Kevin was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was also very respectful. I wasnt sure what to order but I knew I wanted an iced tea and Ivan was patient enough to tell me about their teas, recommendations, and how they can adjust the sweetner. Ivans co-worker was also friendly. This review is for 8/29/2020 at 1:54 p.m. I ended up buying a large peach jasmine cold brew. It was so refreshing and not too sweet.

Great coffee and pastry

We stopped in for coffees and snacks while on a visit to Irvine Spectrum. The coffee of the day was hot and flavorful, but not overpowering. I ordered a donut and an almond pastry, and the attendant offered to heat them for me. They use a microwave to heat their food items, so I dont recommend you have them heated because they lose their crispiness. This is a great location to people-watch, as you can not only see patrons who come in, but passers-by outside, as well. I recommend you try this location.

The first place ever to offer me a ceramic cup for my lattes. I swear Ive never ever gotten offered a ceramic cup for my drinks.It adds so much to what I drank. I mean its way better then star bucks but its got a bit more before it gets a 5.

These guys make some of the best cold and blended drinks around. The coffee is pretty good too, although there are some better options. But, you still wont hear me complain about it, and Im a coffee guy!

Already ordered an ice coffee. Drank 3/4 of it and just wanted to add water. Server asked me to wait in line at cash register. It was her demanor that was quite rude. This never wouldve happened at a starbucks. I wouldnt have mind if she was polite about it. This is on Saturday at 2:15.

I got the brad pit and it was the best dam coffee I ever had. Avocado toast is also super good.

I normally dont come into the Coffee Bean but if it was the only place around I decided to give it a try I think their coffee is way better than Starbucks. The place was a little bit busy but they move to the voters really quick Starbucks always takes forever to find a new coffee home.

Lovely mood & work friendly; although it’s in Spectrum, this Coffee Bean is quiet enough to work or read, all the while enjoying enjoy their amazing coffee ☕️ This time I went with a single shot cappuccino and it was just what I needed to finish work 💪🏻

The barrista there in the afternoon made a great flat white! It has that bold kind taste one would expect.

I went to the movies past friday. Favorite place to hit on my way back is this Coffee Bean. Staff is so chill and friendly. Many people came in after us. Loved the new coconut caramel blended coffee!!!

I ordered iced SoyMilk Matcha Green Tea Latte.She gave me a regular milk matcha green tea latte.This happened yesterday 07/13/2019 at 7:30pm.I can’t drink milk, I get indigestion and diarrhea. 😱

I go to this shop fairly regularly, and i love the coffee. However, I am regularly treated poorly by just one server, Kunal. Being from retail background, i understand the stresses of the job but rushing me through orders, sighing when taking a custom order, passive aggressive moaning when restarting an order again etc - is really poor. I am only writing this publicly because this has happened multiple times now and is bang out of order. Also, i couldnt find a feedback section on the website. I must say rest of the staff is very pleasant, courteous & helpful. Some have gone above & beyond in making my order. Regrettably, i will try an avoid this particular server.

Ice blended is thee best blended coffee youll ever have. Also, **helpful with food allergies** ... My little one was able to have a hot chocolate with coconut milk (or if you need, soy, theyve got that) and it was delicious and joyfully prepared for her on a cool winter night.

They take awhile making their coffees, so be prepared to wait. however, the people who work here are always nice, so its not too bad a hassle
