Very good and fast service! Popped a tire in the interstate and Plaza Tire was able to get me in and replace my tire very quickly. I was completely ready to go with a new tire within a couple hours of popping it!

Tyler was at front desk. He tried to give me the best deal to buy tires. Unfortunately Plaza Tire denied me. Tyler still took care of me and had the mechanics get my truck in right away. Four new tires then he called me said I needed a front end alignment. Wasnt his choice but he had to charge me flat rate. Plaza tire grr. The staff in Jackson Missouri was courteous and very fast at doing their job.

The people were quick and fair in pricing. The free tire alignment check is nice as some places do not do this.

Communication was great! I arrived in the morning on a Friday. They were very busy and said they would could squeeze me in at 3 p.m. I decided to come back at 3. The fact that they were busy was a good sign. A business that has a high work load tells me they do good business and has a lot of repeat clientel.I arrived at 3 and they got me in right away! The Plaza tire crew did a good job, offered great prices, and did the work in am efficient manner!We are new business owners in the area and it was nice to support another small business as well. We will return again and get work on our vehicle while we have confidence that the mechanic work is done right!

Took my car there for an oil change. Drove it home smoking like crazy. Oil was dumped all over the engine and not cleaned up. The mess has been left to the paying customer to fix.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get in for an oil change with very little wait time. I like this location because its really close to the park. If you have little ones you can walk down to the park and wait for your car to be ready.

I just got a tire replaced that I bought road hazard for and they charged me $82.42. I called Walmart and I could have gotten the same size tire from them for $55.

My breaks were squealing in reverse so I took it in. Actually had 90% pad left and all was fine. Only a $20 rack fee. They could have said all the breaks were bad and charged me, but didnt. Awesomely awesome!

They did the work I needed done in good timing and did good work. Yea I had to go get my jack so they could get the car on the lift because of how low my car sits. But other than that they were not bad.

Very helpful and caring as to what your car needs

I specifically asked them to check my coolant while getting an oil change, as I believed it to be low. They never did. I went out and bought my own coolant to do the job. This is the second time in a row that I have had an issue at this branch. The main manager is usually on his game, however the guys who run the shop in his absence our poor at best. I will not be going back to this branch for sure, and whether or not i do business with any Plaza Tire is up in the air. Was a loyal customer, but now Ill be open to what competitors have to offer. Disappointed.

Tyler, the manager, does a great job of giving you all of the options that you need so that you can make an informed decision. He doesn’t give any pressure and is looking for ways for you to save money while also being safe in your automobile.

They were amazing! I was an hour and a half from home when my car started making a crazy noise, they fit me in right away, looked at my car, then had me drive it with a mechanic in the car to make sure the noise was gone and I was comfortable driving it. I can not recommend them enough.
