I could not find an item I purchased when I got home. They looked for it but did not find it. They told me to come back get another one. What great customer service!

Been in here several times, this place is very friendly, these guys come to you looking to help you out rather than you needing to find one of the store associates, they usually have what I need, I am able to get in and out very quickly. Would much rather shop here than the big box store any day. If you have seen my other posts, there are times the big box store is great and others when they have failed so miserably I dont even want to buy their products. Not once have I had a bad experience at the Jackson TN Ace Hardware store, or any Ace hardware store for that matter.

Great people with great selection without the hassle of Van Drive. Locally owned and operated! Always good to support locally owned when possible.

5 minutes till closing. They didnt mention it when I walked in. Didnt rush me. Out of what I needed but took my number to call me when it comes in, in a few days. Ill be back many times.

This place is like no other! They greet you when you come in the door and ask if they can help you. Blake the owner likes to get to know everyone and his community very nice man, that will bend over backwards to find everything you need. I have been shopping there for 3 years and all the employees from day one are still there. That speaks volumes in a team environment. A great place to go to for all your needs. If he doesnt have it he will make sure he gets it and will Stock it.

They sure want to help you which can be a good thing.

Excellent service and wide variety of products to help you with your project. The sales person listened to what I was wanting to do and jumped right in helping me find something that would work as I was trying to install a new but used wick in a Kerosene heater. They install easy new but are really hard to keep the pins in place after theyve been soaked with kerosene and used for a cpl days. I was looking for anything I could use as a retainer to hold the pins in place after I lined them up. We try different retainers but nothing that was quite the same diameter but ended up found a wing nut that would start and hold tight. Thanks for the assistance in a diy project to get me back together as I had bought the last known wick in the Jackson area for this heater a few days earlier when the Kerosene I bought apparently had water in it and soaked in my new wick.

They stayed open so I could rent a tiller and get what supplies I needed beyond great customer service. More than 5 stars if I could!!!!

After trying the big box stores Ace was the only ones the blanks to make my keys. Courteous and friendly and priced competitively. I will go back

Some of the employees are worse than car salesmen. After the 4th time in 2 min. Asking me if he could help me and me saying, no thanks I was ready to just walk out of there. I couldnt even look around at anything without him following me around insisting on helping me with something. This has happened the past 3 times Ive been in there.

I love ace so much better then lowes and tractor supply just my opinion. They used to have one in union city tn and they sold everything I miss it so much anything from hunting to home or building supply to yard.
