Bought a laptop from staples.com after seeing the display model at this store 1.5 years ago. Their old warranty vendor was making it very difficult to get the laptop fixed. The store representative, manager, and general manager stepped in to address the issue with the vendor and ensure I was happy with the result, all within 24 hours. Thats commitment to customer service.
My friend needed help getting a picture from his flip phone. We didnt know how to do it. They helped us do it. The pictures were real good. Cost, like appx. $1.30.

The worst customer service ever. I purchase a pc and didnt work right and I had to return it and just to save paper a d tree I asked them to email me the receipt and now for return I had to look for that email which they were lazy and didnt want to check my rewards account a d I had to look for my email and then they requested to sign a paper to give me the cash back.I rather to drive 2-3 miles away from this store like best buy or other shop then deal with these guys. Thats why supporting these stores is wrong and I rather order my stuff from Amazon.

Nice store like most Staples. Couldnt find what I wanted but as I was leaving they had several office chairs near the door with really great pricing so I bought one for $69 including a 3 year extended warranty, already assembled. Did I mention that I hate putting chairs together? And, if I want, I can get a refund on the warranty within 60 days making it $59. Great deal. Several other chairs were there when I left.
USB thumb drives on sale were not placed in the correct location. But the Staple staff was quick to help me locate them. Having human help in the store is great!
Horrible experience with the staff at this store as well as their online service. The short girl with the glasses was really rude and impatient. The manager himself was not helpful. They ordered something for me online I paid cash when I went to go pick it up it turns out that they didnt have it in stock anymore. But nobody called me, nobody left a message, nobody let me know. Very unprofessional of the store staff and online staff. Its been two weeks already and I still havent got my money back. I dont understand why I wasnt reimbursed when I paid cash in the store. So now Im out $47 which is a lot for me being a single parent at 3. Will never step foot in this Staples ever again. The worst. If I could give it no stars I would.
I have printed other places, but none of them have compared to the great experiences I have had at Staples. Every time I have gone this store has great customer service, zero wait times, and fantastic quality printing. I do all my professional printing here now.
I went here. I was super polite. I only had a cash. I wanted to print just two black and white pages. Not only that the lady had me waiting there 4 15 minutes while she stalked a printer. In the end she couldnt print my documents because the printer was busy and it would have taken another 20 minutes.
The manager ALEX B . Was extremely rude. He said “ you are trying to argue with me?” And then he stated “ next time you try to cheat us make sure you check properly”.

Have you ever gotten depression from entering a place? That happened to me here. Good lord, the dim fluorescent lights, empty aisles filled with overpriced out of style ick that no one wants, bored employees pacing their checkout desks...just go on Amazon Walmart or Target please.
Terrible experience for online order. Paid for 2 different orders. Got confirmation from both freights that both packages are delivered. Went to this store to pickup orders. After waiting for 10 minutes for next person, another lady (cashier) asked me politely if she can help. I told her about 2 packages. She told me I only have one! I told her that the fedex has already delivered to your store then how come only one order? She asked me to wait and she started taking orders from register for other customers. After waiting again for 5 minutes I told her that I am waiting for long time and she said - I am serving customers! Then who the hell was I?? After I started shouting, manager came outside (who was serving before me to previous customer at online orders counter). She told me that other lady is technically not supposed to get online orders?? Then why even she asked me at first time?Again she started checking my orders and then asked inside somewhere and I got both of my packages.2 things I saw in this store -1. Worst customer care.2. No faith on online order with staples. 2nd experience with online orders where I needed to tell them that the package was already delivered to you.I will never go to this store again.
I am very happy with the great customer service this Staples has, as the moment you enter the store someone welcomes you, they always guide you if have questions where to find an item, the Printing service is great, very professional and on time. I enjoy the coupons and low prices they offer.
2 stars removed because of the poor attitude. No smiles. All business. And thats being generous.After waiting at the counter for a solid 3 minutes with no acknowledgement, they said they were too busy right now when I asked if they could print 20 copies of a B&W document. They offered neither apologies nor alternatives.3 minutes doesnt seem like a long time until you feel like an idiot for standing there so long.Really, I dont care if they can or cant print something for me, but at least acknowledge me and dont leave me standing there. Better still, do it with a smile.Never going here again if I can help it.
Support staff always polite. I count on the tech people to fix my laptop woes that are altogether too frequent.

Very bad service. I ordered business cards for store pickup, they emailed me saying they could not complete the order and if I wanted to send it to another store. I got no reply after asking them to send the order to another store since I was in a hurry. When I called them, they kept transferring me from one person to the other and kept me on hold forever. I did not get my order in the end.

Came here to get a desktop, although they didn’t have it, I’m not blaming the employees I’m blaming corporate staples for that since they are trying to get people to purchase things online . But why would we ? I only come to stores so I can touch and feel what I’m buying . If I want to buy something online I go to amazon . Suggestion for staples invest in your stores and employees
