Love taking these buns on a place to bring home to my family. They travel well and taste so good! Hearing them say “fresh bread” is like music to my ears. 🥲

My favorite #coffee place and bakery with less sugar for bakery that I like. I visited few of them in LA and OC as well. Good quality coffee and bakery. But this time pandemic, menu is reduced. However it’s wonderful for me. Enjoyable outside to eat and big area to seat.

Great place, yummy cakes and lot of other options to choose from. It is quite busy so plan ahead if you are very hungry. Loved their coffee and smoothies too!!

The store is similar to all other 85C bakery cafe however the cleanliness of the store is below par. Disappointed how badly the store is maintained.Anything with food, I think cleanliness is the most important.

Expect a line, especially nowadays during their busy hours, and the location is quite small. Regardless, I love their pastries, such as the espresso bun and cheese tarts. Their prices are not expensive as well. Fast service too!

85C is always so clean and orderly no matter how busy. Of course the bread and drinks are delicious and the cakes look beautiful though Ive never tried any of them.

A smaller location right outside of Target. This one may not have all of the items you can find in the larger sister location, but the bakery and people are just as awesome! I was on my way to Target when I spotted this one and immediately changed trajectory to head in.On the left there are the usual baker items, in front of you is the order counter if you want items from the case, coffee, or sandwiches. I was greeted right when I walked in and I grabbed a tray and tongs to get some stuff for the hotel and to take home to the hubs.I went with a chocolate roll, chocolate bread and mini chocolate chip loaf. Yes, all chocolate LOL! Im not sorry. Everything was amazing as usual! I highly recommend their coffee also. Give the iced salted caramel coffee a go!The cashier checked me out quickly and individually bagged each item for me so I could eat them at different times. He sealed off the one bag I said I was taking back home to Orlando.Overall: A+Love, love, love their bakery and love the coffee!! So happy that they opened this location up!

Long line waiting. Not enough workers. Take about 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.

Excellent food and pastries. For the tea drinks, they do not have a tremendous amount of options, but you know whatever you get will be delicious. The quality of the boba pearls are the best around.

Great baked goods and drinks to satiate your appetite and thirst.

Finally a authentic bakery at the spectrum- always busy but worth the wait.

Pretty good 85C bakery with efficient and pleasant staff, can be crowded on weekends, they have wide selection of items more than what I have seen at other branches, visited before Halloween and was surprised with nice decorations and special bakery items! 👻

The pastries were absolutely incredible at this location. Coffee was also good as expected. I am honored to be able to experience such good quality at an affordable price. Thanks to everyone that makes 85 degrees possible!

They serve mousse but dont provide spoons to customers. Ridiculous right? Theres two tables inside, usually dirty. Wider variety than Paris Baguette, same quality and price. Its better if you take it home. Overall, good!

Great pastries and even better drinks. I always come here and get the same things because they are so good. So im going to recommend them! The cheese dog and the cheese bacon pastry are the way to go. Any tea here served cold with boba wins me over too!As for the location itself. During the lunch hour it can get pretty busy and youll be in line for some time. Fortunately they have a kiosk to help. Parking can be hard to find. I would just stick it out because its generally busy here all the time in this plaza

Got the Double cheesecake was dry and had no taste same with the black forest just very over priced. Willing to pay for something good but not again.Good luck and no thanks

Great customer service, and the store does follow CDC guidelines of social distancing. I wish I came earlier because my favorite pastries ran out so quickly.

This is a great 85C Bakery Cafe to go to. I always try to make my way here from time to time because its close to my work.The parking here though can be a real pain. Everyone in this area knows to avoid this place during peak hours, but how can we avoid it if it has everything you need from a plaza in Irvine. There a handful of restaurants that dominate this plaza as well as H-Mart around the corner. However, coming here after lunch or before dinner, can easily make your trip a lot easier.This particular 85C, I like more than others just because the bread here is always restocked. The one closer to my house is a lot bigger in size, but the bread takes time to restock. Here, it is never a problem. The drinks here are great, like any other 85C I have been too. However, I did have a few bad experiences here of them getting my order wrong. I do understand that it gets really busy here so I can why I always have the problem here.Overall, if you come here during the right times, than your experience here will not be tainted with trying to find parking.

This location is pretty popular by virtue of its location in the mall. But compared to other 85C stores, the selection is not as broad. There are still some good choices. The taro-filled bun is one of my favorites.

My favorite place to get a Jasmine Tea and a milk bun!

We usually have good experiences with this store but they are being super rude about the COVID thing, we walked in and there was maybe 8 people in line and this lady started yelling at us from behind the counter to go wait out side, there was a sign saying if 10 or more please wait outside which is fine but there wasn’t 10 in line and two just walked out in front of us. We walked back in after another person walked out and we got yelled at again, it was very frustrating and made our experience bad, they also didn’t have very much to buy like normal...

Who doesnt love milk tea bread ?

I placed an order for pick up at a specific time (6pm), drove and got there at 6pm. Staff told me that they did not get the order and that cake I ordered was not available. 1st why dont you take off that cake online if its not available? 2nd why you never get the order even I got an email receipt? 3rd dont waste time here, go somewhere else for bake goods.

One of the top places I have tried.Bakery products are fresh and excellent. The boba tea is also a treat.I loaded up on a variety of breakfast, snacks and desserts. They tasted just as delicious even after a day old.Presentation is nice, with a combo of Asian European flare. Most importantly, it must taste as good as it looks.It does.

Great bakery, great food, usually delightful service. My only gripe is the excessive waste of plastic bags. Does each individual item need its own plastic bag? How about offering recyclable boxes or one big paper bag? I was behind 2 people this morning, each buying a dozen or more items, and the cashier used a single-use plastic bag for EACH and EVERY pastry. I cringe every time I see this. Its so wasteful and horrible for the environment. Cmon 85C, you can do better!

Its nice to have another 85C nearby to pick up snacks at, but this one doesnt seem to stock as much as the other locations. Theres a smaller selection and the store is smaller. The service is still good, the cashiers are friendly and Ive never had a problem. I think Ill still go to the one at Diamond Jamboree when given the chance.

Omg I love, love, love this place! My daughter who lives here introduced this place to me. So when I went back home I had to Google if there was one close to me. I found one 20 miles from my home so thats where I go now!

Very delicious rolls and desserts. Taiwanese style sweet milk rolls are their specialty. They have a great selection of teas too.

My wife loves the sea salt Jasmine green tea from here so Im here pretty frequently 😆 the bakery is what gets me excited though. So many delicious baked goods to choose from! Best of all, the options change on a pretty frequently basis depending on when I stop by and everything is always so fresh!

Yummy treats at a nice little Asian bakery. I tried the chocolate pearl (chocolate mousse layered over a bit of cake and covered in rich chocolate). It was a perfect dessert!

Great place nice staff really good food. Great drinks as well the only problem is that it is always packed and its kinda hard to walk around in there very cramped. Worth it though.

I bought a tiramisu cake today for my friends birthday and it is the best tiramisu I have ever had. One thing I didnt like is the ridiculous long line for a cashier. They should rearrange their shelves and ask customers to pick up what they want to buy before waiting in line.

Horrible customer service, I received discriminating looks from the staff while asking questions about the baked goods. I questioned the staff about the fact they werent wearing gloves or face masks during this covid19 pandemic but, was given an ugly stare instead. I will NEVER visit this bakery again. I will not tolerate negligence when it comes to the safety and welfare of customers or myself, the owners should look into this if they care about their business.

No one is helpful at this location. I asked for black coffee with no sugar and no cream. I have a dietary restriction and sure enough, i get the drink and there is cream and sugar. I called and they were not helpful and disrespectful. They claimed it was my fault for not remimding them about not adding sugar and cream. I was a weekly customer but ill never return after realizing how offensive they could be.

Do not visit if you are on a diet. You will want to try everything. The lines are somewhat long so be aware.

The best bakery in Orange County!There’s always a huge line over there and its worth the wait! Everything is fresh and so good!

Normally I enjoy this bakery at other locations but this one has a slightly confusing layout since you have to go the other direction from the pastries to get your tray and tongs but theres constantly people in the way waiting for their drinks. No mircowaves to warm the food up so any of the breakfast food with meat in it is normally very cold. To make the experience here just even more inconvenient the restroom is visible to the public but only available to employees

Baked goods here are fantastic as are the sweet cakes and coffee. Worth the wait in line. Be warned: There will normally be a large line. Patience pays off tho!

I love coming here. I came here with friends to catch up or to grab dessert with my family. The bubble teas are so good.

They always have lots of yummy dessert options and some boba/tea options I dont usually see at other boba shops. They do seasonal and holiday desserts. My boyfriend always goes here to get his boba and he loves it.

Food and drinks are decently tasty albeit pricier. The store gets crowded pretty often and the trays are usually blocked by groups of people waiting for their drinks. Also, their coffee isnt great. I got their BOGO sea salt coffee deal a lot ($1.80 per coffee is pretty good) but now that its ended, I go a few doors down to Blk Dot coffee instead, which is waaaay better.

The afternoon sun blazes upon all the bread in the display case and that cant possibly be good for food safety?this location is extremely under-staffed for such a populated shopping center... thus the line moves excruciatingly slow, and the drink orders are fulfilled even slower...not the cleanest location, everything just looks unkempt and dirty. thus, we will be sticking to the irvine flagship in diamond jamboree.

Far and away, my primary motivation to return here when Im at The Spectrum is the hot dog bun. I dont enjoy the lack of staffing efficiency or long waits for drinks.

Sufficient and on par with other Taiwanese/Asian bakeries. I really find nothing too special when I visit here. Today got some Mango Slushy with Boba and the price was fair, taste was in line with what it should. Im primarily marking off two stars because they dont take AMEX. At the Spectrum, a chain, and dont take AMEX? Yes, its inconvenient and 85 degrees doesnt pull enough exclusivity to be dictating how customers pay.

Tried this place on Mondays soft open and the service was great and the items were delicious.
