Ok here goes. Its down, like I said it would be, on Monday the 16th of August 2021. In all fairness I was having a very stressful time when original post was written. Mr. Mitchell is a very level headed and understanding person.Now he was an hour an 15 minutes late for my appointment but what I didnt take time to listen to was he was short staffed and the tech that took care of my regular service did just quit. Mr. Mitchell did indeed deserve a lunch break and I regret that I blew up the way I did that day. Since this day Mr. Mitchell has been most helpful with my needs and has been with me at my appointment time to a reasonable wait . Im sorry for taking my aggravation out on your business.

I was very fortunate to find Dennis Mitchell Automotive through a Google search. Coming from out of town to test drive a FSBO pre-owned car, I needed an expert to look over it and let me know what condition it was in.The website was awesome! In plain language, each service interval and procedure is explained thoroughly. On the website I saw that they did examine cars considered for purchase. This was late Saturday night when I was searching online. I noticed that I could email the business with questions, and did so.I was stunned to get an email response from Dennis Mitchell on Sunday! He explained what steps he took to evaluate a vehicle, and invited me to call the shop for an appointment.When I arrived at the shop the next day, I was greeted warmly by McCall and Dennis Mitchell was available immediately. He listened to my concerns, drove the car, put it up on the lift, checked all fluids and systems under the hood. My concerns were addressed first, then point by point each system was explained in detail. Price estimates were provided when I asked. And I received a typed print out of what we had just discussed. I had expected to pay more than twice as much for a perfunctory look-see, and this was wonderfully thorough. All my questions were answered thoughtfully.ASE Certified Mechanics, prompt and pleasant communication, a spotless waiting area, and delightful people are what you will find at Dennis Mitchell Automotive. I wholeheartedly recommend this fine business.

This Automotive shop is excellent! You can trust them! I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of the towing company they partner with. They charged me 180 dollars to go 31 miles! The tow truck made more money than the shop! I suggest hire a local tow if you need it. I trust the people working at Dennis Mitchell! I don’t say that too many times! My exhaust manifold broke and I went here to replace it, they are such honest and nice people. They fix it in a day and all my friends said the price is really good!!!!

They had my car for about a week in all, and they put new front end struts, springs, and a set of 4 tires for cheaper than anywhere else in Jackson quoted me. I went with them because my dad used them back in the day and said they were as good as it gets. He was right. They did a quality job and my 97 camry rides like new again. The work was done last year but I just now wrote a review. Recommend them to anyone who wants a fair honest deal.
