Great staff, great product selection. If youre into cooking, this is nirvana. The cutlery selection in particular is top notch. An entire wall of Shun, Miyabe, etc. Knife paradise, and they let you check them out before you buy....Full blown barbecue section, full blown baking section, and tons of high end cookware, espresso makers, kitchen accessories, cool tools, flatware, linens, you name it, they have it. A must visit if youre at the Irvine Spectrum.

This is a super cool store if youre into cooking/baking. They have every gadget, utensil, pot, or pan you could ever want. Its also a great place to pick up a gift for that person in your life who likes to cook because there are so many unique options.

I recently purchased a bunch of le Creuset cookware online, but hadnt really paid attention to size, and I ended up with the three largest sized Dutch ovens and the smallest one which is 1-qt., but not what I should have gotten, somewhere in between. (There are 7 sizes offered on Le Creusets website). At the store, only 3 of the larger sizes were displayed, so I asked the sales person if they carried the smaller ones. She said the sizes they had on display were the only ones that exist. I said (assuming we were having a conversation and that people want to know when what they are saying is wrong) oh no, I just bought some on line, theres a whole range of sizes--you should check the website. She proceeded to insist that I was wrong. I said no I got a teeny 1-qt one because I foolishly didnt bother to actually figure out what capacity I needed and just ordered. She said no that cant be a Dutch oven, these ones they offer are the only sizes there are, and that I must have have gotten le cocotte (a different shaped pan) --because those are tiny. I wasnt arguing--just sharing what I knew, and the friend I was with said she too has one of those intermediate-sized pans, but the saleswoman really dug in her heels and insisted we were wrong. It was very awkward. We just excused ourselves and I said (without any of the snarkiness I could have summoned) that Id just get it online. Then she said they wouldnt have it online either, because they do not exist, but maybe I should go to a Le Creuset outlet store. Which doesnt make a lot of sense-. She was either intentionally lying or else so closed-minded she couldnt stand to consider the possibility of being wrong, but either way it was an unpleasant experience and I wont be returning there.

Best kitchen store period.

A bit expensive, but there are a lot of good kitchen products here. Its a great place to check out while waiting for Capital Seafood!
