If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. They are very unprofessional and lack communication. Whenever you call to ask about the progression of your car’s repair, you get attitude from whoever is answering the phone at the front desk. So do not bring your car here if you want to be without a car for weeks without any for sure notice of when you will get your car back.

I have nothing nice to say about this body shop. They did not communicate with me at all about the repairs being done on my car. Any communication I had with them it was because I called them. They promised me a date when my car would be ready and it wasn’t it was 2 days after that. They lied on my insurance report about when they received the car and when they said it would be ready. Dealing with this repair shop was nothing but a nightmare! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very detailed and want to every thinkback to working like new basically. Its a plus for me.

Terrible service, no communication about the status of my vehicle and when I did make contact, I nothing but attitude. I was recommend by a good friend and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this body shop. I would never recommend anyone take their business here. I am highly educated and these people called themselves playing with my intelligence. Brand new vehicle now depreciated in value because of repairs. Terrible experience wish I could give them zero stars.

Very unprofessional. My car was there for 3 weeks. Was told on three different occasions the car would be ready before it actually was. Horrible communication! I had to call and check on my car to see about repairs, and got attitude as if I inconvenienced them. Spent 4 hours asking for repairs to be corrected after I was told the car was ready. Overall bad experience.

This is a Foolish business to deal with, unprofessional, tacky, Etc. I hate to say this, but I HATE to deal with my minority people at times...we’re so extra, and we do extremely too much to try to get over on people just to make a few more extra dollars.

They did an awesome job with my a/c problem.

They do pretty good body work but dont expect to get your car back on the day they say. Mine was a week late and dont leave car chargers in your car, they apparently like those!
