I received excellent service at a great price. I had my mother-in-laws ring resized without any wait. They also allowed me to watch them do the whole process. They also custom make jewelry if you want something that is not already out there. They were very friendly, helpful, and in no way pushy.

I haven’t purchased many diamonds in my years but they made it fun and easy to understand. Miranda was absolutely splendid! I truly felt she cared as much about me getting the right diamond for my future wife as I did. Troy and team were great. He took the time to talk me through all the characteristics of diamonds since I was new to it. When he found some candidate diamonds for me to look through based on the metrics I chose, he sneaked one in there (he told me he did so - nothing dishonest) that wasnt quite what I wanted, or so I thought. When I looked at them all, thats the one I ended up picking since it sparkled more than the others! He took the time to explain why it sparkled more, which ended up being a special hearts and arrows cut. My then-fiancee-now-wife loves it!And a special thank you to Cristina who worked closely with me to create a custom engagement ring and wedding band, complete with engraving. It couldnt have turned out better :)

This is a customer review of the Liberty Diamonds store located in the city of Irvine. We had talked about getting engaged and window shopped for rings at several of the brand named stores. Of course, a cookie cutter ring would not do. She dreamed of a unique ring with a special meaning to her. So I had to find a store who could make that dream a reality within my budget and time constraints.I did my research on Yelp and google reviews. I found some amazing reviews for numerous stores in the Orange County area which I didn’t pay much attention to. I looked at the poor reviews and the negative things people said about the various stores. This led me to Liberty Diamond because no one had anything bad to say about them. It appeared from their reviews that if I could dream it, then they could deliver it. Let me tell you that I am a hard one to impress and my expectations are always extremely high.So I scheduled an appointment and met with Jeffrey Seymour at their store. I felt secure as I was buzzed in. I was greeted respectfully and welcomed into the store. It had a small business owner feel without the pressure to buy anything commonly associated with small and large jewelry stores. There was a display room and private offices for consultations. We spoke privately where he listened carefully to me.He could have tried to sell me his old stock or his new stock of jewelry. But he didn’t. He listened to me tell him the dream my girlfriend had of her engagement ring. He looked at the photographs I gave him and listened to the specific features the engagement ring would have to contain. And then, I told him my budget and time constraints. He looked me in the eyes, shook my hand, and confidently told me that he would deliver. He gave me some recommendations based on his training and experience which were spot on to help design my girlfriend’s dream engagement ring. His expertise really came into play when we decided on the metal for the setting and the features of the engagement ring’s Diamonds. I received genuine one on one professional customer service as if I was a millionaire or a family member which I am neither. Listen, I had some serious reservations about designing an engagement ring from a bunch of photographs. I was going to pay a lot of money for jewelry I had not seen based on a handshake and a promise.Seymour under promised and over delivered. He met our deadline, produced a one of a kind stunning engagement ring, and did it within my budget. After I proposed, we returned to purchase our wedding bands. Seymour’s professional and personalized service was consistent as before. He again under promised and over delivered on our wedding bands.If you have read this far in my lengthy review, I hope that you have been able to key on the fact that my experience with Liberty Diamonds has been an exceptional one. Liberty Diamonds is everything a novice diamond shopper would want in a jeweler. The staff here are fun, friendly, and are professionals in every sense. They ask what you want, make recommendations based off of your needs and will not push any product onto you.I was nauseous when I went to my first few stores looking for a diamond ring. There are so many things to consider, a lot of dollars at stake, and it doesnt help when the person on the other end of the counter isnt able to gauge my comfort level through a simple conversation. You wont get any of that here at Liberty.At LD, my interactions with Miranda definitely helped increase my understanding in diamond hunting. She asked questions, eased my nerves, and was able to provide multiple options that fit my needs. I quickly went from nausea to excitement as I was able to pick out a great ring for my fiancee.While the ring size was a bit off, my fiancee was able to get her ring resized with no hassle with another great staff member, Troy.They offer great prices, a great finance option (0% interest for 6 months). My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. It was an amazing, stress-free, and really enjoyable process. Troy was so helpful and brought in several rounds of diamonds from their LA office for us to look at. Each time we looked, we gave him feedback and he narrowed in on exactly what we wanted. Christina designed the perfect ring for us on the first iteration! It was exactly what we had envisioned. Miranda helped us pick out our wedding bands and was such a pleasure to work with. Really, everyone was. They also helped me with a super weird issue I had. I didnt know it until I was wearing my ring, but the pH of my skin is more acidic than normal, so my rose gold ring was turning my finger green. Troy and Christina were so creative and helpful creating a fix for my rings, and now Im green-free. Ive also purchased gifts for mothers day and some other occasions, and they always give me a great deal. To be honest, our experience looking at engagement rings and diamonds elsewhere was kindof awful. It felt like we were talking to slimy used car salesmen who didnt actually care what we wanted, were weird about me being part of the process, and just wanted to sell us what they had in their case. Im SO happy we found Liberty Diamonds because they made the process of picking out and buying our rings a happy and memorable experience.
