Absolutely an awesome and seamless process working with Kent Booze finding and locating my new Toyota 4Runner Off Road Premium 2019 and even more important get creative to get the price point I wanted per month. A couple details I listed below:- I drove my 2004 Sequoia for 14 years and had 235k miles. The thing survived various battles in GOT!!! It was beyond time for a new vehicle.- Kent knew I wanted to find a Pre-Certified/Used 4Runner specific to my trim level and details I wanted. Much appreciated help from Kent Booze. With all that is going on right now with the pandemic. Kent was able to get us into a 2015 Jeep Compass. This was back in April. I failed to post this review then. However, better late than never.Kent hand delivered all the paper work to our home in Hurst. Helped us get our payement down to $241 from $284. Worked with us even though the Jeep we purchased was not one from his company. Answered all my questions and then some. Made the process in this difficult time memorable.

I just leased my 1st car through Smart Auto and I cant say enough positive things about the experience! I was in a bad lease and was going to be hammered when I turned the vehicle in next summer. I ended up working with Samuel Anzalone and he figured out a way to save me! I am now driving a much nicer vehicle and I didnt have to pay anything on the old lease. It really was impressive. Ill never go anywhere else. If you are considering leasing a vehicle you are crazy if you dont give these people a shout!

Dont fall for all the 5-star reviews this company gives customers an incentive to write. Ive leased cars for 15 years. I typically dealt with the big leasing company weve all heard of. I thought Id take a chance with Smart Auto Leasing.My lease term was longer than what the salesperson had told me when we discussed the deal. Its 100% on me. I rushed through the paperwork because it had always been a smooth process with the leasing specialist at the other company and I didnt think someone would lie about the length of the deal.The person I did the lease with was gone within a year. Every time I call back, the person I worked with is no longer with the company. That tells you a lot about a company.The last person I talked to mentioned what a bad lease I was in (Yeah, I know).Lesson learned. Im going back to D&M.
