I understand COVID19 has put everyone short staff and I just want to say that I had taken my car there two day straight and it didn’t get fixed. But the manager call me today and was very Apologetic and told me that he knows I have been coming there for years now. And they wanted to make it right by. So when I went to pay for my breaks and rotors they said My bill had been taken care of. Because he said that is not the type of business he runs. And we said it was there fault both time. So at least they could made it right. That made me feel so good because I never ask to speak to a manager or anyone else. So that goes to show who cares about what they love to do. Because she company would try there best to make it out to be your fault. And I can’t respect everyone that can admit when their wrong

My vehicle broke down on the side of the road Im like 35 miles from home called roadsides the driver was so nice in helping me find a shop to take it to once we got there they had about 30 minutes before closing but Scott was so nice and took my information down and call the next morning to let me know what the problem was ordered the part and in 3 days Im back in business Thank You so much

They are about a 3.9, not quite a four but better than a three...that with 4 being perfect for around here. There is no 5 star anything in West Tennessee...

Im not from Jackson and its about 3 hours from my hometown. I would recommend this business to anybody and everybody, they were so wonderful to me totally honest did not overcharge me like every other place was trying to do that day I broke down. I honestly wish this shop was in my hometown because I would literally take my car there any time something was wrong or I needed anything they were very professional very nice almost like theyve known me forever. And make sure I had everything I needed to wait for my ride to come get me I would especially recommend this to anyone that gets broke down especially single women but all around 0 to 10 I give them a thousand

Golden Circle Tire Pros had the lowest price on alignments around that I could find. I took my vehicle to them and had it aligned and it was done in a hour and half. Golden Circle Tire Pros did an excellent job.

Stripped a stud on the rear of my Lincoln LS, was told to leave it for the morning, was expecting the job to take forever due to every experience and run-in’s i’ve had on working on that insane specimen, received a call before i even woke up the next day telling me my car was ready for pick up! very good and cheap oil changes as well!

I got a new tire and an oil change from them today. The wait wasnt long and the cost was cheaper than I expected. Everyone was professional and thorough.

I emailed them for a quote on a Tuesday, got a call back that afternoon to check that requested sizes were correct. Had final quote & tires installed in a matter of a few days. Great price, customer service was above par & all tires installed, mounted, balanced & new valve stems in less than an hr. They even took care of the last bit of paperwork for me. Great folks over there.

Not the same Golden Circle from back in the day, but still really good. Fair prices, nice staff, professional atmosphere. Used tires are better than anywhere else Ive ever gotten used tires from.

The manager Brian Johnson as his son BJ really took great care of us. My family and I were on a 700 mile road trip to Gulf Shores when we got a flat tire. Despite walking in the store after they had already closed Brian and BJ stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure we got back on the road with two new tires. They were both genuinely happy to help, which allowed me to leave their place with a smile despite the unexpected expense. We made it to GS and back safely. Thank you both very much.

Good price, good service. Needed some newish tires and they had exactly what I was looking for. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, but Needed a new tire on Friday evening and they were more than happy to put it on for me.

This place is GREAT!!! The staff were courteous, had me done in 30 minutes and didnt nickel and dime me to death. The restroom was even clean. I kept waiting for the Twilight Zone theme to start playing. Ill definitely come back for my future car care needs.

Went up there to get a oil change and come to find out they changed my filter but forgot to put oil back in and to top it of put a cigarette butt in where you put the oil in so you can guess my motors ruined.
