Andy service tech clerk is really helpful nice and friendly. The service tech workers honestly post pandemic does not work as hard or as great of job than before pandemic. Sloppy work somewhat. I still bring my vehicle here for accountability a lone with car service records. Wait time is long. Other customers complain. I come prepared to wait.

Be wary when ordering parts from Herrin Gear Chevrolet. They will not take payment over the phone and they will not order a part until it is paid. So, in other words, if you order from them you will be required to drive to their facility to give them your credit card info in person. Then you can make a second trip to their facility once the part arrives. Dont put up with this hassle. Mac Haik Chevy in Madison will take payment over the phone. Gray Daniels Chevy in Jackson also agreed to take payment over the phone. Unbelievable. Also, the guy in the parts dept. is not the greatest as far as customer service goes.

This is the parts department at Herrin Gear Chevrolet. Customer service is good but as with most car dealerships prices are high.
