Literally the worst car shop experience ever. Long story short. Quoted 23 days in shop turned into 74 days. Refused to cover a rental except the last 3 weeks. Carlos Hernandez the repair guy in charge of my car was super hard to get a hold of. Brand new car was returned in horrendous condition, it looked like it was parked in the middle of a desert for a month. Dust was literally caked on all surfaces inside and out. I get home and look in the trunk and I find several car parts just thrown in there that were removed when fixing the car but not installed again before giving me the car back. Over $13,000 in repairs and this is how they treated me. Im not only done with this location Im done with service king altogether.

I took my car up there in July. It took them almost 3 weeks to send the estimate to the insurance company. All the while I was getting text updates that my cat was coming right along amd they hadnt even touched it.
They did a great job and I didnt have to wait two weeks.
They always do a terrific job with our fleet cars.
No one ever wants to be in an accident! I am no exception but I was and at the suggestion of a friend I took my car to Service King. Best. Decision. Ever! I was kept updated daily on the progression of my car repairs! Their entire staff was friendly & helpful and made you feel comfortable entrusting you’re auto with them! They met the ‘expected completion date’ and when I picked up my car is was cleaner inside and outside than when I dropped it off! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

These folks were so nice! Its never a good day to have car trouble, but this team walked me through every step of the way, and they got my car back on the road so quickly!If I need repairs again, Im going back here. Steve was super considerate and informative, I have a lot of respect for his honesty.
Jacky was awesome, called me every day to let me know the status of my car. My car was done timely and it looked great. They cleaned the inside and outside also, which was awesome.
My experience with Service King was a great one. The staff was very friendly and explained every detail of the processs. I received texts daily to let me know what the status of my car was. There were phone calls also letting mr know at what stage of the repair my was in.
After many bumps in the road, things came a great end. My car looks clean and was repaired properly. Though the ball was dropped it was, (mistakes happen) it was picked up and quickly handled. I had damage to my car and although some parts are on back order they got it drivable quickly. Anthony Scott was very professional and constantly updated me on the status. Im confident that once the other parts come in and I bring my car back it will all be done smoothly again. My insurance recommended the place and for good reason. My car was filthy when I brought it in but they even cleaned it up for me. Overall loved the service!
Took a couple weeks but they did a great job. Also Memorial Day slowed them down. Got it back almost a week sooner than they said. Great job.
WORST SERVICE YOU CAN GET YOU WOULD THINK SINCE ITS A BIG COMPANY THEY WOULD DO PROFESSIONAL WORK, SPOKE WITH MANAGER AND WAS NO HELP, PLEASE AVOID SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I had a tree limb fall on my truck. I wanted a different Service King, but they were busy, and my insurance agent assured me this location did great work, and I should feel confident. So I dropped off my truck, and three weeks later was told it was ready for me to pick up. I arrived on a Saturday morning, when the only person there was the counter person. My truck was filthy, inside and out...not sure what the white powdery stuff all inside was, but the outside was covered in dirt and the bed full of the tree limbs from the accident. Not really sure how they painted a dirty truck... Further, a full box of trash was left inside the cab. The mirror that was replaced was some generic POS that wasnt even close to what I had originally...no reflector on the front, no turn signal indicator, no tint and no heat...absolutely nothing that my original had...and it isnt like they couldnt see the passenger side mirror to see the two werent the same. I found all sorts of paint runs, dents and dings left in the body, scratches on the passenger door, my rear bumper that they removed had the trim popping off, they damaged my front bumper guard in front of my fender they removed, and didnt even paint the chip, dents and dings in the driver door, the roof, and not to mention the hood was not aligned to the body. I am returning this vehicle to the shop tomorrow morning, 10/18/2017 with the laundry list of deficiencies, but I assure you, I am not confident they will or CAN remedy their incompetence. Totally and completely disgusted. I WISH I had read the reviews before agreeing to use this place...but you can bet the farm I am leaving this review to warn others: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The only reason I gave two stars, is because the service desk people are courteous, and friendly, but Im not sure I wouldnt press charges against a criminal just because he said please and thank you while robbing my house...
Service King has had my car for 55 days. They have lied about the repair status, neglected to return my calls, and have not addressed concerns. Service Kings response has been dismal. Customer beware. Take your car elsewhere. 55 days, no rental and terrible customer service. 55 days Service King. Your response to this review is pathetic. I have called, emailed, live chatted and attempted to contact corporate.
I never recommend this place to anyone. Never!Zero customer service, zero respect, horrible experience I had with them.You need a headache pill if you go to this location.
Had our car repaired here after hitting a deer on an interstate. Good experience. We were updated regularly on the progress of the repair, and they even finished up a few days ahead of schedule because we really needed the car back ASAP. When we noticed an abnormal noise after the repair was finished, we called the shop and they got us back in the very next day. They found the source of the noise, fixed it, and had us back in the car by close of business that same day. Overall we were very pleased with the communication and the exceptional level of personal service. I was worried about going to a national chain shop but after this experience I would happily go back.
Over the past few years Ive taken in three different vehicles to Sterling Auto in Irving. Each time they have done an excellent job of repairing the damage and communicating with us about the estimated completion date. On the occassion when the completion date was not met, the manager, Richard went above and beyond what we expected to make us happy. I will continue to have all our future body work done at this location.
We have had two vehicles fixed here over the last seven years. Both times it took approximately 12 weeks to get our vehicle back. Return phone calls are non existent unless you call multiple times in one day. If you have a choice then DO NOT USE SERVICE KING. We thought we didnt have a choice because of our insurance. Now we know different. The people are courteous enough, but the job does not get done in a timely manner and it is done wrong. My husband has broke down two times in less than week because of their error. Putting wrong fluid in break lines and using after market parts on a brand new 2018 vehicle, which null and voids any warranty with the manufacturer. We still dont have our vehicle back after our 3rd trip.
Cant express how disappointed I am with my experience here. In October we were hit from behind and this is where the insurance company sent us. The person handling our was fired and then they left the car unattended no parts ordered. Now they trying to blame us and the insurance company but now we wont have our car till December 7th?? Wow. Two months with out our car. By the way my boyfriend is a driver for a living! Thanks so much, not! We will be getting our car inspected after we get our car back

Took my truck there to get repaired after a lady sideswiped me. They quoted me that it would be done on Oct. 2nd went by there yesterday Sept. 27th to try and sneak a peak at the progress they were makin and my truck was out n the parkin lot in the needs to b washed line. A guy whose name i forgot came and talked to us and said my truck would b ready today the 27th, jus needed to wash it and detail it. I was surprised and very very happy. I didnt like the rental truck i got so to have my own vehicle back early was awesome. Thank you Service King. Great work and my truck looks great.
Minor damage to my front bumper in a hit and run. Knocked out my fog light and the entire right side of the bumper was misaligned. Car was repaired in a reasonable time, they updated regularly on progress, people were nice enough. The car looks impeccable. Great experience!
I am sad to admit the repair work was atrocious. The repairs were done with such poor care. Aside from having numerous attempts to correct minor imperfections and the fact the car could even pass quality control is beyond my comprehension. The professionalism was outstanding and well handled by the representative Anthony, But the quality of the repairs was so bad that further damage has been created. I cannot recommend service king for any major repairs. If you drive an exotic or luxury car, do not bring you vehicle into service king. This is my second experience with service king. And will be the last. Staff was very kind and really helpful but like I said the repairs were awful.
Took my car in after an accident with some rear bumper and fender damage. Insurance totaled it out but I decided to keep it as a rebuild...when I go to pick it up, its in worse condition and not legally driveable. The worst experience and I will never return or recommend this place.
They keep informed about the work on your vehicle and do excellent work. Have had my vehicle in there 3 times and have been satisfied with their work every time.
As of now I know why this LOCATION is not busy. I sat on the phone for 15-20 mins. to speak to the Service Adjustor.When I went to the office. of course, Ill help you and Ill contact the insurance to get what I need.Now its well I need this or that. So I ask do i need to call or you.I dislike when service offices back peddle and LIE directly to me. So disappointed . Thinking of waiting till

People should know that they steal items from your car, like my MILITARY ISSUED Oakley sunglasses which was put in the compartment, which means they went looking for it, Federal government property, federal offense
Customers of Allstate or any other insurer beware! Do not let your insurance company steer you to this shop. They are the most incompetent repair shop Ive ever dealt with. Allstate told me that I need to drop my car off here rather than go to the BMW dealership. Big mistake. It took 2 months to repair the vehicle. Wrong bumper was put on. Wrong brackets. Didnt have the necessary tools required to fix BMW components. Airbag and seatbelt light sensors not reset properly. Lock actuator not reattached properly. They were learning on the job how to fix my vehicle. Extra time in the repair shop due to their repeated mistakes cost me $675 of car rental expense. They offered to pay $90 and threatened to repo my vehicle. Stay away from all Service Clown shops.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any collision repair facility. My husband was rear-ended at the end of March and our vehicle was at this Service King for three weeks. The only reason we picked it up was to take it to a DIFFERENT Service King, because it was obvious that the people at this Service King had no idea what they were doing. When we picked up the car, the paint was wavy and chipped in multiple places, the bumper had not been put on correctly causing the bottom tail lights to hang, the decklid was still warped and not lining up with the body, the large tail lights were uneven because they creased the housing when they removed it, the reinforcement bar for the bumper was never put back on, and they buffed the car while it was dirty leaving nice swirls all over the body. And the spoiler....oh my god, the spoiler! They painted the spoiler while it was still on the car, causing overspray all over the bumper and they attempting to reinstall a bolt on Challenger spoiler with 3M tape instead, sloppily I might add. There was tape coming out from under the spoiler and some places where the tape wasnt even attached, causing the spoiler to leak water into the decklid through the bolt holes from the original installation. Its now the middle of May and we just picked up our car from the second Service King who did the warranty work for this Service King.
