I came in to get my 4 year old QC35’s fixed because sound had stopped coming out of the right side, but they just gave me a brand new pair of QC35II’s!!! They didn’t even ask for a warranty, or really ask any questions besides “what color do you want” 😭 Entire visit took about five minutes, with one minute being me trying to figure out why they were handing me a new pair. Wish I could give a gazillion stars instead of just five!!
Kristen and John were really helpful with my recent concern with subwoofer and speakers. They are very responsive and take proactive measure to help resolve 👍👍

Bought a pair of the Bose sunglasses wit the built in earbuds. In the course of changing the lenses the arm popped. We went to the Bose store and they were extremely unhelpful and uncaring. Just literally shrugged their shoulders and said I could buy a new pair for 150 dollars which is absurd. The customer support is appalling. The fact that the manufacturer will not repair such an expensive item is shocking. The defect is clearly a manufacturing defect and yet the store refused to even consider a return or exchange. Instead the suggestion was to throw away a $ 200 pair of glasses and buy another pair for 150 which is preposterous, insulting and a hug public relations failure. I have been a staunch Bose client for many years but this is the end.

I purchased a pair of Bose soundsport headphones a while back several months ago and it started to not charge so I went in and explained what happened. Alejandro took care of me and immediately took a quick glance at it and got me a replacement pair under warranty. In and out not even in 10 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and easygoing. I was shocked at how easy the process was.

Very helpful staff. Unfortunately im too poor to get anything here but you can still try the headphones and stuff on. The ANC and sound quality on the Bose qc 35 ii are awesome. Yet on the other hand they are 350 dollars.
