I wish I could give the service department 0 stars. The service department has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!!! I scheduled an appointment in June for check engine light. It is now the end of July and guess what? You guessed it, no one has touched my car or even called to explain what is going on. After calling several times and multiple voicemails with no return, this left me no choice but to pay them a visit. I spoke to the service manager who informed me that it will be another week and a half before they “MIGHT” get to my car. I asked him what was the purpose of having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment then have to wait another 3-4 weeks before someone can even look at it. He informed me that the appointment is just a time set aside to bring the vehicle. Well sir, I could’ve kept my car at home and possibly looking for other options if this was a waiting game and the appointment really served no person. I also asked him why did no one keep me informed, return my calls, or even communicated with me, in which he apologized. I asked if a loaner was available, because at this point I’ve been without transportation for over a month. I have a teenage son who relies on me. Well no loaners are available either. I told him that I might have to go somewhere else because I am without transportation and have a family that depends on me. He wrote his number on a sticky and told me to call him if I find another place to take my car. I just want these people to put themselves in our shoes. Not for one day will they be without transportation. This is so unacceptable and I am very disappointed in the service department. I know that this will probably be overlooked because my little money is pennies to that dealership. However, something needs to change because clearly they are disappointing customers. I do want to say that Constance did communicate with me throughout the appointment process and returned all of my calls so I guess someone there cares.

Wish I could give them zero stars as well. Not going i to details but heres a list of their horrible customer service:1. Parts department have forgotten to order parts for me that I already paid for2. They confirmed appointments that were unavailable once I drove my car to them on specified time,3. They never call you back . Ive left numerous messages for service managers4. Scheduled some work on my coolant system at their next available time slot which was three weeks, only to be called 3 days prior to appointment stating I would have to wait another week.Im driving to New Orleans this weekend and will give that dealership my money. There needs to be some serious house cleaning done at the Audi of Jackson.

I was traveling and had my engine light come on.it was late in in the day they took a look at my car to make sure it was safe for me to continue driving to Memphis. I appreciate that they were able to do this. This brought great relief knowing that I wasnt going to break down on the side of the road. Thank you so much your staff was awesome and friendly . Today i experinced the worst with Audi Delar services, First it took me a whole month to even schedule a service appointment, when i went to the appointment a month once again later. the team had a very smart remark and put an extra 7 thousand miles on my vehicle. due to me buying a vehicle not even a full 3 months my break pads needed to be replaced, all while saying its not there fault because ive driven so many miles. And all while not even having a good customer service skill. I would have recevied it way bettter if the sommunication skills were a little better than they were. All in all i am highly disappointed in my FIRST actual Trip to the Audi Delar in MS. I promise i will not be taking my car back.

I frequently trade SUVs and have stayed in an Escalade or Mercedes-Benz GLS450 but, after test driving the Audi Q7 I see what I’ve been missing! It’s the most comfortable SUV I’ve owned. My sales person, Lawerence Porter, was so patient and professional. I spoke with him by phone several times before making the out of town trip to the dealer and felt like I had my own personal shopper. He listened to what I was looking for in a SUV and had several for me to choose from waiting when I pulled up. He was very knowledgeable about the three different models Range Rover, F Pace and Q7) I test drove and I never felt pressured by him. It was a refreshing experience to deal with someone so authentic. I went with the Q7 Prestige and am extremely happy with my choice.

On February the 25 my 19 year old son purchased a 2015 pre owned VW Passat. Two weeks after purchasing the car the oil level light came on. Took it back to them three times in six weeks for the same issue. So we got full coverage insurance and paid one car note. Purchase the tags for 300 bucks. They are getting the car back. They are returning our down payment only. I feel like we should get all the money back we put in because it’s not our fault we were sold a lemon. I want all my money back because we were sold a car with a bad engine. Never will I ever go here again. Not a good car dealership at all. I’m going to see legally if they should give me all of the money I put in. Never go here. They are not right.

Avoid this Audi dealer. Unhelpful service manager, even though he knew my Dad was in his 80s, this guy told us it would take a week before they could check the problem with our Audi SUV & we could not drop our car off a few days before. This place was totally useless!I’ll find an independent garage that wants my money instead with better customer service.

Worst (almost) service experience ever. I came from out of town with an appointment at 10:00 am; however, at 3:15 pm my car hadn’t even been looked at yet. When I asked when my car would be looked at/finished, they couldn’t even tell me. They also told me they didn’t have a loaner car for me to borrow. Since I live 1 1/2 hours away from Jackson, I ended up just leaving without my car being seen because they couldn’t even guarantee my car would be looked at that day. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership, and I can assure you I will let all my family and friends know to never buy an Audi from this dealership.

Rip off! STEER CLEAR FOR ANY PARTS. I needed a left front CV axle. I know some dealership parts cost a little extra, but this place should be a crime with there insane markups. Called for a price, the quoted $1361 for the part only. I called OReilys they quoted $127.99. Shameful

I just purchased a 2019 A5 Sportback with Jonathan as my salesman. This was a challenging transaction as I live 1,000+ miles from the dealership and we did this remote. As a result I think it required a great deal more effort for Jonathan than a typical walk-in customer. I asked for a great amount of info and details. I needed to gain trust in Jonathan and the dealership before I was comfortable making a deal. Jonathan was great in getting me what I needed and earning my trust and confidence. The guys that the in the service were great and the customer service was great. When i normally get my car serviced the car is returned to me in outstanding condition inside and out and almost looks new, but this time the car wasnt vacuumed or cleaned i was told it was because of covid. So i guess my problem is more with the time that we are living in moreso than the dealership itself. I left feeling like i didnt get what i paid for...and the service is not cheap.

I went to dealership service department at around 4:30 on a Monday afternoon to drop off my sons A5 for service. This is my fist time visiting dealership and so I had my son pull in the device bay. Once we arrived a service writer was helping a couple that was dropping off their Land Rover. I waited and when he finished with them he went back Inside to his desk and didnt even acknowledge me. After about 10 minutes and other cars coming in on the other side I asked who do talk with about service. He never got up from his desk and stated I was on the wrong side and needed to go find someone on the other side. I walk over to the other side that is just at the door and by now three other cars are in front of. I stand their while a woman and another young blonde man walk all around me and never acknowledge me. 10 more minutes pass by and what looks like a manger finishes talking with a customer I ask where is the service manager? He walks me two steps and then points he is in that office and walks off. I go in the service managers office and ask how do I get my car serviced and how rude I have been treated. He tells me that no one can help me but the lady on the other side. I explain this is the first time here and have two different Audis that need service. He started I would have to wait and he would see if he could find another person to help me and walked off. After another 10 minutes I leave in frustration. I live in Jackson, MS market and I will never go back into this Audi dealership!!! I just purchased my sons A5 used in January and two weeks ago purchased a CPO Q5 for my wife. I have two Audis now which will need service; however, I will go all the way to Birmingham for service since this dealership doesnt care about customer service! I will make sure I tell everyone I know of the bad job the service department does at customer service. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know not to use this dealership!!

Worst customer service at service department..!I have A6 I was been hearing water sound on my drive side when took for service they detected water is not draining out of my one of door it’s vary weird when you pay for your car almost 60k and you get water in brad new car I was told warranty does not cover this I don’t believe it’s could happen to any car who doesn’t leave in country side even when they try to fix some noise from license plates they damaged around licenses plate this is not 1st time third service department damage my car last time one of service guy to drop off my car there was rock hit on my windshield when I to manage at service department they told file on my insurance this place is not good for service you car get damage no one care. Never buy extra warranty on brand new car you still pay for your repair I am very disappointed with service department management

Highly recommend this dealership and the excellent staff. I’ve purchased my last three cars here and each experience has been better than the last. If you need a contact, ask for Jon (Audi brand specialist) and Adam (my salesperson). Took my vehicle in for 95k service and a/c diagnosis.After paying for the service I was given my Receipt but was not given the list of checks that were performed. The next day I Went back to Audi of Jackson and had to ask for this list oh and by the way there were no comments, checks marks or x’s in any of the boxes almost like I was given a dummy sheet of paper. I also opened the hood of my Audi A7 and found oil on the top of my motor that should have been cleaned after doing the service. This prompted me to check on the other components that were looked at. I was told that I had a faulty ac pressure switch when I was able to locate the switch I started to remove the electrical cable that plugs in to the switch. The entire ac pressure switch was no longer connected to the valve and the valve was broken off inside the ac pressure switch. After bringing this up to the service manager he raised his voice and decided he would talk over me instead of allowing me to explain what I found. I’m not looking to get anything for free I’m just asking to see if the tech is willing to man up and admit that during the diagnosis that he broke the valve inside of the ac pressure switch. So many issues with Audi of Jackson that I will buy my own tools and service the vehicle my self. Always check behind them.Ps when I bought the car out of Atlanta I took the car to an Audi dealership and was provided paper work with comments that explained their findings. Not sure why Audi of Jackson couldn’t do the same.

By far the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.First Service: I had the earliest appointment available to have my oil changed, a visor clip replaced, and my satellite radio in my Audi A6 fixed. The staff was not helpful. We did not leave until 4:30 that afternoon. The clip was not replaced (I was told it was ordered) and they didn’t even comment on the satellite radio. They only said “we couldn’t figure out the issue.”Second service: I had to get another oil change. And about a month prior they called saying the clip was in and they could quickly pop it in while they changed the oil. Our appointment was at 10 and it is 3:30 in the afternoon while I type this review. We were also informed that the wrong part was ordered and the wouldn’t be able to replace the visor clip.This wouldn’t be as big a deal but I love around 80 miles away so it’s understandable that maybe I should have to take a half day off from work for this to be done. But both times I have had to take a full day off from work to receive the most subpar service. Audi is considered a luxury brand of vehicles. And I can certainly say that their service department is no where near luxurious. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment. If an oil change takes an entire day. And we were told “your vehicle is next” at noon. So I guess on my next service visit I will finally get my visor clip replaced. It will only require a day off from work, and about 2.5 hours of travel for a 70% chance the clip will be replaced. There is no reason the service should be this terrible. I am looking to sell my Audi because of this experience. And while we were waiting other people in the waiting area were saying that this awful service is too common.

After leaving the dealership he followed up and contacted me making sure everything was good and if we had any questions. The service department lied numerous times yesterday! Also, nothing was done to our vehicle for a service inspection. Warning lifts and inspection lights are going off on my car TODAY! When I got in my car-someone had gone under my seats and pulled out my personal items. I have left a message with the General Manager. Do not have your car serviced at this dealership.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are so unprofessional to be a luxury vehicle retailer. I’ve gotten better treatment at Chevrolet. The service department is a mess! Constance was pleasant but the service manager is a liar. I should’ve figured since the person who originally sold me the vehicle was a liar and half did his job. I gave them time and time to correct the level of service. The salesman is still there but I don’t plan on buying another vehicle from that dealership so I figured why complain. But now I will not be back for servicing either. I went for a scheduled oil change and dropped off my car early in the morning at 9. It should only take a hour or two if you’re not focusing. They kept my car overnight without so much as a phone call. I had a trip the next day which cost to postpone. They never kept my vehicle before so I had no indication to think they would this time. This was my third service with them and also my last.

This delarship is very unprofessional. I use to bring my vehicle in on the regular here for service but, this last time I only asked for a diagnostic test. My car was being held almost a month just for a diagnostic test Which is weird. Long story short. After I paid for the diagnostic test, the technician bought my car around. Before I even got into my vehicle I noticed that my aftermarket pioneer radio and amp was missing…? Which is weird because the technician who bought my car around shouldve noticed this. I feel an employee of the dealership stole my radio and went inside my trunk and stole my amp. I thought I was being safe by leaving my car on their property. I thought all dealership do inspections on every customer vehicle before working on it.

I do not know how this dealership has such a high rating on Google. Im assuming due to fake reviews. If you check other websites, such as Yelp, you will get a clearer picture of what youre dealing with. Although you wont have much trouble purchasing a car, you will afterwards. I was so disappointed in my service here. My Audi Q5 deforst windshield was not working again (I just fixed it 3 weeks ago). I’ve called them many times in 2 days And no one help me. I’m tried to talk to Ms Palm and give her 3 times voice messages. But she didn’t call me back. And then I called and talked to a guy who said she left and he got my number with a promise call me back next day. It’s been 5 days NO ONE call me back. Poor service after they sales the vehicle.

The young salesman, Brandon Seaward, was pleasant to work with and great with all followup concerns. There were a couple of issues at delivery, but we got it in writing and Audi Jackson was faithful to fix these at a later date. Reports of problems in their maintenance department were probably correct as there was a changeover in management while we were there. Overall our experience was very positive and were pleased with the price and quality of our new Audi.

Ask for Larry when you get to dealership. Hands down best customer service.Had some issues my first time in here with the service guy not returning my phone calls. But I got my car in after talking to Larry who was very helpful. And got my car in the very next day, first thing in the morning. My courtesy driver was awesome, very friendly and safe. Larry is great. Drove my car with me in it so I could see my problem was fixed. Wasnt satisfied at first, but now I would bring my car back here because of Larrys excellent customer service.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Audi Jackson for the past two years. All aspects of the Audi Jackson are great; but the standard bearer of the dealership is the service department. At times it can be a little challenging to get an appointment (this is understandable though, there is only one in the area), but once you are scheduled, it is VIP treatment from start to finish. Ben and his team of professionals are the reason for the service department setting that high standard. Ben and his team will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Ben will even hand out his personnel cell number in order to provide periodic progress to the customer while the vehicle is in service. I currently live in southwest Louisiana. When it comes time to service my vehicle; I drive five hours opting to pass Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Shreveport and Houston Audi dealerships just to come to Audi Jackson. Ben and his team are constantly dispelling the myth that customer service is a “lost art.”

Audi of Jackson is a monopoly, the only game in town. Consequently, they can get quite busy which can mean longer than expected wait times to get your Audi serviced. We’re it not for Pamela, one of their service advisors, I might have found my recent experience to be unpleasant.I had a check engine light one on in my Q7. I took it in and was told it would cost $1200 to fix it. Days after I got the car back the check engine light came back on. Coincidentally, I noticed a few drops of oil on my garage floor, which had never happened before.After a few days of looking at it (they provided a nice loaner car), they told me it needed an additional $2,000 of work. I was suspicious of course, but after doing some research I found that this particular repair is often required at around 85,000 miles. Still, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being hustled.Pamela (their Shining Star) arranged for me to meet the GM and their lead mechanic. We got under the car (it was on a lift, of course) and they showed me to source of the oil leak and explained to my satisfaction why the additional work was necessary. So far, the issue seems to have been resolved. Pamela is trustworthy and a true professional.(I’ll say this, in hopes that the management will see it: your phone voicemail routing system has sucked for years. It often takes many hours to get a call back, unless I call or text Pamela‘s cell phone. PS. I would make sure to pay her well. Without her, your service department would suffer greatly.)The solution to this dilemma would be to buy something other than an Audi. I’ve never been very impressed with the car, though my wife likes it. Somehow the German engineering is confusing to me - when you want the windows to go up, you push the button downwards; it has pushbutton start and pushbutton start, but its two different buttons. I think the user interface is kinda wonky. It’s a nice ride, good-looking, and plenty powerful, but pricey and expensive to maintain. If that describes your idea carl, you might enjoy one.

I can’t really put into words how terrible my experience has been with Audi of Jackson. I purchased a Q7 three years ago. My check engine light has been coming on since the very first day I purchased it. At first, they just tried to tell me the gas cap wasn’t tight enough. After dozens of visits where they attempted to repair my car, this last service visit revealed the true incompetence of this dealership. They kept my car a month and my invoice simply says, “cleared codes and test drove vehicle.” Are you serious? I can clear the code myself and it certainly shouldnt take a month to do it. I would like to know why the code keeps coming back instead of just turning off the check engine light until it comes back again. They are never apologetic or concerned that they can’t repair my car. If you live in the Jackson area, I suggest you drive a different vehicle or travel to another city to buy your Audi.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset as I was to deal with this dealership. MS hospitality does not reside here! Everyone that I talked to seemed to hate their life and question me as to why on earth I had the audacity to call. Their service department needs improvement, starting with better phone etiquette.
