We were provided with a loaner vehicle to get around while my car was being repaired. The entire staff was friendly and most helpful. We ended up buying a new car from Paul Moak Honda. Started taking our 2019 Pilot over to Paul Moak after having several complications at Bob Boyte. They have always been straight with me and all issues resolved properly. Just had new tires put on along with oil change as well as an alignment. Everyone was nice and courteous while service was quick and easy. Will be getting all my Honda work done here from now on.

My experience was awesome! My service lady Ms Samantha was very polite, prompt, and professional. I was given a loan vehicle since i had to leave mine & i lived 2 hours away. They got the parts & had my vehicle ready in less than a week. Even my bill was less than originally quoted. My vehicle so far has been running much better & im so glad to have it back. Overall my service was excellent & i will certainly use them if needed in the future.

I got my oil changed at Paul Moak Honda on Saturday 8/28/21. This was my second time getting my oil changed at this dealership. The oil change itself was fine. My service advisor was Brian Carmichae. He was not focused on customer service or satisfaction. His whole demeanor showed that you were just a number instead of repeat business from a customer. There werent a lot of customers there at this particular time, so it should have been no problem for him to take care of my simple requests. Before the oil change was complete, he showed me my existing air filter which was in immediate need of replacement. So I had them to replace it. I also asked Brian to replace the battery in my spare remote key. He had the guy at the parts department to replace the battery in my primary remote key. They used my primary key to pull my car in to do the oil change. There was no need to replace it. So I was not happy with the funny look I got from Brian, when I stated for the second time, that I needed the battery in the spare key replaced. I the was the only customer in line to get my oil changed when I first arrived. All the others were in the waiting area already taken care of. So this proved he wasnt all that concerned when I told him about the key upon first arriving there. I mentioned to him that I received a coupon through my email for $49.95 for an oil change from Paul Moak and asked would they honor this coupon which was not expired and still valid. He said it was too late because he had already written the ticket up. Now this occurred before I walked over to the cashier counter to render payment for services. After I paid the full about, he went over to the parts counter to get the battery replaced in the correct remote key this time. He told the guy in the parts division that this would probably be the last Saturday shift that he worked. This was the last straw for me. My suggestion to Paul Moak Honda is to provide associates who are customer focused and driven to provide the best overall experience. This is what provides a healthy functioning business and also a plus to your bottom line. If you cant provide decent workers, then we as customers have Other options.

Paid $220.00 for a new rear tire plus an oil change. I new the total price was going to be around $200.00 and was expecting also a courtesy vacuum and a quick wash of my car as i have had done before. Yet, the attendant brought my car to the front and when i opened the door of my car i was surprised to see no one had vacuumed my front mat. i was irritated to see this . Maybe Paul Moak dont do this any more for customers. It was a let down for me. I expected more because i have experienced at least a quick vacuum of my floor mat from Paul Moak on other visits.

If I could rate this dealership 10+ stars I would. I mean wow just wow. First and foremost the staff is immaculate, I had the pleasure of being helped by Jerome and Kathleen ( the blonde in the finance department). I can honestly tell you I had no intention on buying a car that day. NONE!! They gave me the most pleasant experience I’ve ever encountered. I was always reluctant about going to a car dealership because of pushy salespeople but let me be the first to say this wasn’t the case at all. Mr.Jerome and Mrs.Kathleen were so warm, receptive, understanding and patient with me. Even the car salesman that were not even helping us came over and made sure everyone had a chair, water or coffee. I left with a brand new car and I couldn’t be more happy about my purchase. It was a decent experience. The receptionist that answered the phone was rude and refused to answer my question about closing of service department. She didn’t want to help me. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly answered all my questions and had the vehicle up front and ready. They allowed me to go for a test drive. They showed me a lot of the safety features on the car and were there when I checked in the next day and answered my additional questions. I bought a 2018 Honda Civic in February of 2018. On Tuesday, January 28, 2021 I realized my air conditioner wasn’t cooling. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. I explained to them that I had work that day. When I dropped it off, they gave me a loaner. It was a 2020 Honda Accord Sport and it was AMAZING! They called to let me know the car was ready and they then told me that my car was covered under warranty because it was a manufacturing error.

We had been looking for a new vehicle and just dropped in at Paul Moak Honda in Jackson. We were met in the vehicle lot by a salesman. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle on the lot and was able to guide us toward a vehicle we were wanting in a price we wanted. Paul Moak was awesome. I was traveling and had a light come on my dashboard saying I had an emission problem. I took it to another Honda dealer, near my hotel, and was told nothing was wrong but as soon as I got back to my hotel the light came back on! I took it to Paul Moak the next day and they got the issue fixed. I was able to leave town on time with a safe car. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

For the first time, I went to the service center with a mechanical problem of my used Honda CRV that I bought recently. I was really impressed by the friendly and professional customer service provided by the service advisor, DiAnn and the technician, Adam. After identifying the problem relating to the throttle body and manifold, I was invited to enter into the workshop area and explained clearly about the faulty parts. Since, I love to fix some basic troubles of my own cars by myself, the price quoted for parts and service, with an additional 10% discount, was quite reasonable. The waiting area is supper clean, with sanitizing stations throughout the lobby.

There was 2 guys that, not sure of their title, that was picking up cars and bringing cars back for customer pickup. When the Service Ladies would ask them to get a car or any type of question they were sarcastic and if they answered you could barely hear them as they would just walk off. One of the gentlemen had his pants down to where you could see his underwear. These 2 were very unprofessional in front of customers and to their coworkers.

I own 2011 Honda Pilot. The dealer I had been using for 9 years totally let me down. I came to Paul Moak Honda for a second opinion and learned more from them in 1 trip than the many trips to the “other place” I live in Madison and prefer using places close to me but this trip to Paul Moak Honda was worth the drive. I plan to continue to use Paul Moak for future maintenance and repairs.
