They sent me the wrong product and there’s no way to contact them. Run away!

Solid brand, have been using a few of the Joyetech vapes for the last couple years and wouldnt trade them for anything. Right now Im using the Espion Solo, Havent smoked a cigarette for over a year now! Thanks Joyetech, keep it up!
I just picked up the eVic Primo Fit from @JoyetechUSA and I am super stoked with what Joyetech has been bringing to the market. Their slimming of the mods, and the colorful approach with prism design language and bulging glass tanks are winning me over.I used to be a HUGE Smok fan, but after breaking the last of my Smok devices, Ive been looking at other OEMs for Vaping Devices. Joyetech has really come through with a clean and concise product which blows away expectations. They are a joy to work with - and easy to purchase from online.
They wont do anything for you. The company never honors their products. I am 2 for 2. Ego twist, lasted 2 mos then wouldnt charge. I bought an EGO aio and it lasted about 6 weeks.The female mini plug for charging came loose and is somewhere inside the unit. I cant even plug it in to charge it. I contacted the company and got no response. I contacted them here on FB, and was told to contact service. I did and got no response. The store where i purchased it wont honor the products they sell. They are First Time Vape in Las Vegas, NV. I would not recommend the purchase of any of the products that Joytech sells. They never honor their warrenty.
Buyers beware!!! This company or Wismec (same origins) doesnt care for its customers or their product quality. 90 days warranty is not acceptable. Second device failed within 10 months and support refused to replace it.
