The price was reasonable and the food quality was good we had a bit issue with our orders but in general it was a good experience

Great food like always but this has had to have been the slowest in-N-Out burger Ive ever been to. We were in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. The line wasnt that long compared to other times but it was glacially slow for some reason.

Vivien saved my fries! It was peak hours on a Friday and Diego, Vivien, and the rest of the amazing staff got us through the drive through tout-suite!I foolishly forgot to double check a very large order and missed the fries but Vivien and Co made sure we were able to buy two rounds of fries at the window and saved our dinner!Thanks so much, Irvine In-N-Out TeAm! Edit: My sons have fallen in love with this place. Burgers are still good, not great, but its starting to grow on me. The pricing is great for what you get. By far better than other chains.I want to love In-N-Out, but at best, its overhyped. The burgers are good, not great. Very small patties, but done well and priced alright for what you get.Fries are mediocre at best. Even animal style leaves something to be desired. The cheese is a slice of barely melted American and quickly cools off becoming a brick.Now dont get me wrong, its fast food. And because of that, Id say its slightly better than average, but not deserving of the reputation it garners.

In-n-out has never not been a 5/5 star experience for me. I have always loved it. This specific location was special to me because I attended UCI in my undergrad, and it was always an amazing place to go. This specific location can get very rowdy though, and it’s actually not because of the university. High schoolers from all over flood in after a football game, a dance, or any activity. The only conflicts I’ve seen at this place was always from high schoolers.

Excellent service and food! Restaurant was clean and spotless too. Id recommend going in and the drive-thru is usually packed.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this great place. Well we passed a brilliant evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for the strong evening. The stuff cooperated in a gorgeous manner, the meals were delicious and my guests were so pleased. We shall surely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

This In-N-Out burger, like all other ones I have been to, was bumpin. They are always packed and always do a fantastic job of getting folks orders and on there way.I ordered the classic double double and it did not disappoint. The crisp lettuce hitting the warm and melting cheese snuggle in against the secret sauce made for a taste explosion that I can never forget.When I am back in this area, I will be coming back to this location.

This was my first In and Out experience and it definitely checked all the right boxes for me. The prices are great (probably one of the cheapest places to eat in all of Irvine), the staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was amazing! I got the “animal style” on my fries and I have to say - that’s the way to go. Another thing I’d point out was how clean this place was. A lot of other burger joints aren’t nearly as clean as here and I could tell that the management runs a tight ship here. I can’t wait to come back and eat here again!

Great food and cheaper than other fast food restaurants. Very long & slow lines, though, like at most locations. Went inside and it was much quicker.

The quintessential burger place that has the most loyal fanbase for any food chain I have seen, and after trying it I can see why the restraunt is always busy and the drive through packed. I dont know why in-n-out keep this on the secret menu, but always go for the animal style burger! Its so much more flavorful and juicy! Objectively better than the standard version.

Good location but you can easily wait a half hour+ in line. Workers let people cut in the drive thru line as well. Overall the food is good, wait is horrible.

Since I was a kid I have always loved in-n-out. Having one within walking distance from home is great. Love the double and fries here.

I can definitely say that IN-N-Out Burger is my favorite burger place. Which is saying something because I normally am not a fan of burgers but theirs are so delicious, I have no complaints.

Fresh ingredients great burger and fresh hot fries. Not too spendy and healthy enough to feed to our kids.

What can I say.... its amazing! Super cheap and fresh and so customizable.... they have protein style or triple or quadruple like love how flexible they r... fast and just the burgers r so juicy and everything about it tastes amazing and fresh...never wouldve expected it to be the price it is based on how amazing it tastes...staff is friendly too

Ive said it before and Ill say it again: In-N-Out is In-N-Out! Every location strives to provide the same high quality service and general restaurant experience and this location, despite being almost constantly slammed by college students manages to maintain their stride even during rush hour.If youve never had an In-N-Out burger, its fantastic and several steps above other fast food places, and if youve been to literally any other location, you can expect the same stuff here, with that signature budget menu.Whats incredible to me is that the signature combo (Double Double with fries and a drink) is now competitive in price with a Big Mac McDonalds combo. When did McDonalds get so expensive? In either case, even more of a reason to eat In-N-Out instead!

Exactly what I want when I get into In n Out zone. Friendly, on point burgers in the sunny atmosphere. Oh and the duck was a kick to watch calmly waiting for an abandoned taste here or there.

I like this store the staff really nice and helpful, bust they are always busy because they are to close to UCI. Clean place, drive through available. Try there animal fries from there secret menu, and the 4*4 burger. ;)

Hamburges are delicious, for me is the best in_N_Out Burger I ever been.

FASTEST In N Out around! They practically throw the food at you before youve reached the window haha. My boyfriend and I get a laugh everytime. Good food and fast service!

One of the nicer In-N-Outs. Spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. My two Double Doubles (2 burgers each) were excellent. On this day the line to order was minimal.

The favorites we all love, and keep us coming back. This location can be particularly busy in the evenings in that its a favorite spot for UCI students.

Twice that I have gone here they have given me burgers that are pink on the inside and undercooked. The first time it happened I thought not much of it although I was disappointed. I went back 2 months later and again one of the burgers I ordered was pink on the inside. I had to throw it away. Whoever is cooking the burgers is not cooking them long enough

Love love love in-n-out!Unfortunately today the fries were horrible! They weren’t even warm! I took them back and asked for fresh fries. They were very gracious and gave me more fries but they were just as bad! They tasted like they were reheated. The burgers, however, were on point.

Very busy location. Whether youre entering the drive-thru or entering the main lobby by foot, be prepared to wait. Either way, you cant help appreciate how professional and courteous the entire staff is. The menu and entire layout is very simple and clean. Red and white color schemes followed by their infamous California Palm Tree logo. Whats not simple is their double double with cheese, raw onions, delicious hot peppers and those mouthwatering animal style fries! Damn it, Im hungry!

Quick for In-N-Out. They have someone come by to take your order and payment while youre waiting in the drive through line. Burgers are great, as at any In-N-Out.

In and out on staples dr in Mesa as. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers animal style, but when I got home there was no grilled onions on any of them. I ordered tow shakes but Only received one and had to tell the cashier three times that I needed another shake. We were the only ones in lines, as it had just opened, that were wearing masked, a few others came in after us, but no mask. There is a sign on the door, mask required, why isn’t in and out burger requiring all customers to wear mask, per he sign on the door? Employees did wear mask.

Just ate at In n Out UCI. Lorainne was very generous and helped me with my trash and refil and overall satisfaction by coming to our table and asking if we nees anything. I felt as if I was at a 5 star resturant while being in the UCI parking lot. Reccomend!

The food is good but the experience inside of the restaurant itself is hurt by the intercom which is way to loud and the employee tend to yell into the microphone making it worse

I love going to this in n out when I’m in the area.It’s a lot better than going to the ones in North County I just find it to be more delicious so I don’t know why may because of the line and more calmer I’ll be back really soon

You have to love a business that can remain family owned since the 1940s. You also have to love that they dont prepackage, freeze or microwave any of their food. Everything is simple and straight forward. Their fans include many chefs and Hollywood celebrities. I have seen many of these people eating their burgers on TV. So to me, eating here for the first time was a big deal. Did I enjoy the burger? Absolutely, it was a very good burger. What I also liked was the peppers that are offered at the condiment bar. I believe they are called guero peppers. The peppers were the freshest tasting pickled peppers of this sort that I have ever had. They provide the perfect zing and heat to the burger meal. Kind of like sport peppers do in a Chicago style hot dog. Would I come back? Definitely, without any hesitation. Was it the best burger you have ever had? No, but what they do offer, the big chains dont. Very fresh meat. Fries that werent frozen. This is a win, win combination for my burger dollars. Viva In-N-Out Burger! Im a new fan of the restaurant.

What’s not to love. Great prices. Simple menu that ensures the quality in the product. Great staff, usually. If there is a problem with the attitude you can easily call HQ and they will send you a note apologizing and give you a free meal. At least that’s what happened for me. They genuinely care.
