Garage door wasnt working due to broken spring. Called Precision Door and they scheduled me with a 1230-4:30 Window. Raul showed up at 4pm was very professional. He gave me 2 options for repairs. Once I chose the repair I wanted he went to work. He did a great job and completed the job in a timely manner. He greased everything and now it is working like brand new. Definitely would recommend Precision Door and Raul ...he was the best

9/26/21: Zach and Blake showed up on time, professional, and friendly, they answered all my questions. They did a garage door tune up and replaced the garage door bottom rubber seals. They were in and out about 1 hour. I’m happy with their service.Lowered to 4 Stars 11/3/21: I called them about a wrong safety inspection after Zach and Blake installed the new bottom rubber seal. The customer service told me that they need to send someone to reinspect and its going to cost me $39. They cant not just re do a report, they are charging me $39 to fix their own mistake. Great installation team but customer service need some work.

Eddy was very friendly and efficient. He completed the repairs within the time frame that he estimated.My complaint is with the communication with your office. I asked for a call from the technician 1/2 hour before his arrival but it was only about 15 minutes. In talking with your employee in the office, I asked for her to let me know when he would be finishing the project ahead of mine. I made three calls to her and each time she told me she would contact the tech and ask him and she would call me back which she never did. When I questioned Eddy (upon his arrival) he told me that he had gotten three text messages (not phone calls) from your office but was busy with his work and was not able to respond to them until he finished the job ahead of mine. He apologized for that.I suggest that your company not promise to do something for the customer that cant be accomplished. It is poor customer service and left me with a negative feeling toward Precision - the company - not the technician.

Exceeded my expectations. Raul is very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I was very pleased with his presentation of opinions I needed to “tune up” the door after many years of use. No pressure for any particular option just facts on what each option made to the garage door for long term use. I will recommend this company to anyone. I will strongly recommend you have Raul do the job.

Were getting a new garage door installed tomorrow. When we originally called Lenin came out and gave me an estimate. He explained all the difference in the doors and openers. He gave me a quote immediately and told me to contact him with any questions. Over the following weekend I text him a couple times with questions and he responded, even though I found out he was off!! We decided to get the garage door & Patrick came out and looked and the garage & explained how they would remove the old door and install the new. He showed me what had to be moved out of the way so they could do the job. Olga in the office has been in contact with me and scheduled our installation. Ive called her a couple times with questions & she always calls me back when I have to leave a message. Everyone calls before they come out & so far everyone has worn a mask. Im very pleased with Precision so far & hope the installation goes just as smooth!!

Own a set of four-plex apartments and last night my tenant called to let me know her garage door would not open. Went to investigate and found I could not open the door either. Called Precision and made an appointment for the next day. Technician arrived and identified the problems. Was shocked at the price but gave him the ok to make the repairs. While he was making the repairs I went on line with Amazon to confirm the price of the motor that he said needed to be replaced. His price was $1,199.00 for the motor alone. Amazon’s price for the same model motor delivered was $359.00. My total bill was $2,486.90. Next time I will shop around a little more!!!!

We called them because our garage door wouldn’t close. We were given a time 12:30 to 2:30. We waited it was 4:30 called them and they said they would be there in 30 minutes they never called to say we are running late . It was almost 6 pm and still no one showed up we called them again and just canceled, They must not need the business or bother to call.

Given a service window of 8am-12pm, Jesus arrived to fix our garage door before 9am and was finished up with the repair within an hour. One of our springs had broken and he was able to show me wear the bearings were damaging the tube as a result. No upselling, etc. He was friendly and explained everything well enough to help us decide what service to select. Before leaving for his next appointment, he was able to answer some of my questions about the motor unit lifetime and how to spot signs of wear.

Our garage door opener broke and we called for a repair we knew our garage was old and sometime in the future would need to replace it. Zach and Pedro gave us different options and we are glad we choose the new opener. It has so many added features myQ app as well as Amazon prime deliveries made easy and being able to just simply double check if door is closed with out having to circle back. Plus it is so quiet they came in installed so quick but yet thorough explaining everything to us as well as programming our vehicles. Definitely will refer them.

My parents were having issues with their motors receiver. I had previously had Precision come out to fix issues at my house, so I called them. They were prompt, came the next day, gave us a great price, and completed the job within a few hours. Dan was very professional and talked me through everything he recommended without pushing a sale. There were issues with the payment system, to no fault of Dan or Precision Garage, and they were on top of it through the entire way. My parents live in an area with horrible cell service, so the payment system was unable to work well until it was connected to our home wifi. Dan kept in contact even after he left, ensuring that any issues with payment didnt arise, and if they did, that they would be taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone looking to have ANYTHING related to your garage door done, because they do it at a great price, and depending on the product, the 5 year warranty and 24/7 service is a great guarantee to have, especially for the older folks like my parents!

Tyson replaced our door torsion spring system and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient in relaying the information. His workmanship was excellent. All of the before mentioned applies to Josh who came the next day or so to install our door opener motor.The reason for the 3 star rating was because those two guys were so wonderful. I would have downgraded all te way to a 1 star or 2 star were it not for their exceptional work. My problem, and what left such an awful taste in my mouth occurred when I inquired as to having a technician connect our remote control and two cars to the opener. I was told that that would be supplied at an extra cost. Now after paying more for just the spring system than I couldve got a whole new door, springs, and opener for, AND then paying exactly twice what I couldve paid for the same make of opener (and installation) that you installed, I was/am appalled that charging us extra for a service that should be included at this price point was going to be charged for! I had them help tune up my door at my new house after using them at my previous home, while also installing new rollers per their recommendation. Was in need of a new opener and having used Precision once before for a repair years ago with great satisfaction, I didn’t hesitate to call again. Excellent service on the phone, polite and friendly and set me up with Eric Stevens for the very next morning. Eric called with a 30 min eta, was on time, friendly and professional, and got started with a safety inspection. Once complete he walked me through his findings, provided options and once selected he said he’d get right to work. I said wait, right now? I don’t have to wait to have installation scheduled? Nope, he had everything in the truck and in an hour as promised our new opener, rollers, keypad and all were up and running. What an upgrade from our 22 yr old machine. So much quieter, smooth, led lights, battery backup, and WiFi connectivity. I will certainly call again if ever needed and would request Eric to return.

Our garage door motor broke while trying to reprogram it after a remote was stolen out of our car. The last thing we wanted was a broken garage door in case the thieves came back! We called Precision Garage Door as we have used them before and had good experiences. We called at 2 pm and by 2:30 we had a technician at our house to replace the motor! Jesus was very professional and had it replaced and up and running in 2 hours. Great service as usual we will continue to use and recommend Precision Garage Door every time!

Michael was a LIFE SAVER! I should have called Precision to change out my rollers instead of attempting to do it myself. I made that huge mistake and ended up with the bottom panel detached and hanging while the rest of the door was up on the track. Michael arrived a few hours after making the appointment and walked me step by step on what he was gonna need to do in order to get the door up and going again. I had in mind I was going to have to replace my door but Michael was able to salvage it and bring it down safely all while making it work a lot better than before. I was glad someone with the experience and knowledge Michael has was able to come out and do the job. Great same day service.

Company charged me $ 40.00 for a free estimate that was for $ 1,100.00 when 3 other companies bid less than $ 450.00. So I suppose if they bid over 2 times 12 times in a day they make $ 480.00 if everyone says no and if two people fall for they rack up Stay away from this company.

I had them come out to fix a garage door spring. The tech that came out was extremely polite and professional. He came out accessed the the broken garage door spring and gave a quote to replace the springs. I have no doubt they would have done a fantastic job but the prices to replace the springs were unreasonable hence the three star rating. They quoted $920 to replace both springs and the springs were itemized at $300 a piece. After research online I found out that the normal cost of having both springs replaced across the country is $150-$300 so not sure where the $920 cost came from. Long story short I ended up buying the spring myself for $35 a spring and installed them on my own.

It wasnt cheap, but I got a 10 year warranty and clean maintenance instructions. The technician seemed experienced and knowledgeable. The only problem is they had the wrong kind of remote for me, and theyre aiming to fix that in a few weeks.

He wasn’t pushy trying to sell me anything, he just informed of preventative maintenance work I had the option to get done on my door. Being that money was an issue this time around, I chose to just get a tune up which Michael honored at the advertised price.
