Came to the Spectrum for dinner and shopping. I called earlier in the day to ask store hours as I know they change often with Covid and I was told 7. I walked up to Foot Locker at at 6:54. The girl at the door said they were closed. I walked away and looked at the time. My iPhone said 6:55. Annoyed and upset I walked back over to the store and asked the girl why she the store is closed at 6:55 when the store hours are until 7, she said sorry they close the store at 6:55 to have everyone out by 7. I called the store and talked to the manager, she apologized and said that is not their policy and that they allow customers until 7pm. But this time after talking to her it was 7:05. She did not offer to let me shop, or any solution, except she would talk to the girl at the front. Needless to say I won’t ever be going back to that store.

Bad customer service. The staff is unprofessional and ghetto. They make you wait in line forever while they flirt with the customer at check out.

Friendly and helpful staff. They give you just the right amount of space to shop around without bugging you and whenever you need something theyre very attentive to you.
