Took my car to Freeman’s for a repair. From the start with a quote, the individuals I talked to were professional, quick to get back to me, and reasonably priced. I took my car in to get serviced first thing the next morning. As they worked, they ran into multiple issues with the repair because my car wanted to be difficult - not them. Freddy’s communication with me was great! He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more than original quote because of the challenges my car threw at them led to more labor hours and an additional part, which Freddy explained to me. Price was still reasonable and I think I would have paid much more had I gone somewhere else. I felt they were very honest, professional, and fair priced. Freeman employees and owner are the most professional, courteous and sincerest folks I have ever taken my vehicle to.They checked my vehicles brakes, and let me know that I didnt need to replace my brakes. Probably got about 30,000 more miles to go before I need brakes.In my opinion, other shops like Firestone or Goodyear would have raked me over the coals and insisted that I pay for an expensive unnecessary brake repair.I highly recommend Freemans Auto Service, and I definitely will utilize them again, and again.Chuck

The best of the best auto repair shop in the Jackson area. Their greatest strength is in the knowledge and proficiency of what they do best, but the part that keeps me going back to them for every car issue is their honesty and unwillingness to charge you no more than the actual issue itself. They would tell you that some things cannot be fixed if they can’t, instead of like other repair shops (such as Firestone or Mavis) who tries to find every thing they can find an excuse for replacements. Other shops will replace things until it works, and charge you a fortune that you were not prepared for. Their incentive is not you, but their commission! However, Freeman Auto Repairmen are like doctors for our cars. They can diagnose very well and address the issue without having to replace the 10 different issues other than what you came in for.LTDR; They are honest, family run business with excellent knowledge and experiences for your car’s repair needs.

Took my 05 Accord here for a check engine light and because Im about to start driving 1,000 miles a week and need the car in good shape. The mechanics were knowledgeable and I was kept in the loop throughout the day. Felt like I got an honest opinion of what needed to be done. Service was reasonably/competitively priced.Ill be coming back for future work for sure.

I took my 2010 Honda Odyssey in for AC repair. After diagnosis they told me that the ac compressor AND condenser needed to be replaced. The folks at Freeman Auto were great and I am back to chilling (literally) in my mini. FYI my repair cost was $1300.

We have been a loyal customer for many years, even refer people - until now! The best part of your company was always great service, top notch repairs at reasonable and fair costs. Today we were charged for 5 hours of labor that only took ONE hour to install a $50 part - total cost of $500!! We understand you need to make a profit, but not when you over price your work - thats never happened to us before, thats why we were loyal customers. Not anymore! We wont be back!UPDATE: It took a little time to get back with us - but you did. Thank you for the apology, and the chance to redeem the repair that ended up wasnt done properly. You have regained my husbands faith in you. Whom ever takes over from what you have established needs to keep in mind that faithful customers treated well will keep you in business.

This shop came highly recommended by one of colleagues. I called today to speak with them about getting a small issue repaired for my truck. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and suggested that I come in this morning for a diagnostic. I literally got in my truck and went right over. Upon entering, an older gentleman greeted me in a somewhat gruff and rude manner. He basically asked me what I wanted, and I explained to him that I just called and I explained my earlier conversation with the other gentleman. He told me, Well youre gonna have to leave it! Were slammed today! I explained to him that I literally just hung up with someone and they told me they could diagnose it today. He promptly assured me that would not be happening today and suggested I return tomorrow. The gentleman on the phone said they could diagnose it today, and didnt tell me anything about leaving my vehicle. While I cant speak for their quality of work, I can attest to the fact that I felt like I was bothering the older gentleman by trying to offer my business, and by following the instructions I was just given on the phone approximately 30 minutes prior to my actual arrival. Hopefully they were having a bad day, but I will not be returning.

I really trust this place. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. Yesterday I brought my car in because it was leaking something. They werent able to look at it immediately because others cars were ahead of mine, so I decided to wait it out at a nearby hotel restaurant. The secretary dropped me off so I wouldnt have to walk in the heat! Little things like that make me feel like they appreciate their customers. That, and the service, of course, is fantastic.

Nice to know there are still people out there who value good, honest work; and they do! I will always go to them for my repairs.

Mazda pickup truck was out of commission. They could have taken advantage of my situation, but instead were COMPLETELY HONEST and fixed it right. Its much better to have the job done right here - for a fair price - than to go somewhere else. If I return to Jackson, this is certainly the shop of my choosing. Take care.

Ive taken my cars to Freddie Freeman for over 35 years. He is THE best. If anything, he treats you too fairly. Freemans will tell you what the problems are, what the options are and what they will and wont do. Pricing is always absolutely fair, and if there is anybody I know with more integrity than Freddie Freeman, I dont know who it is. Freemans is always the best, first choice.
