The first time I went in and got the Red label Johnnie Walker 750 ml, I asked for the price since they do not display their prices and I was told $38 bucks, I went back about 2 weeks later, the same Red labelJohnnie Walker was sold to me for $43.99. When I asked the young man behind the counter why the price was different from the other week all could say was, I guess the price went up...really? When i got home and checked my receipt, it showed i was sold to Johnnie Walker Black Gift Set. I tried calling but the call kept going to voicemail.Very unfriendly and Zero customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Please do not waste your time and $$$ there Periodt!!!

Bought Hoka flavor AlFakher for 15 bucks after a discount of 4 USD. I visited a near by smoking store and find the same flavor, size and brand just for 7 USD. This store Mansion House charge just double price of other stores. Better check the price online or nearby store before buying from this store.

I found this on a road trip took it home to my boyfriend he hasnt quit drinking it. So I try and make sure I keep it in stock. Im so glad you carry this. Not all stores carry this flavor. I definitely will be buying more.

They have an incredible selection of wine, spirits and beer. Their sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable.

Looking for something? Try here. They have it all, well, almost. Somethings you have to really hunt for, but they are there. Not all their staff is knowledgeable, which hurts, but patrons help each other too. Great store.

I went here first time to bought a bottle of Titu vodka. Price was $26 instead of $16 fir 750 ml. How can they do that. They also did not put the price tag on the shelf bottles. I would not recommend this place.

This store deserves ZERO stars. I buy a lot of whiskey from stores across DFW so when I say this place was the worst price gouging offender Ive ever seen, I mean it. They wanted $385 for Blantons (retail is $60), $260 for Stagg Jr. Batch 14, and I didnt bother to ask about anything else. Any place that charges 5-7x retail deserves to be shamed in the public square. They purposely do not display prices for anything in hopes of duping the unsuspecting entry level liquor consumer. Maybe a hammered employee is your idea of a good time, but this place should be avoided like the plague that it is. Spend your money at better establishments such as Goody Goody and Specs. If you cant find what youre looking for, look to the secondary market but understand what is fair and what should be criminal.

Love this Irish whiskey. This is one of my daily drinkers. I highly recommend it.

Ive never had any issues! The guy usually there is really nice and this liquor store is so handy (as I live in valley ranch).I go all the time. Im confused by the bad reviews....its a liquor store. Go in, buy your stuff, walk out. Im only inclined to review because I saw the negative reviews.

The people who are posting these reviews are all the reviewing the same businesses and providing bad reviews of similar businesses. I would highly question the authenticity of the the reviews. Also, the price is considerably higher compared to competition, based on my one visit when purchasing a popular brand.

We ordered from Mansion House through Drizly.com for local delivery. Mansion House claimed they delivered the order when they had not, and they then disconnected their phone line associated with the store on Christmas Eve after multiple phone calls. This is seriously poor business and one should simply not support a store that would do such a thing. Avoid.
