I ordered a map of my city but their map isnt centered and was way off to the right. So I called to let them know and to see if they had a correct version and they didnt. The lady said I could just send the bad one back and she would do a custom one for me. Sounded great at first. I went to Fed Ex to ship the original one back and it was going to cost $65. Then After paying her $300 for a custom (the original only cost $90) and she sent me a proof in 5 minutes, we realized that it wouldnt work because I needed more detail of our service area. I Just asked politely to send my money back for the custom because It took 5 minutes of their time and I would keep the old one so I wasnt out and more money to ship it back. The lady Brittany decided to tell me that customs are unrefundable. So now Im out $300 plus $90 for the original and neither one of them will work. I still havent been sent this custom map even after emailing them back and forth for weeks now. I will never use this company again and dont recommend them to anyone else.
Working with Kurt Von Stetton has been a pleasure. He worked out some issues with me and made things work for me. He remembered our original deal and now, months later followed through. Highly recommend.
We ordered a large wall map for our construction business. When it arrived, it had been damaged in shipping. Market Maps rep, Jack de los Reyes, promptly saw to the replacement. Wonderful customer service. Thank you, Jack!
Yasser at Market Maps provided excellent customer service. I had a minor issue and he resolved it immediately with a great attitude. They also shipped out my map very quickly after I placed my order. I look forward to working with Yasser again in the future.

Very poor customer service. I chose to hang up the phone instead of arguing about where the border of a town was that I asked to be included in the map. Which turns out I was correct and now have an incomplete map.
Other than a great customer service rep, I can not say I am happy with the result. The first map had towns on the locator but not on the map. It was remade with the names of the map so small you need a magnifier to read them. They did add 16 towns I asked for but then added them in a separate section in the grid locator after asking for them to be included in the main locator.... shipped before final approval. CSR emailed me that my e-mail of disatisfaction was being forwarded to production manager ..that was on 11/17..nothing since!!! NOT an ideal solution for transportation or Custom maps!!!!!!!!!
They send you a proof of your map and if it isnt right they charge an extra 75 dollars to change it. they do not list on the web site anywhere about that so make sure its write when you order it!! they did call me back and make it right.
I have ordered two maps from them. I created my first one via the app but used the customer service rep for the second. I worked with CSR on the area of the map, they sent me a low resolution screen shot of the area that I approved. I received the map proof of the full size map and noticed it was off a little and needed to be shifted to encompass a zip code that had been cut off. I talked to the same CSR to correct this and was quickly sent a $75 invoice for design services. The original map was $395 thus to add another $75 fee for the same map in order to move the boarder of the map during the proof process is wrong. I will be looking for another vendor and suggest you do the same.
