After going through all collision centers ended up choosing this going with the reviews. It took forever for them to repair my car and during my drop off they agreed to fix up the front bumper scratch but when i picked up my car i noticed they did not even touch it and they answered that they forgot about that.... and that after keeping my car the whole time they forgot to cover up the scratch. The good part is the nice work they did to fix the rear bumper..

Eddie and the fine folks at On The Road Garage took care of me in a timely manner and got me back on the road again. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Ill be back to them for all my repair needs in the future.

I have never had a body shop make the repair of my damaged car to be as easy as this one. They had the rental car pick us up at the shop, dealt with the insurance company, kept us informed of every stage of the repair, finished the work on time, and had us leave the rental car at the shop when we picked our car up. The repair was immaculate! You could never tell we had been in a wreck.

I drive a Jaguar and the parts are hard to find in the states. They went out of their way to find the necessary parts for my car, so I wouldn’t have to wait more than a month. The customer service was great and the car is like new.

The staff here were friendly and very attentive to my needs the only reason why I gave them a 4-star is because I didnt have loaner car and there was no complimentary rental. In addition to that when they gave me my car back they forgot to reset a couple of lights on the dashboard.

Such a great experience and do great work! Looks like the collision never happened! Easily worked with my insurance company, let me leave the rental car there for pickup, and kept me informed via text messages along the way. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Sierra and On the road garage. We brought our Nissan 370Z to Sierra after the dealership and several collision centers would not help us. We needed to install a bumper and splitter on the z that had ripped off due to factory cheap and flimsy bumper clips. Sierra was confident she could do the repair and that made us feel better. I received constant updates during the service and she went over every issue in detail. She made sure we were super happy with the end result and even saved us money off the original estimate. It was crumpled in right above the wheel and needed body work/painting. I also needed an alignment as the driver at fault caused wheel damage, and we were unsure of any possible suspension damage.I took my 2014 Ford Focus ST to OTRG and they did phenomenal. Actually, I didnt take the car anywhere, they picked up the vehicle AND dropped it off! It was speedy white glove service and I was so appreciative of them taking care of transport, as I work 12 hour days.Sierra kept me updated the whole time. She sent me my various options, took the time to explain it all, and helped me make a decision that was best for me. Soon after OTRG picked up the car, they sent me an estimate, and once approved, got to work immediately. I was never left in the dark and appreciated being kept in the loop.They finished the work so quickly, and the quality was top notch. My car is painted with a metallic black. Metallic paint, even if it is OEM, is incredibly difficult to match because you have to mix the metallic in yourself. I was shook by how perfectly they matched the color. I wasnt expecting it to match and had prepared myself for that discrepancy, but was pleasantly surprised to see they matched in 100% right. WOW! That takes skill. Anyone who sees the car is shocked by how perfect it looks post-repair and would have no clue it had ever been damaged (YAY!). I was given the alignment results and the car drives like a dream. They even took the time to clean my car for me!It is so hard to find a place like OTRG where you are respected; the work is both impeccable and timely; and there are good people employed to care for you. When others might take advantage, I know OTRG was there for me. I cannot recommend them enough! Fabulous experience! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The offices are beautiful and very inviting. My bumper looks showroom new, and they even cleaned the inside of the car. The pricing is very fair, cheap even. I highly recommend them. Sergio the paint guy knows what hes doing, and Sierra, the director, is very detail oriented.
