Poor customer service. Long waiting periods and the will call guys drag to get your orders fast enough! Never coming back here again!

Showed up for 1pm unload appointment and have to wait till 2pm to get unloaded thats if no other trucks come in, the forklift guy says the load was supposed to be here 3 days ago, when i loaded it yesterday and i showed him that on the paperwork he just keeps repeating himself saying u need to call your people and ask them while its late and I reply with im just asking if im getting unloaded or not and thats the answer i get. Dont get me wrong i understand the appointments to unload and load to keep things organized but you need to consider early appointments, so us drivers are able to make other deliveries or get reloaded not sitting around all afternoon/evening wasting time, when we couldve got reloaded somewhere and been down the road towards our next unload

Lazy people work here with no sense of moral and ethics. Stay away, I wouldnt send my enemies here

Theres no sales counter at this store. That means you have to call a phone number, place your order, and hope they have the right stuff waiting when you show up.
