Good service. Had tires balanced & rotated but a screw is still in my tire that was there prior to rotation. No attention to detail

Normally you read bad reviews of angry customers who didnt get there way and decided not to go to a particular place. However this is not the case for this particular business. As of today they will no longer receive my service. I went in on a scheduled appointment only to be ignored and given the run arounds and was several lies. If I had of been told from the beginning that a service technician was not going to be able to meet my scheduled appointment because he had 5 cars to complete from the previous day I wouldve understood. However I was not told that in the beginning was there waiting for a simple diagnostic report from 8:30am-3pm. This was the WORST SERVICE I have ever received from Gray Daniels Chevrolet.

I had a 7am appointment and still had to wait until 1pm until my car was finished being serviced, not to mention I had to pay $300 for labor and the part was $19.95. Outrageous!!!

Haley was great, I was in and out with my new car within just a few hours!

I was told to come back if I had any problems after they repaired my Camaro. Several months later when I noticed something that wasnt quite right and I swung by without an appointment, they took my car back immediately and the repair was finished in around 15 minutes.
