I couldn’t find anyone local to work on my Mercedes until someone mentioned Christian Brothers. I had my vehicle towed in late Thursday and it was finished late Monday. Had the vehicle towed there Wednesday evening after they closed (called and talked to Preston before close to let him know the car would be there the following morning). Mike called the next day with their findings and seeking authorization to perform the service. Picked the car up before close on Thursday afternoon. Very happy with the services rendered.

In a time when ALL car repair shops are busy, I appreciated Christian Brothers willingness to try and service my vehicle. I received text messages letting me know the progress of my repair. It was tight if they could finish the work before they closed, and the owner jumped in to help ensure the work would be done on time. I am a person who supports businesses with QUALITY work and EXCELLENT customer service and will be using Christian Brothers again.

On my way through Jackson, I thought my cars engine was overheating. Christian Brothers was kind enough to work me into their schedule and did a thorough diagnostic. I was able to continue my trip and get home without worry. The price they charged was more than worth it for that peace of mind!

I live out of town and my daughter had a vehicle that wouldn’t start. Andrew at Christian Brothers set up a tow and had her vehicle being worked on the next day. Change in sound of the engine, during an 800+ mile trip from central Florida to Jackson Tenn. was concerned that one of the spark plugs was miss firing. Andrew had the tech run a diagnostic, but found no error codes. Called me and advised that there was nothing that should be done. Could have charged me for parts that where not needed. Honest location. Will have my daughter do business with them going forward.

They are always so nice and go out of the way to help you. I have been there several times and always great service.

I’ve always loved Christian Brothers. They’re a little expensive. They can be because they’re in a great location in North Jackson. Here’s the kicker…YOU ARE PAYING FOR GOOD QUALITY SERVICE. I had an issue with an 01 Chevy Silverado that had been looked at by several technicians over the years and the problem was never found. Christian Brothers found the issue within hours of turning in the truck. They know what they’re doing, and the customer service is great. They don’t hire just anybody. Everyone I’ve met has top notch customer service skills. It’s like paying for a nice meal. Christian Brothers is a steak among chicken tenders!

Christian Brothers had great customer service and was finished with our car in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated the personal communication that you don’t get at many places. They were super helpful and had great customer service.

Vehicle was towed here after breakdown on highway. They were nothing but very professional. Preston was very nice helped us out with everything we needed to get the car ready to come back to Oklahoma. They also wanted me to contact them and let them know when we got back with our car. A very bright spot in a pretty hard day! They are amazing!!

They was very nice I love the fact that I get text notifications about the services the only thing I did not like was I called ahead of time before I brought my vehicle in and they did not get my information down I called the next day to check on my vehicle they did not check my vehicle in until they got my information, when they did get my information it seems like my vehicle work went by pretty quick but before that that’s the only issue I had

I like the experience. They give all information about payment, diagnostic, and timing, so you can make your decision. The services quality is high, and the price is reasonable. The diagnosis fee is $120. I will recommend the place for medium-large repair. Things like oil change should be taken done at Walmart or your garage. There is usually a warranty attached to anything that was replaced.The shop is very crowded, so the promise time is totally not accurate. Dont plan something relying on the promise time, or you will be late. The shop is close on Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to get your car out before Friday afternoon.

Awesome experience!! All of the staff were so polite and accommodating! I had an issue with my wheel bearing and they worked me in promptly and had it fixed in no time! 10/10 would recommend this place over any other auto repair place in Jackson. Usually car repairs are not a pleasant experience but this one truly was down to the hospitality, fair pricing, and promptness of the repair. Thank you again!

This happened to me while almost 2000 miles from home. I was concerned about being a captive patron, with zero knowledge of any other repair shop in town. Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) easily destroyed any nervousness I had, first with their name, next with their friendliness and customer care, and lastly with their service and price! I relaxed as if I were home, and our conversation and fellowship was sweet, like that of family! If I were wealthy, I would make the drive from my new home, in Riner, VA, to their shop in Jackson, TN, for any repairs!!

They were very nice and professional through the whole process. I was told in detail what all was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. They had my car fixed and ready to go by the evening. It was a great experience and I recommend them for all your car needs.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The parking lot is not even close to being large enough, I had to park on the street! I dont think their prices are comparable to other businesses that perform the same services. Even with a 10% discount coupon, I paid about $40 - $50 more than I expected to, possibly because they may have replaced parts that didnt necessarily need replacing. Just my opinion.

I absolutely love Anthony, Aron, and all the other people there. I am a returning customer and will always go to Christian Brothers for my car care needs. I love the open honest communication from the start to the end. When you call with your concern, their concern is to get a clear understanding of exactly what services or issues you are wanting to fix. Theres communication when the tech starts, during, and when finished with your vehicle. When the issue is found, they let you know immediately with great details. They only fix the issue if you say so and if you dont there is no pressure. My cars appointment was scheduled for a drop off but I didnt have a ride home. No problem at all. They dropped me off and picked me up in the companys car without an added fee. Their service and customer service is by far the best in town. They really make you feel like family.

They were polite asking if I wanted anything to drink while I waited; kept me updated on progress and explained anything they found wrong or needed to keep an eye on. Service was done in reasonable timeframe. Definitely will be using them again in the future. 😊

Probably the most honest and straightforward autorepair shop Ive ever used. As a professional truck driver Ive dealt with a lot of shops, very few are as professional and easy to deal with as this place 👍

I went to get my light changed and I was told I had a wiring problem and that it would cost me an additional 280$ when I had just been charged 96.87$ just to look at my car basically I took my car elsewhere and got it fixed within 30 minutes for 75$. Although the staff is very friendly and pleasant I wouldn’t recommend them if you want reasonable and affordable prices.

The Employees were very kind and professional. They have a nice seating area with drinks and snacks that I was able to sit in as I waited for my car to be serviced or I could have had them drop me off somewhere and pick me up to get my car after they were done. They explain everything they are going to do in terms you can understand and give you a pricing estimate before they do anything, keep you updated on whatvis going on,, if they notice any other issues they will tell you about it and you can choose whether to address those or not and exain what was done again after they are done. I Will definitely be using them again.

I had never used Christian Brothers prior to this, but I had always heard great things about their business. They were wonderful through the whole experience. They diagnosed my car and had it repaired in the same day! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. My engine light turned on, I am traveling soon and needed to get it checked, I called multiple places that were all booked. Christian brothers, although they were also booked solid, let me bring my car in and they promptly helped me. It only took a few minutes, they really are a life saver! First and last time here! Tried to charge me $200 diagnostic fee for a seat control that you could visually see was completely broken off. Also had an appt at 8am for an oil change, almost 8 hours later my car was ready. Not satisfied by any means, will take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service and professional staff got my truck in, issues diagnosed, and a tech under the hood and out the door quickly. I liked the app or program they use to pick which repairs (showing prices) you would like fixed at the time of service so you stay within budget according to priority and price.

I was about to go on vacation and my air conditioning went out on my truck. Christian Brothers got me right in. Sent me text updates on my repair and even gave me a ride home when dropping my vehicle off. I could not be more pleased with the service I received!

They replaced the alternator, we were told that in the meantime they charged and checked the battery and everything was fine with the battery.My wife gets into the car and it doesn’t start. They bring a battery pack out to jump her off (which they shouldn’t have had to do since they had supposedly checked and charged the battery) and tell her that the battery will charge itself by the time she gets to her destination. She gets to destination, turns car off then checks to see if it will start and it won’t so then she was stuck 20 minutes away. They end up replacing the battery and getting her squared away 2 hours later. The terrible service didn’t end there though.I talk to the owner and inform him that the car isn’t idling the same after being at his shop and he tells me that what they did with the alternator and the battery would have no impact on the car idling rough at all. Well, several weeks go by with the idling issue and after the car dying on us while parked in drive one day, we tell a friend how the car is acting so he takes a look at it and quickly finds that the service techs at Christian brothers didn’t even close the breather box for the air filter. It was wide open. The negligence on Christian brothers part was exactly the reason the car wasn’t idling correctly anymore.So not only did they leave my wife stranded they also left her vehicle in a way that was unsafe.

They worked hard to help me figure out how to best handle the situation my car was in, with an oil pan that was damaged at a car lot prior to me purchasing it. They researched and pinpointed who I should talk with to get the cost of the repair covered, and got to work as quickly as possible once everything was confirmed. They kept me updated throughout the process and did an excellent job repairing my car. I will start coming to Christian Brothers for all of my maintenance and repair needs.

Fuel pump was replaced. Customer service was impeccable!!! I was guided through every step and notified of changes and any delays. An apology was extended to me which was not necessary but thoughtful when Acura was not cooperating in a timely manner.

They fix it the first time. They also do routine maintenance work which is fortunate because there is not a Volkswagen dealership in Jackson Tennessee. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and respectful and the facility is clean, even the areas where the cars are serviced. They have been servicing my car since I moved to Jackson in 2016 and I have been extremely satisfied each and every time I’ve taken the car in for service. I would highly recommend them.

I was traveling through Tennessee when the check engine light on my Chevy Equinox turned on. I immediately pulled into a rest area and checked the oil. I was down 2 quarts and there was a hesitation. I immediately called AAA to come tow me. They recommended Christian Brothers.After doing a diagnostic service, they came to the assessment that I needed a new engine and my timing was off. I told them that I had a truck that did the same thing and it was a fuel filter that needed to be replaced because it was clogged. They were emphatic that I needed a new engine. I disagreed and paid the $144 bill for the diagnosis and the two quarts of oil. I drove down the road to O’Reilly’s and got a bottle of fuel system cleaner and by the time I got to my destination in Connecticut, the hesitation was gone and the check engine light was off.I would not recommend this business to do any work on anyone’s vehicle and I will be contacting AAA to make a complaint. I feel they take advantage of travelers going through the state when they know they are in need and are trying to continue on their way.John Beltran

Very good experience with Christian Brothers. First time using them. Very friendly and professional staff. While they didn’t get to fix my vehicle, they made me aware it was still under factory Powertrain warranty. They called the manufacturer and verified the warranty for me and provided me everything I needed to get it fixed at the dealer. I will definitely be using them in the future when I have work I need done that I can’t do. Really happy with my interaction and experience with these guys.

I know nothing about cars. I want a shop I can trust to keep my car running well and to help me prioritize repairs as they come up. Aaron and Rhonda do just that, and they have a great staff too.

Very polite and responsive. Could not properly diagnose my truck on 2 occasions and I ended up buying another vehicle since my truck could not be fixed. Im new to Jackson, TN and didnt know who else to tow the vehicle to. Paid $1,500 in repairs only to pickup a non-running truck. Unfortunate. I would go elsewhere in the future.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and my oil change was completed in a timely manner. I spent less than thirty minutes at the shop waiting for my vehicle. Everyone i spoke with was incredibly pleasant, and I will happily use their services again.

This is the best kept secret in Jackson. Not if, but when you need work done on your vehicle, you need to go here. I have wasted so much time and money on nationally known locations or dealerships. This place is over the top in every respect. Kind, courteous, accommodating, all in a very clean environment. But to top it off, while my car was being serviced, I asked for a quote on replacing intake & exhaust solenoids on my wifes car. They had no idea I had already had the work done the previous week right down the street at one of those nationally known shops. Their quote was 30% less than what I had been charged last week. Needless to say, this is my go-to shop from now on.

Very friendly and up front with their pricing but very expensive compared to other shops, to replace timing chain on 2007 F 150.

I used CBA to fix an oil and coolant leak a few hours after I dropped my car off they called me stating that my car was not leaking oil but I was losing a quart and a half a day so I know it was leaking. I advised them to check the rear main seal bc thats where the leak was and they never looked into it then said they fixed my coolant leak by replacing the lower radiator hose but I got it back and coolant still leaking but they put on a new belt new oil level sensor and charged me 706.78 for a belt and sensor and I still had a leak in oil and coolant I do not recommend going to this establishment unless you want a 700 dollar belt on your car
