I am looking for a specific type of item that I can not find anywhere in Ithaca or I would have given up on 3D Light ever actually being open. They do not have an hours of operation sign posted on the door or windows. According to google they are supposed to be open at 10:00 AM. It is now 10:20 and I have been waiting since quarter of and no one has shown up to open the store. I couldve ordered online and had it by now, this was my 3rd time trying. I tried the local option first and found it to be lacking. And slacking.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I go in all the time just to browse. They give great deals and the goods are quality

I bought a dress yesterday and silly me didnt try it on and it ended up being too big. The guy working at the time let me exchange for a new one and he was very helpful and super nice. I will definitely be going back!

They advertise they open at 10am traveled all the way from Watkins. 10:30am its freaking closed.
