You couldnt ask for better quality and communication than than Thompson Auto Inc. Mr. Thompson, the owner, even brought my total down than was initially quoted saving me money on repairs. It was such a great experience and would recommend his shop to anyone. Theyve been in business since 1984!

Poor poor poor customer service. Its a shame that they take hard working peoples money only to have not put in any hard work themselves. Supposed to fix my engine & after paying the outrageous bill, Im in the same boat 1 week later with my car having same problems they claimed to fix. Took it back & they asked me to pay just for them to give me an estimate....what a SHAME for a business to treat people like this!!
