Great parts, prices are comparable to all other parts stores. Service counter was a little slow, on Saturday.

Was told by representative (sorry, no name) that I could not get a battery exchanged without my receipt. He claimed NAPA does not store customer information or sales. Wow. Had another NAPA store kindly fax me my receipt. Management should train employees on store policy or the principles of customer service (but preferably both). With receipt, service was fine.
