I just went here and this store has the nicest workers ever!! they complimented my sisters hair and were really helpful with finding items i wanted. the lady at the dressing room was super nice too. im just unsure on why there was a lack of pants. they had sweatpants and these flare/leggings but only ONE pair of pants. which did confuse me but im guessing its because of stock or inventory. and they played rlly good music LOLL. this is was my first brandy experience as ive always shopped online or at pacsun and i recommend u go here if ur in the area

Love this place! Employees were very nice to me and help me reach a couple items hanging on the walls. Store is a pretty good size, and it dosent get extremly busy, since most people just walk in and walk out. They also have a wide range of clothes, even some styles that arent on the website.Overall an amazing store :)
I love Brandy i have been shopping for a couple months in the location the workers are so nice and they have the cutest stuff ever as a girl who is 11 they do treat young customers nicely i don’t agree with the “one size fits all” i do fit in there clothing i think it’s not fair for young girls who can’t fit other than that i do think some of there clothing is over priced overall it’s a great location and it’s definitely worth buying if you’re looking to shop here i recommend you do
One of our favorite locations.....Irvine Spectrum outdoor mall is nice, Covid safe and lots of parking. This Brandy store is clean and always stocked with the latest and greatest! My daughters love it a lot.

Its a cute store and they have cute clothes, I would totally give it 5 stars but I dont agree with the one size fits all thing. I fit into their clothes and could be prescribed as a girl who can work at Brandy but Im disappointed that they only got one size.. Its not fair to people who cant fit into their clothes and it makes girls feel bad about their body image etc and the employees dont greet you or offer to help you but otherwise its an okay store.
It was the first time I was in the store. I was shopping with a friend. She said that several of her friends shop there regularly. I was surprised that everything was one size fits all. I will be back. Rome
My first time going to brandy. I didn’t have any racial or “weird” experience. I am Asian and not skinny at all but the worker that help me was Alex and she was super sweet and help out with stuff.
Nice little shop with an attached parking lot. theres also plenty of metered parking on the side streets. they carry some offbeat brands and some high end stuff. theres also the main store next door thats pretty massive and feels like a converted 2 story house with all the different rooms and hallways of clothing and stuff. definitely worth a peek if youre in the area for shopping.

My girl loves this store, all her teenage friends believe its hot. To me, its nothing special and overpriced. A tank top for $26, I do not think so, A simple everyday dress for $38, well she got this one and it looked cute, but still way to much for it.
Very nicely organized and clean, but employees were rude and they would not let me return an item for an even exchange like they had in the past. They also made me wait in an hour line for the second time even though I just had some items on hold.

One of my favorite store and obsessed with it for a whiled 80% of the worker ware Nice to me and one of worker told me stop grabbing sticker and made me so mad and when I was grab some sticker one of the girl was waiting there until I left and I want to kill her she was so mean and besides that love the store and every thing is perfect but they fix the problem of telling people how much sticker we can take cus I think that is not far :)
Love the clothes though for a shop meant to cater to smaller people I was disappointed to find the dresses were too big for me. Some dresses feature a tie back and it helps hide the massive gap of fabric so I would recommend if you want to try on clothing for the photos. Found it kind of weird how the curtains were short so that you can see patron’s knees in the dressing rooms and they hung so that not all corners are covered at the same time, but other than that 👍🏽 The sticker collection isn’t extensive
I love their clothes but there was way too much people there when i went. i think that the staff are really nice compared to the stereotypes people give them. one thing i don’t like about brandy is that the clothes are overpriced. even though they are made in like italy etc., they shouldn’t be $24 fora simple t shirt.
Great place for young girls shopping. long lines if you go on a weekend.

When I first read the reviews I was a bit nervous to enter the store, I mean reading that the staff side-eyes you and treats you like an inconvenience is a bit worrying. Not to mention I’m not exactly what Brandy Melville in bodies, but I’m quite happy to say that my experience was nothing like what the other reviews implied. The staff was rather kind and if you do wonder around for awhile they will ask if you need help. They didn’t greet me but to be honest, I don’t really expect that from what is a mostly teenage staff. The girls at the register were very patient and smiled. My only note is that the clothing items were a bit overpriced, but the quality is pretty good, so I can’t complain too much. Even over the phone the girls that work there are kind. Overall, I had a very good experience at Brandy Melville Irvine and would shop there again :)
I loved it! Very cute! It was a little hard to tell who the staff was because they didn’t seem to have name tags and they don’t greet you or offer any help but I came to get clothes so whatever. Definitely coming back tho!💗

I really love this store, it is always stocked with so many items and the fitting rooms are nice💘As a side note for those writing bad reviews: it makes no sense to to be angry at a store for not carrying bigger sizes. It’s a brand is just catering to a specific group of people. You wouldn’t go to a plus size store and be upset they don’t carry petite sizes, would you?
DONT SHOP HERE They STOLE money off my daughters Green light card and will not return it. Called the store twice and sent 3 email with no response or offer to resolve or fix. FRAUD My daughter went to this store and bought something but then afterwards they charged her card $38.79 after she left and also the next day again for $38.79 at 8:53 a.m. before the store is opened. This is a bad store doing bad things. Katie the manger whom I contacted did nothing to resolve this.
One word: RUDE. Like please, if youre going to have a beetchy attitude about a customer politely asking for an item, you might as well be replaced by a machine. Who needs sales nowadays anyway?
There workers are clue less!!! They never know anything about the store they work in . Called and they could not even tell me if a shirt was in stock. Very lazy . Should hire better people .
The employees were very rude! I am never shopping here again. Don’t shop at Brandy Melville because they just promote anorexia. I’m a size small and none of the clothes fit me. Absolutely disgusting and should shut down. Girls who work here should be ashamed. If the employees are being nice to you it means you’re skinny and pretty to shop there.
I had a great sales girl, Savannah E. She was very helpful and very sweet. I noticed the other sales girls were quite rude and busy with their cell phones. Savannah was the only good thing about my visit which I gave 5 stars.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First time customer to their store and the employees were very rude. They dont smile, make you feel welcomed, nor acknowledge your presence. Brandy Melville, hire better people that actually appreciate their job and that are friendly.. also, teach your employees to say excuse me when trying to pass through customers.

I LOVE Brandy, but the girls who work at this specific store are divas and make you feel like youre an inconvenience when you ask for help. Theyre so rude and give you attitude. No welcome when you walk into the store or asked if you need anything, instead they scold you and avoid you. I wont be shopping at this location again, Ill drive to Newport beach (inconvenient for me) but atlas I wont feel insecure and disrespected. I notice a pattern with these reviews- everyone loves the clothes but agree the staff is not the nicest.
Went in the morning, wasnt greeted.Asked a question if a sweatshirt was there in the store and those two girls were VERY apologetic since the sweatshirt wasnt there and they were polite. Although we werent greeted all the girls were working hard and werent slacking off.Organized store!By the way, they moved the brandy melville right by H&M, Tillys and Urban Outfitters.

The only great worker here is Savannah. Everyone else has by far the most awful presence of a Brandy Melville brand ambassador. The workers dont greet you, no one tells you the store policy, they dont smile, and theyre definitely a little stuck up. Awful store aside from the interior decorating. Save your time and go to brandy Melville at nordstroms instead.
The store is ok. The clothes are very cute and i love it! but sometimes i get rude looks out of nowhere. The ladies like to roll their eyes at me when i go to try stuff on and i feel body shamed at that!
This has to be the worst store at Irvine Spectrum. The clothes are mostly one size, which would just barely fit a toddler. Want your daughters body image destroyed, shop here. Want to buy dollar store quality clothing with the worst return policy imaginable, shop here. Basically, I HATE this store and what it seems to represent.

If I could I would give a 0 star rating. Before I went to this brandy melieve store, I looked at the reviews. All the negative comments seemed un true but after experiencing myself, i was shocked that it was exactly what they said. I walked into the store and I was not even greeted nor was my sister who came in later. While looking around the store, I notice all the employee girls that work at brandy all gathered to the same table of clothes instead of walking around to other tables or helping customers. They all folded the clothes at the same table, in order to talk to eachother. I literally could hear everything they said about their colleges and road trips. Now that I think about that it quite funny when they aren’t getting paid to talk to eachother. Later while checking out, I had one of the employees ring me up and I handed her my money to pay and before she put the money in the register, she stopped and turn to the other employee to talk. I just stood there watching while I was waiting for my money back so I could leave. very disappointing trip. All I have to say is Brandy Melieve please find other employees to do the job because I’m positive I’m not the only one disappointed in the service.
