I cant say enough good things about this storage facility. The managers there do a great job keeping their customers happy and prices on the units are cheaper than other places without sacrificing security or convenience. Really good deal overall, highly recommend!

I’ve been using this business since COVID-19 hit. I’ve been a customer of Storage 365 since May of 2020. The staff and managers have been nothing but kind and offer the best deals in the state in my opinion. Jim Wilkes the manager of this location is amazing and want to thank him for always being so kind and courteous! I would RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%If you’re in need of a small or large unit for your home/apartment all the way to vehicle storage. This place is AMAZING! So clean!

Storage 365 (Walnut Hill, Irving TX) is great! We really appreciate Jim Wilkes! We have been using a unit for about a month, and there was water on top of one of our container from a leak in the roof. He was able to rectify the situation quickly and professionally. We were able to move to another unit so we didnt have to worry about water damage. I appreciate the proactive stance instead of waiting for it to become a bigger problem later. I recently rented a 10x15 space. The whole process went smoothly. Omar was able to arrange a fair price (better than other company in the the area). He was very knowledgeable about what our options were concerning size, location, price, terms.... We were able to prepay a year, so we avoid any price increases (something that has happened at other storage locations). Storage 365 is very clean and covid precautions seem to be in place. Overall I’m very happy with facility.

I absolutely love this place! They really went above and beyond to help me out when I was in an emergency situation, especially the manager Desiree.
