I’ve been to the deli a couple of times. Their sandwiches are hand made and they will toast them if you like. The bacon on the Turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich is pretty salty. Same with the sauerkraut on the pastrami sandwich. The muffuletta was decent. The olive oil tasted very fresh. I think the sandwiches would be better if the salt was toned down a bit.

Very nice, and clean store. workers are not exactly the friendliest. prices are very high$$$$ wow! quality is very good. selection options not always the best but still a very good Organic market.

Watch the veggies, seem to go bad fast. Their baked bread is good.They should give the food left over at the end of the day to the homeless people, donate to soup kitchens, instead of throwing it in the trash. Amazon has enjoyed tax break after tax break, The least they can do is pay it forward by giving the food theyre throwing in the garbage to a shelter, theres still a couple of days left before expiration. Im talking thousands of dollars per store, every day.Sad.

A top notch store for buying organic spices, breads, pasta, tortillas, tomato sauces and all varieties of lentils, beans and legumes. Prices on these items are very competitive with local markets like Ralphs. The produce and fresh vegetable section is well curated and always wonderfully fresh. Buy with confidence and savor quality items that will make you well and whole!

Used to be my favorite storeThis morning I went there for fresh salmonThen, I pick the 2 fresh salmon .....young Hispanic guy took whole plates and turn the plates around, switch to the old salmon ..... He SCAMMED me !!!! I guess he trying to give me a old Salmon so he can move old inventory.... wow ...

Lines are HORRIBLE...staff often shutting down lanes and leaving when there are backups. Staff will often open lanes for online shoppers only to leave people that have been waiting and waiting for even LONGER.

One of the newest whole foods in Orange County and my first time here was a great experience. I visited this store early in the morning, the staff was busy stocking the shelves, baking bread. I love the bread selection at whole foods, they are baked on the premises daily, tastes great and price is affordable compared to other artisan bread providers. The olive bar is also has rich selection of premium olives from all over the world. The fresh fruit section also had good variety of seasonal fruits. The store is clean and orderly. The checkout was a breeze and people were helpful. There is plenty of parking spaces available.

Today at 5 pm I had the worse experience in customer service At the jamboree juice bar in tustin district location whole foods. A girl helped me out and she was so rude. It seemed like something was up her asssss. She shouldnt work in customer service at all. I go to whole foods everyday and for her to treat me like I am piece of xxxxx well its totally not cool:/ good bye whole foods. From now -> Im going to the whole foods at the Irvine Spectrum.🙄

Whole Foods as a place is great, but when you book a hotel and they claim to offer breakfast and don’t it’s just really frustrating. Whole foods advertises a breakfast bar they never actually offer. and i’ve wasted 3 good mornings this week attempting to stop and get something on my way to work but no..... once again false advertisement. I hope you read this while sipping your acorn flavorless coffees!

Whole Foods has an amazing selection of local beers (and non-local). Great selection also of other beverages, prepared foods, lots of stuff for gifts, etc. Prices are fairly high, but not compared to the surrounding area.

When it comes to everyday necessities such as bread and meat, this supermarket is the only place you can trust! The facility is enormous, and everybody who works there is extremely welcoming! You can also negotiate a lower price! It comes highly recommended!

I work by this whole foods and come here often. Its always clean and the employees are so amicable. Im often asked if I need help, and when checking out the cashier is speedy and efficient. I received a free bag for drinks (beers and liquor) as I was leaving and I use it all the time now.

Restroom has a small single soap to wash hands for this huge store and hardly works . Great for fighting germs where people eat . Need updated system and the music really sucks old fogi sounds

I went to return an Amazon item, not to shop, but was curious as I hadnt been in one for years before Amazon bought it, so I walked around.I can say the store is very clean and well stocked with item choices I hadnt seen before as well as standard products, but quite a number from other companies then Ralphs or Walmart products. The fruits & vegetables looked fresh & appealing as did the layout in the meat, fish & deli depts.The prices were high, though.

Among other items, they have a charming convenience shop, a sweet bakery, and fresh fruit. Similarly, the employee was not impolite and acted quickly to satisfy the demands of the clients. I wholeheartedly recommend this store! Its worth a shot.

World that is clean and well-kept! The products are either new or recently purchased. From my flat, I could walk there, and the shopping area was not overcrowded. Last week, I was here, and the things I purchased were of high quality and were moderately priced. It is unquestionably a must-try!

Very nice grocery store with great selection of produce, butchered meats seafood and ready made food. They also have a bar within the store called the Irv that seems to be closed at the moment.

This is my favorite whole foods location to visit in all of Orange County. There is plenty of parking and the layout is very nice. All of the staff are helpful and I can usually find what I need.

Their butchery usually puts a wrong price sticker on your meat, and if you pick it you have to wait for their costumer service to take it back to change the sticker and refund you the difference!They say they refund the whole amount if they make a mistake in pricing, but costumer service told me that it was a mistake by the person who put the wrong sticker! Wow! Whats the difference for me as a costumer who picked your mistake and had to wait for you to fix it?

Love this store, really well stocked up most of the time. The only bad thing everyone knows that on some items it is overpriced, so your money doesnt go far. However some items here are less expensive than in other similar stores. I guess its only a question of knowing the prices of the items one buys. This is why I gave 4 stars only.

Organic, organic, organic grocery lots to choose from. And the manager is so kind once my child lost her stuff animal bunny and the manager helped with the situation. Also one of the only location where you can buy Spero vegan cream cheese, made with sun flower seed.

This is such a great store with never disappointing customer service. I sure hope this store and corporate is taking care of all the front line workers during this pandemic. I did notice shoppers with no mask on. Let’s not Jeopardize the health and well-being of all these grocery workers providing for us people! I really like this WF location and shop here often. Today I was really disappointed. The young lady at check out was rude. Along with my other groceries, I purchased small deserts that were packed loose in a plastic container. She took little care when trying to scan them. The young man who packed them told me to be careful with them. When I was packing my bags, she started checking out the next customer and kept the product conveyor pushing my food too quickly which then resulted in the deserts spilling out. I had to ask her to stop even though she was looking at the problem. She didn’t care. When I called her on it said ‘you can go replace them if you want’. It wasn’t worth my time, I just wanted to get out. While this may be an incident that means little to many ( I know there are a lot worse things to worry about), it was just the rudeness and disregard for me, my purchased items and the stores products. Some people aren’t suited for customer service. It bothered me enough to write this.

A wide and spacious grocery shop was the reason that I loved this shop. I like going in here because of their fresh veggies, fish, meats, and fruits. Their salad section was massive. They had all types of salad. You cant get lost here because the labeling is clear and visible to read. Wonderful shop!

If your looking for a nice healthy organic grocery store this place is easily the standard. The set up is awesome and feels fresh and clean. Best part about this place is their food court they have. You can easily assemble yourself a meal and you know it’s healthy and organic. Thank you Amazon!!!!! ;)

Lots of juices

I dont come here for fresh groceries but for other products. The smoothie and juice bar offers some affordable drinks. The breakfast and brunch bar as well as desserts bar are both great.Clean dining areas.

Great fresh fruit and vegetables.

Poor service in the deli department; you can only get sushi until 6pm, on any given day, which is very inconvenient.In addition, they constantly remove product lines from their shelves, and from the deli area: any more mortadella ant time soon?Good luck finding a selection of breads after 6 pm or so.Even before the pandemic, the hot food bar was very disappointing.It used to be a lot better, but its gone down a lot in the last 2 years or so.

Very nice market in O.C. In & out quickly.

Love shopping at the store however I found out just recently that Whole Food Chain sells food from China particularly its organic line. I know this issue was news a couple of years ago that faded in the background however with the current events taking place on anything China its now re-emerging to the front due to health and safety protocol. I wont be going back unless they publicly announce it will cease purchasing consumer food, any foods, for consumption purchased from China.

A little crowded, but well organized.

Server in the deli was very nice and helpful. During this time they still had good selection of salads. And roasted chickens. Needed to open more cash registers

10 minutes before closing there is a line of 15-20 people because there is only one register open. There is a shift lead named Alexis casually counting a drawer at another register. Myself and another customer at different times asked her if she was going to open up another register and both times her causal self acted like she was to busy to answer verbally, just shook her head dismissively like she couldnt be bothered. After walking to the other entrance pulling signs in casual as you please as the one line stacks up even more, she decides to open the customer service station and takes some customers. The lines were still long and another employee approaches to ask her if she wants another register open, but says no! Unfortunately I end up in the line with her. She rips my bag by the handle and says, you can just grab another one. Exact quote. Her attitude is literally the worst Ive ever seen there or at any Whole Foods. This young one has let whatever small amount of authority she has, go to her head. Alexis was literally the snottiest person Ive encountered in recent memory. She needs to scrub toilets for a while and maybe grow up a little. Normally love going to this Whole Foods.

This store has the best sourdough bread of all WF stores on the west coast.

This women came up to my car who works at the Whole Foods in the customer support, while I was in my car parked in the parking lot, told me if I didn’t move I’d be towed took a picture of my license plate, while I was in the 3 hour parking limit, I was there for 20 minutes I shop here weekly and won’t be coming back unless something is done about this, the parking lot was absolutely empty

Very helpful meat and dairy section folks!

They give out free masks if you forgot to wear one. The lines are not long so you can quickly hand over your whole paycheck.

Lousy Customer Service - I was outraged by the lack of customer service this establishment portrayed, on my last visit, this past Saturday. Upon my check out, the cashier did not greet nor acknowledge me, which I could care less, if she does or does not. However, I asked her a question. She was unresponsive. I asked her again, and with an extremely rude discourteous behavior, she proceeded to feed me the answer, inch by inch, reluctantly. WOW! Imagine the nerve of me asking her a question, as if she’s not there to “provide” her customers with service! If you hate providing service.... if you hate your job so much.... WHY ARE YOU THERE?

Swung by here to pick up a couple essentials. Plenty of parking, but only one way to access the store. Great selection of everything. Checkout was quick as someone noticed I was waiting too long and offered to get me out quicker. Having Prime is a bonus as an extra discount is quite nice.
