LAZY Staff, we had battery and alternator issues, did not want to check our alternator or battery. Were out town on vacation, Fffk Them.

I ordered online and was able to pick it up within and hour. Customer Service was Great, wasnt crowded, also found out they are not open on Sunday as of right now.

Not all there employees are Honest.

Great service and super helpful. Went in not knowing exactly what was causing our electrical problem. They tested battery, starter, and alternator current. The employee Memphis took his time with us and installed our new battery quickly, then checked everything and we were back on the road.

This is the 1st auto parts store that Ive been to that wont install a battery after being purchased. I will never buy parts from there again due to that. Poor customer service

I’ve been in here several times, and I’ve had a good experience each time. I used to not shop here because of high prices, but at that time I was concerned more about prices than quality parts. Sometimes they don’t have what I need, but they can find it and order it if needed. The staff I’ve dealt with, are knowledgeable and friendly.

Its a good place to get your car parts.

Memphis stayed after closing time to change my battery. Very friendly and helpful, I appreciate him being concerned if we would be stranded.

We had a wheel bearing go out on our drive home. They sold us the part and let us use the parking lot to fix the wheel. Even opening the door after closing to get an additional part we needed. I couldnt thank them enough.

Great service quickly put my large battery in truck and was on the road

No parts stores deliver around here but when this manager learned I was stranded and would have to walk he went out of his way to deliver the right part. Even went back to store to get it. Thank you so much. I honestly cant thank him enough.
