Rude staff, they even didnt help me renewal my sim card’s plan, unfortunately, all of the metro Mobile just accept cash instead of a card and its weird especially in corona

This metro store sucks because they lack customer service skills and communication skills they never want to help solve an issue or answer questions correctly and it seems like they never want to sell anything either ontop of that they never have any iPhones available. As a customer if I walk into a store I should get a yes can do attitude not the opposite. And for that I am never coming back to this location again for any of my metro pcs needs I would rather go the extra mile to the next closest available metro store

This rating is all because of the excellent customer service along with patience that the store rep named Maribella (I hope that I spelled her name correct) the pretty lady with the blond bob, provided while assisting me in getting a new phone. She was very patient and answered all of my questions easing my frustrations over my cracked phone screen. It was a very pleasant experience. 😊From here on out, I will be coming to this store for any phone issues and purchases all because of her. She turned my bad day into a good one. I always go to this location, the staff is very helpful and patient.

I took my phone to switch lines i forgot my sim card at home, the lady told me i could just insert the sim card and turn off and then turn on my phone and i was good to go. Apparently it didnt work. I keep calling during buisness hours and no one answers. Its so irritating.

I used to go to my near metropcs to my house but this one realy know how to treat custumers, i walk out with free screen protector and free [phones cover i had go deal, from now and on i always will go to this location i swear i recomended, thanks a lot guys
