As usual northern tool is a completely different experience than HF. The employees are actually helpful and take me to where stuff is located. The quality of merch is wayyyy better. HF has some things NT doesn’t abs vice versa but I always check online with NT first.

The website is kinda confusing on ship to store, you have to look carefully when you click it because of the 2 hour option on it. Once i figured that out i ordered my product.

Good Store and tools

I purchased a Hi Lift farm jack to remove holly bushes from my yard. These bushes had an extensive and well established root system. The jack is well built and made the job so much easier and faster. I did not need the stabilizer legs. I simply propped the base of the jack firmly against the sidewalk or a paver brick.

I think Northens a great editing to JACKSON, MS . The employees were helpful and they werent uppiddy you no .They have a variety of products Tools, Pressure washers,, water hoses, power tools, man it goes on and on . They probably have what you need.

Always find great prices on items here. And have never had any problems with tools that I have bought. Went in today to pick up a rebar bender as it was cheaper to buy it from Northern Tool than to rent it from the local tool rental. lol. Maurice even made sure I received the online discount price. Bought a pressure washer need a part for it went over there on a Saturday was told the part department is only open Monday through Friday take off work drive over there fourty miles get there they told me the parts department closed come back tomorrow I was lied to on Saturday and the one that lied to me was there on Monday and thought it was funny my time is important as every one else there’s nothing funny about it you will not have to worry about selling me nothing else hope you all have a blessed day

I walked in with intentions of buying two run flat tires for my generator and walked out with yet another generator, a Honda, and a bunch of other stuff. Dropped over a grand during my trip 😂. All stuff I needed but just couldnt live without. 😂

Ive used them alot since there the only one around but recently there customer service has been incline.. They would show in stock on website but dont have actually have it. I tried to warranty out a hammer that the head broke off. Was sapose to have a life time warranty on it. Hand tool they tried to act like they could not find me in they system... I just left it there needless to say i wont be taking my business back.

I bought a forced air heater here. Did not use the product at all. I tried to return the heater, which I was informed that there would be a 15% restocking fee. Before we completed the return transaction I realized that I needed some cargo mate tracks for my trailer, and asked Joe the ASM if I could exchange it that way, which he said yes I could. I then when get the cargo mate tracking system and accessories, which came out to more than the 197.63 cost of the heater. When the cashier gave me the total, Joe the ASM asked the cashier if she added the 15% restock fee. I didn’t feel that they should of still charged the restock fee when I was making another purchase. I didn’t feel that this was a fair transaction so I asked them to just do the original exchange and take the 15% restocking fee. I like the Northern Tool stores and after today I am really upset that I received the Customer service from the store ASM Joe. They have plenty of other stores with better business and customer service policies.

Warning do not purchase a trailer online from Northern if you are in a state where they collect sales tax . When you go to register they will collect tax again. Tried to call Northern twice and get proof they collected sales tax for my state and they said they could not help me with that.

Lousy service. Over priced crap. 4 weeks later... still waiting on a part to repair my blower so I can get it back. I would give negative stars if it were possible.

I ordered a grill online to be shipped to store, company said 5 to 12 days, store itself said 14 business days, which could be 3 weeks, but hey, its free.

I like Northern Tool and there products, but my truck was broken into in the parking lot yesterday while I was inside. Of course cameras dont work. Stay away from this place!
