My story starts with texting for 2weeks and finally getting here today I was told to ask for Gina and she was great from the minute I walked in she knew who I was and even worked with me when I just felt I was wasting my time and here’s..I had to fill out application and it took forever cause I didn’t have all the address and numbers but she kept checking on me and was really patient and understanding. I don’t what I had down she told what she could put me in even though it was only 2 choose it must just been for me after sometime and her giving me the thumbs up from her desk she came back with a bonus and told me so was approved it felt so good since I’m new to Texas and just reestablishing myself with only me and my child not very much friends or family. And after moving in to my place my car 2016 Altima transmission went out and shop played me in price and loan ppl didn’t car I WAS SO HAPPY TO BE IN MY OWN AGAIN where I can go to my other job and get out of whole not having a car put me in.. Gina was the best and explained and answered everything I asked calmed me down when my anxiety was going up even notice in physical pain that I will see him she is the greatest definitely a part of the family my son turns 16 soon so he will be back to work with her I also do have a friend from California that I will be referring to this lot to work with Gina and only Gina.. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly man named Gerald. Good Fellow, But here is where it went sour. I wanted to get into a truck. I informed Mr. Gerald i was willing to put down for it. and take care of the interest for his Banker so that the owner will not worry about paying back the bank as i will only be paying the car price and no interest. The interest was about 6-7 thousand no biggie. But when I asked if they report to the credit agencies. The manager or owner or w/e he a big fella white man said no. And with that i walked out with my Bag of Dollars. I felt bad for Mr.Gerald as he foresaw a huge commission. Sorry guys you almost had me fooled. hehe good try tho. I would love my wasted time back.
