I was a loyal customer who come in several times a week...Today, I brought in friends because this was my favorite place to go, and they always liked it too. I didnt bring anything with me on our trip because I was unaware we would be making a stop at a liquor store. We got everything and were ready to go. The employee refused sell because I did not have my ID on me. I was not buying because I did not have any of my things on me. I went in to help my friends find what they wanted. Today, they have lost one loyal customer and fivemore customers...Its sad, but theres other and better liquor stores in Jackson to deal with ignorance.Ive moved around A LOT. Ive been a lot of different places, and Ive been in a TON of different liquor stores. I was drawn to this one while moving to Jackson because it reminded me of a close knit one that I loved somewhere else. This was the first place I have ever been refused service, and I wasnt even buying anything. I apologized to my friend for bringing her there, and brought her to another liquor store, where she was serviced. All I went in for was to give her advice on what would taste better in her drink she wanted to make for her birthday party. I was literally bringing the store customers. I will not bring them back.

Nice, but small selection of bourbon. Poor service as no one asked me if Id like assistance. Doubt Ill return. Service is everything.

Great variety and a useful staff of all ladies. I filled up my wine racks and found a couple hard to find bottles of some stuff I wanted to try that my friends and family recommend.

This store is not organized. It is not laid out properly. There are no signs like rum, vodka, whiskey to enable customers who are not from this area to find the product. It seems to be thrown together. This store needs a better lighting fuxtures for decent light.

21 dollars for a 12 pack of Heineken. The place looks nice and the people are cool but come on really. No prices on a lot of beer.

Employee threw the bottle my friend bought across the counter. How disrespectful to treat any paying customer that way. I have spent $60000 in this establishment over the past five years. I am never spending another dime unless I personally receive an apology from Mirah.

Great selection of all kinds of wines and liquors. Conveniently located off the bypass. That and the great customer service is the reason I shop here exclusively for my alcohol. The only thing I wish was different was a wider selection of beers. Some gas stations have more variety.

They always have everything I need. Their selection is amazing. Prices are fairly reasonable. Staff is hit and miss. There are some who are very polite and helpful and others act like they wish they were anywhere but there. Definitely my choice on where to go for drinks.

Not a large selection of beers, but a wide variety of wines, and a good selection of liquor.

Will fill any growler here (even from other stores). Have some staff members that are extremely knowledgeable in the field of beer and beer studies. They make great recommendations if you know something general your looking for.

I wasnt impressed. The prices are higher than other liquor stores. I walked out without purchasing anything. They didnt have what I was looking for, and didnt have an adequate substitute with a price that was within my budget.
