When i got home i was eating my apple when i found a hair embedded in the chocolate. When i called the store to tell them about the apple, the manager was very very rude. When i went in and asked for a refund he had said, “ No, no refund!” practically dismissing what i had asked for. I will not be returning to this location.
The staff are nice and the sweets are great
Caramel apples are always fresh, and the variety is amazing. Keep up the good work RMCF 👊
Friendly staff, awesome apples, and Avalanche bark
I went to buy a candy apple and the employee (older man) grabbed it with no gloves. He then proceeded to cut the Apple still without gloves. Even if his finger slightly grazed the chocolate that is still too much contact (you have no idea what they were touching before that). I ended up just throwing the Apple ($7 bucks) away immediately when I left the store. I didn’t want to cause a scene which is why I just walked away. I won’t be going back. I was disgusted. I use to buy a lot of chocolate from them. Bye Rocky...
Finally found the place where we can get caramel and candy apples without having to go to downtown Disney. We got the one covered and Butterfingers and the apple was really delicious.
Gourmet candies and sweet stuff, pretty good.
Yummy! The caramel apples come in so many creative flavors and combinations such as toffee, butterscotch, German chocolate, dark and milk chocolate with various options for nuts and other toppings. But if you prefer, they have hand-dipped strawberries in fudge, frozen choc bananas, and fresh made fudge and other treats. All served with a friendly attitude.
Great selection of chocolates year they make all kinds of vanilla milk chocolate dark chocolate strawberry covered chocolate I do like the honeycomb that is my favorite thing here are used to have a lot more locations now it’s hard to find but they do have great homemade chocolates here and do you recommend it
Just a little treat to myself while I shopped. Stopped at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for an apple pie caramel apple. They are my favorite caramel apples made with rich white chocolate and sprinkled with tons of cinnamon sugar over top a tart crisp granny smith apple. A bit pricey for an apples sake (around $4-6), but this shop offers a fun twist to your traditional average caramel apple. Ive also tried the one topped with mini M&Ms, the oreo cookie and chopped peanuts. They are the perfect dessert in the fall time around Halloween. Anyone who likes fruit, caramel and some kind of chocolate or sweet topping will love these.
Chocolate dipped in cheesecake
Mr Alejandro Monjeau, I would like to know where you buy your chocolate? What is the base of your judgment? We buy Twinkies from where everyone else buy!!!!! So when you say Twinkies, were not good, it is confusing!!! We use Guittard chocolate one of the best American chocolate.
Good service. Chocolate covered bananas are worth the full price - wouldnt have know it if it wasnt for the bogo coupon.
Five stars just for having a selection of sugar-free items.
A great collection of chocolates. If u like chocolate then must go.
The place looks promising but the experience was disappointing. I tried the chocolate mint truffle. I like heavy mint flavour in my chocolate, this truffle lacked the punch I was looking for. The chocolate flavour was plain, non interesting. Also tried the milk chocolate covered twinki. Another disappointment. The twinki didnt taste like twinki, at all, and the chocolate was just as plain as the other ones. My girlfriend tried the white chocolate coconut something. She hated it also. What can I say? Not a big fan of this place. Definitely not coming back.
Caramel apple is a once every 10year treat for me. Rocky mountain delivers!
Chocolates, gelato, and dont forget the various delectable flavors of candied apples (my favorite)
Great place for a Carmel apple. A little expensive but well worth it.
Just the best caramel apples I have ever had, snickers Apple is my favorite.Very friendly stuff
Absolutely not tasty. Looking so promising, but just a waste of money on pretty 👎
My favorite treat to get here is their oreo cookie caramel dipped apples. I only let myself have it twice a year.
I visited the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at the Spectrum Center expecting a good experience. Instead I was virtually invisible as I was ignored by the staff as I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me with an order. Needless to say, this is terrible customer service. The staff seemed more concerned with talking to each other than servicing a customer.
Its a little expensive but the candy apples are really yummy.
Good service nice staff
The have the chocolate dipped ice cream bar.
Delicious chocolates and candied apples
Location is wrong on the map
