance not wearing a mask. Not good.

The place is dead not one person even tries to offer any help shelves about empty in the heater department and when I waited in one of the two lines that were open after staying in line for a while they refused to check me out If you have a disability they the only way they will take care of you is curb side and they were quite rude about it they kept going in and on about a bunch of bs that had nothing to do with the situation. I would chalk this place up as the worst place to go at least Lowe’s treats you well and will attend to any disabilities that you have this is my final and last time of entering this rude and unprofessional establishment so far it’s the worst experience I have had well tied with Andy’s for an employee using very un professional words I cannot believe people shop at places like this. I waited Almost a year to go back and still treated like very bad
