Absolutely horrible experience. Totally incompetent customer sales agents like Perry K. No customer friendly behavior and lacking of any solution oriented cooperation. Asking for VAT number for export business to Europe. Beside of providing the correct number confirmed by official gouvernmental registration website Perry K. still claims its incorrect. Made us lost of 1 week with this foolish sales agent.

First off, these 4 or 5 star reviews have got to be employees posting or friends of the owners because i have never had a good experience once. Of the orders i have placed, Tiger has never fully completed an order or explained why somthing hasnt shipped. They claim a million square foot warehouse but when i need typical supplies they never have it (nails,tripods, field supplies). I even listened to one of the partners one time telling me that they changed their customer service and have new managers and even after that, it didnt get better. That was the last time i will be fooled by them. Never order anything from them. I even told another company to go to them to give em another chance and it was horrendous....a MT Berger locator apparantly takes Tiger over a month to get one in. It ok Mike, once your done pretending to look for my locator I will be going to one of your many competitors who have much much smaller warehouses but actually have the supplies we need. I cannot express it enough....do not buy from these guys. And shame on you for using the pandemic is slowing shipping excuse....again your competitors have no issues getting these items. You like taking the money but dont like giving it back.

Ordered a much needed self leveling rotary laser and was assured it would ship out the same day. The day after it was promised to arrive I called TS and was told it had not shipped. Asked to talk to a manager about getting it to me faster and was told one would call. Having this laser was/is critical to getting my largescale construction project started.I did not get a call but rather an email informing me that my order had been canceled and sorry for the miscommunication. Lying to customers about when a product will ship is not miscommunication, theyre just lies.Being told someone would call turned out to be an outright lie as well.Canceling my order added insult to injury! Wont happen to me again! And that is no lie TS.

I ordered a machine laser receiver ($2,500.00) back in March that was a little bit cheaper on Amazon but the advertised ship times were better on Tiger Supplies website (20 days per website at the time of order). I called customer service today (6 weeks after order) to find out where the item was that I have already paid for and was told it was on back order and was hopefully going to ship on May 25th, but no promises. No offer to make it right for not matching advertised ship timeframes. Next time, I will order on Amazon where at least I dont pay until it ships.

Buyer beware. Returns are not accepted, but you have to go to the bottom of the page and select the Return Policy to see that. I ordered some batteries for a total station. Their search algorithm also listed some battery chargers with a similar part number, so I thought that was the charger for those batteries. It wasnt and thats my fault. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. Found the correct part elsewhere for much less. I paid the price to learn about their poor policy. Hopefully youll learn from my mistake.

Ordered a heavy duty tripod from Tiger Supplies. Tiger Supplies was very helpful in talking me through my options. The tripod shipped on schedule but arrived damaged due to the shipper’s rough handling of the item in transit. The box was left at the door badly damaged. Tiger Supplies’ customer support rep was apologetic even though it wasn’t their doing. They shipped a replacement immediately and exhibited tremendous professionalism and responsive support. I will definitely go back to them for my next surveying purchase.

Tiger Supplies had a wide selection of tripods that I couldnt find anywhere else. Good quality product and shipped in reasonable time. We use the tripod for shooting in-house product photos. We needed a tripod that was over 8 tall to shoot photos of some of our cranes and fall protection products.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled a backordered item, received a confirmation email and never got a refund. 2 weeks later the item shipped, had to call again to get shipment turned around. Another 2 weeks and still no refund. Customer service had no explanation or timeframe when I would get a refund. Had to refuse the charge on the credit card over a month after I was originally charged.

I have placed 4 orders with Tiger Supplies over the last 3 years. The first order was large. Arrived late and incomplete. One item was damaged in shipping and took over a month to receive a replacement. The items that did not arrive were sent weeks later, but not the correct items. Eventually the correct items were sent, but it took numerous emails and phone calls to make that happen.My next two orders were small and arrived without incident.My most recent order was four items. One item was incorrect. When I contacted them about it, I received no apology, but was asked to send a picture as proof that the item was incorrect. I did that. They sent a return shipping label for the incorrect item. I asked when they would ship the correct item and was told it will not ship until they receive the incorrect item. I sent the item back and emailed the tracking number. The incorrect item arrived at Tiger Supplies yesterday at 11:16am. We bought two taborets, but, rather than for office use, we bought them for use in our closet, where I, for example, use them for my bow and bolo ties. My wife uses hers for clothing and accent items that would otherwise be awkward to find a place for storing. We have had them for several years now, and with their many shallow drawers, they have been very useful. Their quality and look have also been very refreshing.

Horrible return policy. Since they do internet sales they should allow a return on parts. Bought a couple of replacement parts they call it. I wish I would have read all the 1 star ratings prior to attempting to make a purchase. I received a error when attempting to purchase a generator so I moved on. Later I look at my business CC and see a $420+ transaction. 6 months later, no generator, no refund and they are telling me that they dont even have record of my purchase or billing my CC, yet I sent them a screenshot of the CC transaction from Tiger. Very frustrating!

BUYER BEWARE: Its funny I almost forgot about this company. About 3 years ago I ordered a 25 foot grade rod from this company. They immediately billed me but never shipped it. 2 weeks go by and I email them and ask why it has not shipped and they tell me its on back order. I kept getting emails saying it was on back order for over 6 months until they finally stopped coming. Meanwhile I got that same rod on amazon. Its my fault I didnt press them for a refund I was running a multi million dollar job and didnt have time to worry about something little like that however they should have just cancelled the order and refunded me after that length of time. It was a lesson learned.

The support and shipping staff are incompetent. I returned a grade rod and was refunded for a much cheaper item that was on the same invoice. Thieves, dishonest, lazy, unorganized. Call it what you want. God help you if you need to return an item. You would be better off trying to re-sell it yourself than to trust this company to offer good service.Having read through some other reviews on here it sounds like this is business as usual. Don’t steal from me and then tell me how sorry you are.

Had an outstanding experience with Chris from Tiger Supply. I call late in the day with a technical question about the proper measuring device I needed for a project. Chris directed me to the perfect tool for the job, and orchestrated the sale and overnight shipment of the product so I had it the next day in time for the job. Tripod is working as expected. The carry bag is ruined after one 50 mile trip in my truck. The sharp edeges on the round feet (not the points) cut right through the sides of the canvas bag when it rubbed against the fiberglass bottom of a storage compartment. Seems like the manufacture should have seen that coming and reinforced the bag.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some items for a juice bar that was to open in a week. They assured me that everything was in stock. 2 days before the opening they reached out to let me know that all of a sudden all the items I ordered are no longer in stock!!! How are all items ordered out of stock? Will never buy from them again.

We purchased a probe, the service was exceptional. As we are a cemetery district and do not own any equipment, the contractor furnishes his own items for his contract with us. Thus we have no need for any supplies. We use the probe to locate vaults for further burials. They charge your credit BEFORE shipping then send you an email saying your product is not in stock for 15 more days despite the website stating otherwise. In 15 more days I can order the product from somewhere else cheaper that has ethical practices in terms of payment/shipping polices.

I ordered a survey marker. In the description I wrote exactly what I wanted on it, I emailed them to make sure they got it, They never emailed me back so I called and eventually talked to someone from sales. The guy in sales told me they got all the info and would send it out and it should be to me in 7 to 10 days. It came fast with no text stamped on it. So now I get an email at 6:30 every other morning pretty much saying it’s my fault and I never sent any info. I sent them a screen shot of the email I sent and the invoice when I bought it that says everything I wanted on it. They didn’t email me back. I was buying this for my dad for christmas. It was a personal gift that was going to put in the concrete in his back yard. I’ve never left a google review before but this company deserves a horrible review. If I could give them a zero I would. If you plan on getting and email or a phone call back I wouldn’t count on it.

I work for a large distribution company and I bought hundreds of carts from Tiger Supply over the past 6 months. Their service, from sales to shipping, is great and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Their pricing is also very competitive.

I ordered a piece of equipment and paid for 3-day shipping. I ordered on a holiday, so I was understanding of it being shipped after the holiday. I still did not receive the item the next week. I called to find out what the issue was, and the package had been lost. I can understand this sort of issue because it was shipped via FedEx ground, and they have been known for losing packages at the location. They said they would over-night the package. Did not receive it. After I contacted them again, they apologized it wasnt shipped because the inventory was wrong, and they said they would refund the shipping. The shipping has not been refunded, and they will not return my calls. The equipment was perfect, and superior in quality. The service - not so much.

Their prices are lower than most places, but you pay the price with your time invested in ordering. For one simple order, I ended up exchanging 4 emails and calling 6 times with hold times up to 15 minutes. The amount of work that I couldve got done in the hours that I spent going back and forth with Tiger Supplies would have benefited my company to a greater extent than the saving I was trying to get by going through this dealer.3 Stars because the customer service and product specialists were kind and cooperative once I was able to get in touch with them.

1 star is being generous. This company has been a huge headache from start to finish. I ordered the wrong estimating wheel and then my husband’s company switched to digital plans. They boast of quick and easy returns so I was hopeful. Returns are long, drawn out and painful. I had to call them (4-5 times) every step of the way, pay shipping twice and still wasn’t refund the full amount I paid for he wheel. Proceed with caution!!! Absolutely, the worst company my family or I has ever dealt with. My son order a safety vest and was told 6 weeks before shipping. He waited about 2 months and called them to get a tracking number. He was told it had shipped one week after he placed the order and there was nothing they could do. They wouldnt provide tracking proof so we could confirm this. No way it shipped because the delivery was at a time when I was home. He spent a couple of weeks trying to call them, but no one ever answered his calls. This company sucks and just scam hard working people out of their money. Dont waste your time or money. Find somewhere else to get what you need!
