Store is nice. The shirt designs are too plain for the price. They dont have a good selection of kids items. Overall it is your average college bookstore.

Great time being home for Homecoming. I enjoyed hanging out in the bookstore like old times. Lots of merchandise to choose from.

JSU Homecoming Weekend! Its Primetime

Jackson State University is an amazing school filled with exceptional faculty and students. Im from Chicago and drove my Lady and her daughter down for enrollment and check in. What should have been a quick and orderly experience turned into a frustrating 2 day event. Not on JSU but on financial aid. There were so many experiencing this frustration in one or the other due to some type of registration issue. The staff went out the way to help, even to the point of working beyond their shifts to help with issues. One young lady, I should have got her name, went to the furthest level to help by going to get a copy of some financial aid forms we needed. I give this University 20 stars.

My grandson, Erroll Lane entered JSU for a 4 year degree in Music 🎵🎶🎵! Im so proud of him.Good luck on your endeavors, stay safe and I love and wish you all the best.

Campus was clean more parking for visitors would be great we stopped by the book store would have been nice to be able to park and get out we had to drive around the whole campus to get on campus and park that walk aways to get into book store . Prices where good for merchandise .

I know I gave the campus a subpar review, but the campus bookstore is great! I can always go in, get what I need, & go right out. A lot of the snacks & small things that you can usually obtain from Walmart are priced much higher here.

Great food & service from the ladies working at the Bistro area.

Love browsing through JSU bookstore on campus. The personnel are always willing to help if you cant find what your looking for.

It was nice and smooth in the bookstore because of the pandemic. I was able to pick out the books I needed and check out in less than 20 minutes!

A bit over priced and store doesnt have its own identity yet. A lot of good merch but you can find a single pen here for 5 dollars

I was charged for a rented textbook today. Immediately called once I saw the charge and specifically asked to speak with a manager. Was told that he was busy and was reassured she could help me. So I told her my situation and she said that I could bring my textbook in and get a full refund. She even apologized for the inconvenience. I left my job, drove to the bookstore only to be told by a gentleman in the back that I could only sale my book back for $30 and thats only if they are using it next semester. When asked if I could finally speak to manager, he tells me that she is in a meeting and wont be out for 45 mins. Walking out the store, the manager stopped me and asked if everything was okay... I couldnt believe it! I was told that the Indian lady I had spoken to originally didnt know that I couldnt get a refund. This IS NOT OKAY. Obviously, no one knows ANYTHING at the store and puts the blame on third parties for charges the students incur. If it isnt for purchasing books with my SUPERCARD, they will never get my service again.

I have to come here for many things and the people who work there are very nice and helpful.
