Ive visited this shop twice in two years. The owner, Tyler, is a nice guy who knows his stuff. While hes good with a wrench, his business skills are lacking. He does a poor job of scheduling work in the busy season, and doesnt keep his commitments, and doesnt respond to messaging. He said on the phone he was a little behind, and to drop my bike off on a specific day, (4-5 days from then). My wife and I drove down to drop off the bike, and two tires to mount, and were told Im way too busy now, I cant do it. I was very understanding and flexible with his busy schedule, showed up when he told me to, and got sent away. I gave him my number, told him to call me when he could fit me in, and over a week later have yet to hear from him. Wound up going to Jackson Cycle and Saw, (also very busy) dropped off the bike, and it was able to pick it up 5 days later. So, about 4 weeks and $200 to get tires mounted. Welcome to Jackson, WY in the summer.

This local business is one of the most helpful and friendly places in Jackson Hole. Alan, one of the mechanics, is always extremely helpful when it comes to asking advice. This business is not out to screw you over. that being said, it leaves the customer with full satisfaction.

Tyler runs a tight ship and a great business. He can trouble shoot these Polariss like nobody else and the prices for labor are on par or lower than most. I wouldnt let anyone else wrench on my stuff if I had a choice. Although he did say he would wrench on my stuff for free if I flew him out to Cali. Lol

There is very little competition for sled shops in Jackson so youll end up going here anyway. Bring your credit cards, as they charge $1000/hour for labor. I was charged $50 for 5 minutes of help fixing a part I brought in. Just a heads up!
